There is plenty of seating to enjoy your drink inside or eat poke from the other place. I ordered a hot taro coconut milk drink with boba and coconut jelly at 30% sugar from the kiosk. It cost $9 and the service was reasonably fast, but the drink had so many issues with it. The temperature was lukewarm at best, and it was cloyingly sweet. There was no taro in the drink afaik, which means they probably used taro flavoring. The boba was soft with no bounce or chew to it, and the coconut jelly felt so flat as well, not chewy. Gong Cha used to be one of my favorite places to get boba and now I will no longer be going there.
