My hair looks like I had two different hair cuts put into one(shoulder length and then a bob put together). Since it is two different haircuts in one it is hard to style - I've tried to style it for the last two hours. & I have many short layers I did not ask for.. I did not realize how bad it was until I got home and my hair had air dried. I will now no longer be coming here for my hair cuts. I never wish this bad of service to anyone!!! Sara Hazrati is the bestttttt! This was my first time…read moregetting any type of laser hair removal treatment and she made every single one of my sessions go smoothly and painless. I tend to have a high pain tolerance and my go-to method of hair removal was brazilian wax and tweezing for underarms. The laser they use here apparently is one of the newest tech out. It doesn't hurt at all. Sara did a great job on constantly asking if I was doing okay and adjusting the laser intensity accordingly to my tolerance. Even when I was on my monthly cycle, Sara did a great job making me feel comfortable and working efficiently. (Just make sure you wear a tampon and take a shower before your appointment) The staff here does an amazing job at picking up their phones. They use online booking system to track appointments, sending forms you need to fill out before each session and processing payment. If you need to reschedule or want to come in earlier, they do a great job about being flexible and fitting you in. For underarms + brazilian laser hair removal, it always takes about 15-20min. They keep the facility very clean and very private. I have light skin tone with black hair so the laser was VERY EFFECTIVE on me. even after 1 session I had 80% reduction in hair growth! *If you have dark skin and dark hair or light skin and light colored hair the laser may not work so well on you bc the laser is shooting at PIGMENT so just keep that in mind before considering laser treatment!!! *

I asked her what was wrong she said she was leaving I asked her why and she didn't answer and just left. Not only was she rude but super unprofessional and the way she went about things was unacceptable and honestly I've never had someone make me feel so uncomfortable in my own home... And she later tried to charge my card for a no call no show I will list the messages showing she showed up and I was present. This is again one of the most unprofessional and just plain rude spray tan places. Word of advice DO NOT BOOK HERE! Worst experience of my life! They will try and rip you off!

I showed her pictures and clearly started that ai wanted bright blonde dimensional highlights, and I ended up with a very ashy blonde that was blended. I got home and I saw the color in a different light and it looked grayish. After spending almost $300, and being disappointed, I called her the next day and she was unprofessional and told me we had creative differences and she could try to fix it, but I ultimately I would need to find another stylist She never attempt to book another appt to fix it and I didn't want to go back after what she said to me. She did not offer to refund or anything so I ended up going somewhere else to fix it, another $250. I also have very short layers from a haircut she gave me that need to grow out. Not a good experience.

I previously had blonde highlights and asked for all over color that was light reddish brown and I emphasized "more red than brown". I also wanted bangs and showed a picture of what I wanted. My color is a different shade of red and is significantly darker, they did say that they did it a little darker because the previous highlights will lighten but that's a conversation that should happen before my service not when you see the disappointment on my face after I see the color. Also the bangs are really bad, one they are not anything like the picture I showed before they were cut and the sides are uneven. I will say that every one was very sweet and the color of my hair is pretty but not what I asked for.

There were only 3 customers in the salon and while we were there, customers were turned down as "we can't do you right now, can you come back later?" But primarily, my low score is for the lack in fully advising the customer of charges expected in advance: I selected the deluxe pedicure of $50, but the total amount came to $76.75 ($75 + some add'l charge). I was shocked when I felt I had to add a tip. I did ask for french tips, but never did I expect $25 plus for that. BEWARE and just ask upfront of complete charge in advance of services. Otherwise, the facility is clean, staff is somewhat friendly, and the final expectation is okay (but now wow factor).
