Don't get me wrong, there are some good techs there, but the last few times I was with Cindy. I told her I had dipped nails (she did them last time!). She told me "no, not dipped". I always soak them off and get new ones applied. She told me she would fill them instead. I didn't really want to do that as I've never done it before, but she talked me into it. When I asked her to give me French Tips, she used shellac... not what I asked for at all! And, to top it off, it ended up costing me more than I usually pay! If you decide to go in, tell them not to send you to Cindy!! Also...there is not a pricing sign anywhere, so you never know what you will be paying!
