I cant say enough about IDR and his crew, they are extremely easy to work with, honest and hardworking, and delivered beautiful results. They helped to fit our project in their timeline, including moving and reinstalling cabinets, configuring layout, *absolutely beautiful piece of art* backsplash, and change of a back exterior door. His crew helped me realize my vision with many custom configurations and designs professionally! He's currently helping us with our second home with a larger project of bathroom addition and kitchen island addition, and I think we will hire him without a doubt for any future projects too!

Ian took the time to talk on the phone when I first reached out about the project and the scope of work. He even reviewed some drawings I had done of the space and pointed out some things to think about for the layout (such as if we moved the fridge, we'd have to make sure we could access a water line for the ice maker). Ian met with us at the house to talk about the project, and we engaged Ian and IDR shortly thereafter. All told, the renovation took about 4 weeks, which was a great timeline and we are very pleased with how it came out. Ian was responsive, polite, and overall a pleasure to work with, and his subcontractors were polite, unobtrusive and cleaned up each day. We were fortunate in that we had a clear vision of what we wanted (which made the design process easy), but Ian truly helped bring that vision to life and thought of ways to make it better that we hadn't thought of, all while never being pushy or disrespectful. We highly recommend Ian and the IDR team and we look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.

I am so happy and thankful to have found thus business!!!!!

Having Rydica do it felt like a safer alternative than tackling it on my own. Brian was responsive and got the job done both quickly (amazingly so!) and with care and professionalism. The finished product was even more expansive than we discussed because Brian found additional plywood in the attic and added additional square footage for us. I would highly recommend Rydica Home Solutions for any level of home project you might need accomplished. Thanks again, Brian!

We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. Love the crew as well - Monique is amazing and Eduardo is SO nice and extremely talented! Everyone that came out was super sweet. They will definitely be my go-to from now on.

I had my kitchen renovated while living in my unit. The workers did their best to remain unobtrusive, and they timed the project so that I could use my kitchen almost the entire time. Adam's prices were extremely reasonable. I appreciated that, when I made a few last-minute requests on project changes, he was flexible. My favorite thing is that Adam gave me a lot of peace-of-mind -- I am a huge worrywart, and I probably sent Adam an email every day (on average) to follow-up on the status of the project. Adam replied to every email and call very patiently and was always very communicative. You really can't ask for more. Highly recommended; I won't hesitate to call Adam again when I need more renovations done. Thanks Adam!

He came by, spent about 10 min walking around, rang the doorbell and gave me a sheet of paper with the quote. Easy and painless as that. I asked for roof quote and got exactly what I wanted. He did not need to come inside or make me listen to a 2 hr sales pitch. I've had at least 2 other companies who tried to do that when I was getting a roof for the quote. 1 of them gave me a quote on sidings instead. The other did not even give me a quote because I decided to kick them out after half an hr. After getting some other quotes I decided to go with Robert and he agreed to come out 2 weeks later. His crew came on time as promised but he wasn't physically there until the end of the day. Overall his crew was efficient. They finished within 1 day as promised. The shingles looked okay, not as flat or even like our neighbors but it appeared to be just fine. They finished the roof before a big snow storm and rain/wind storm within the same week. It was able to withstand everything just fine and no noticeable water leak or anything in the attic. I did discovered a small chipped wood area in the attic which I can see some of the underlayment and shingles but water was not getting through or anything. I will continue to monitor. They actually was supposed to install the chimney as well forgot so they returned a few days later to complete it as promised. Overall fantastic job from Robert and his crew. From the quoting process to the fast efficient work. Cosmetically the shingles could have looked a bit better and more even but functionally it seems to have served its purpose and was worth it for the price I paid.

This meant that the final step was a much steeper drop off than the rest of the stairs. After futzing around with concrete pavers, we figured out what we wanted, and called Nauak to come and do the work of turning our kitbashed solution into something that would withstand New England winter. At the same time, we also needed to modify and improve the existing railing to make some mobility-impaired folks feel a lot more comfortable on the stairs while still allowing us to get snow off the steps. We wanted a pipe railing with no sharp corners and easy purchase to grab. At the same time, we asked them to put in a shelf next to the stairs for boxes, purses, etc, when going in and out of the door. They did a beautiful job. And once the concrete was set on the railing, they tested it, pronounced it excessively mobile, and came back to redo the anchors. My kids now swing through the space of the railing and it *does* *not* *move*. The shelf has been pronounced, "Brilliant!" by the person most in need of it. The splinters are gone from the original railing. And we will still be able to shovel snow off the steps without banging into the railing in the winter. Nauak does fantastic work, and they have pride in it to make sure they do it *right*. We will be hiring them again.

They were also nicely flexible when bluestone treads proved scarce (other contractors we'd contacted also had trouble getting firm quotes for them) and we asked about switching to granite in order to minimize delays. They did really good work - the new stairs are solidly built, to the plan we asked for, and look fantastic. The new railings haven't gone in yet (waiting on the company making them), but based on their work so far I have high confidence that they'll do a great job with the installation.
