I would definitely say to look at what they're charging you cause they just ask "cash or card" and don't tell you the amount! or just take cash and call before to see how much it will cost. they added their own tip and I was like uh ok? I truly wouldn't go here again. Before getting my service, I asked if they accept Apple Pay. They stated yes, and allowed me to sit down. I only have apple pay, and ensure to verify it is accepted before receiving ANYTHING. Right when sitting down the workstation was filthy. Literally still nail filings from the previous customer. I Let it go, because you know what to expect when you walk in these places. The service was very rushed, and sloppy. I'll add photos of horribly-shaped "oval" nails, and nail polish everywhere. Like i don't expect perfect, but at least what i paid for. It gets to just prepping my nails, and she says "it will be $10 to cut down the cuticle and prep the nail, that okay?" Wait what? So prepping the nail for the service isn't included in the price? So far just since sitting down we've jumped $10 in price, for something that most would assume is included in getting the nails done? She states that oval nails are also a $5 additional charge, even when that was not stated by the manager when i showed him the photo i wanted and he gave me a price $15 lower than she charged me. I had to ask several times for her to fix things, such as not applying acrylic all over the nail, and removing nail polish from the sides. After asking her to fix the acrylic, she dropped my hands, and sighed loudly before going back to fix what i asked. Once the service was finished, I walked up to pay with apple pay, and it was not working. So I ask to call a manager and he states "We don't take apple pay". However I made sure before my service? So i stated, "Before ever starting the service, i asked and made sure that apple pay was available." They stated, "She does not know english, so she did not understand what was being asked." SO WHY DID SHE ANSWER MY QUESTION? I stated i am not responsible for the employees mistake, and asked how to resolve this. The manage blankly stared at me and stated again "We don't take apple pay" That same manager proceeds to attempt to use apple pay again; and telling me loudly that my card is declining. When the previous manager said the tap does not work, and it is not even reading the tap to pay. I continue to ask how to resolve it, offered many different solutions, but the employees could not understand a word of what I was saying. With 0 solutions coming from the establishment for an issue caused by an uninformed employee. A customer offered to help and allowed me to apple pay her the money. Overall, the communication is trash, the excuse is that they don't know English (managers words), the work is rushed. I can't say overpriced, bc I've paid more, however the sneaky fees for things that should be seemingly included in the acrylic service, is kind of ridiculous. ‍ read more

I always enjoy getting a pedicure from this business. My nails look great when I leave and I enjoy the massages.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I took my granddaughter for a mani/pedi and was happy that we could be fit in at the last minute. Unfortunately, I wish they hadn't had time. The work was sloppy and cost a good bit more than their listed prices. They don't want you to use credit cards, which we were not told until we went to pay, even though their signage says they do accept them. And when I went to check how much cash I had, the owner literally grabbed money out of my hand and ran to the cash register with it. Save your cash and aggravation and go somewhere else. read more

We had appointments for 1:00pm. We didn't get started till close to 1:45. Had planned on getting toes & nails done but, ended up only getting toes done because we would have been there forever. They were super nice but crazy unorganized. On top of that they charged additional money to take off shellac. I won't be coming back to this location. read more

I had a great experience here! The salon doesn't have a receptionist but rather a sheet of paper that you wrote your name and what you needed on it and they'd go down the list. It worked fine. It was quite busy so I had a wait but nothing unbearably long. My nail tech was amazing! The salon itself was very sanitary (some equipment was even in sterile bags) and at one point he even got up to wash his own hands during my time there. My tech cleaned his equipment before using it on me as well. He put so much work and time into my nails I was totally amazed. The result was so pretty I know I'm going to come back. Reviews from 1 or 2 years ago don't help to what their work is nowadays. I felt like a bother coming here at 6pm to do something simple. He was moving too quick and kept cutting and burning my cuticle with the nail filer. I asked for coffin shaped nails that resulted looking normally square. My nails feel harder than usual and my hands feel extremely dry. They asked me to pay and leave a tip when we were no where close to finished, Sadly If only I knew what they would look like I wouldn't have left a tip nor spend $60 on a set! I went yesterday , I haven't really spoiled myself in a while cause I'm always caught up with work , well I got a pedicure , she didn't even scrub my feet at all , only grabbed the lotion and massages , then I asked for French tip , it came out so bad , my big toe looks horrible because she had mest up and I asked her to fix it , she didn't wipe off the clear and white nail polish off , she just put it on top and it made it look so lumpy and ugly , my baby toe doesn't even have anything on it . I got a regular set which is 25 and with a shape it's 30 , my pedicure was 25 dollars . How the hell did I end up paying 90 dollars. read more

I'm not from here but I had time to kill and was desperate for a pedi so I decided to pop in. Overall my experience was good. The pedicure was very sanitary and of good quality. Mostly I was impressed by the friendly manner of all the staff and their willingness to see me on such short notice even though it was the end of the day and they were quite busy at the time. They were even willing to stay past closing to finish me up - very rare in my experience. I agree with some other reviewers in that they should hire a receptionist to keep from getting interrupted. Perhaps the person could also help out with general tidiness by clearing out some of the clutter. Those are the only reasons I'm giving 4 instead of 5. read more

If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Came in for a pedicure, and got the most expensive pedicure and they finished in like 10 mins. Didn't do anything pretty much but throw all sorts of scrubs and lotions on. I pay half the price at Walmart and get the works, hot towels, massage, my feet scrubbed and my toenail cuticles and nails cleaned, clipped, and even checked for ingrowns. This was just NOT it. So disappointed and $65 down the drain. Also the workers do not use new tools, I'm so use to them unwrapping new tools everytime I have gotten my feet done and this was not the case. Not to mention the man who did my pedicure came inside from a smoke break and didn't even wash his hands before starting. This was just the most AWFUL experience I've had. read more

Terrible service the person that scrubbed my feet was rude as hell and didn't finish the job while charging me and extra 10 bux. All I wanted from them was to get the dead skin and peeling skin off my feet but they left the majority of it on my feet and didn't finish. When I asked for them to go over it again and I pointed out spots that they missed the man yelled at me and said "YOU'RE DONE!!!!" Waited 45 minutes on the chair (I was getting pedicure and they didn't have customers) when she finally started working on my nails. The lady was very nice, but should be attentive to the customer she is with. At one point, she got up and started working on another customer. I've been here several times with mixed results. The pedicures have always been fine. But the manicures have varied wildly. The last time I got my nails dipped and the experience has left me with no desire to return. The dipping color selection is minimal, only about 10 colors and more are not classic, but glitter or colors like green. The woman who did my nails must have been the manager or owner. She consistently got up to serve people coming in. They seem to try to take on every single walk-in client whether or not they can really serve them. I suppose this community is mostly comprised of walk-ins. Since my chair was set in the path between the entrance and the color selection I was bumped into constantly. The atmosphere was loud and constantly having to move was annoying. But also the manicure was terrible. It didn't even last a week for dipped nails, which for me usually lasts for three (until mine grow out not because of chipping). These were chipping by the week's end. It was also streaky and uneven.
