Unfortunately I ended up walking out really disappointed. My color is a different shade of red and is significantly darker, they did say that they did it a little darker because the previous highlights will lighten but that's a conversation that should happen before my service not when you see the disappointment on my face after I see the color. Also the bangs are really bad, one they are not anything like the picture I showed before they were cut and the sides are uneven. I will say that every one was very sweet and the color of my hair is pretty but not what I asked for.

If they are going to sell it as an option, they should book people with experience, or make sure everyone is trained. This is the first time I ever left any place wanting to cry. The curl pattern in the back was broken up, and they tried to "match" the back by using a tiny curling want in the front. None of it looked like my actual curl pattern when it isn't broken up. Watching a curly hair account on Instagram would have alleviated a lot of what happened. It was 30 minutes into the service before they even started to dry it. At two hours, I finally called it, paid, and left. i will just use dry shampoo until I get my stitches out.

She was really good about answering all my questions too. You can see in the photos that she's very skilled at making you photo ready but natural looking, which was really important to me. I wasn't a fan of the eyelashes because my right eye kept tearing up badly, even hours afterward. She used super high quality, natural eyelashes, I just think my eye freaks out over stuff like that. I also think if I did it again I would have my make up done a couple hours before photos instead of right before. I noticed that my first couple of photos looked super heavy, but then it absorbed in and looked amazing. Great learning experience and amazing experience overall!
