Her nails are fresh and you can clearly see the gel peeling away from her skin around the perimeter Of the nail. And the CUT on her, her nail is not irritation or sensitivity. If a nail is filed correctly, she would not be bleeding in a localized area in that nature. That's not irritation. TF? Very unprofessional to gaslight her. I have been frequenting this place for over a year and have recommended this place multiple times. But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill. It's even more sad to see that management has not only gaslit me, but very clearly is doing it to other women.

I only received the basics because it was for an upcoming trip and I don't get my nails done often. The prices were very reasonable and even with the basics my toes still look good (3weeks later- some grow out) and my nails didn't start chipping until about 5 days (but I was in pools and hot tubs often). I came back in and was seen by Daniel; it was a night and day difference compared to the first time. He was friendly, but also was very thorough with the service. I would give 5 stars for this salon because they were quick to fix the problem, but also kind and professional the entire time. I just moved to Boerne, and I'm glad that I have now found my go to nail salon!
