We chose the Lavish pedicure, which is the most basic option and it did make me wonder if that influenced the level of service we received. Regardless of price, I would expect to be treated with the same level of care and professionalism. I didn't say anything during the appointment because I didn't want to disrupt the experience for my daughter. I had framed this as something fun for us to do together and I didn't want her to feel that tension. Toward the end, we also felt rushed out, even while our polish was still fresh. From what I could see, there were several open chairs and no one waiting so the rushed feeling was confusing. Instead of being welcomed or offered menus, we were rushed to pick services and had to ask for a menu ourselves. We both chose pedicures in the $50-$60 range, but they repeatedly pushed us to upgrade to the $100 options. We politely declined multiple times (at least 5), yet they continued to ask throughout the service--even in the middle of the pedicure. I understand upselling is normal, but this felt excessive and uncomfortable, especially since it was clear they were annoyed that we weren't upgrading. I was also asked 4-5 times if I wanted a manicure after repeatedly saying no, which added to the pressure. Additionally, they attempted to give my boyfriend gel polish when we had clearly stated we only wanted regular polish. If I hadn't noticed them marking "gel" on the ticket, we likely would have been charged extra without our consent. When they finished with our pedicures they put it back in the same pouch and put it back in their mini sterilizer. Everything needs to be cleaned before sterilization otherwise whatever gets left in there blocks the actual sterilization of the nail clipper and the other instruments. Like if you don't scrape the cheese off the plate before you put it in the dishwasher, and when it comes out, it still has cheese on it... is it really clean?

Sign-in to the electronic kiosk and they will have someone available (appointments desired but walk-ins welcome). Pick a color. There are so many fabulous high-end and trendy colors to choose from. It might be a good idea to have a color or design in mind or wing it and create your own mix. Either way, the quality is there and your nails will not chip a few days later (I used gel). They ask if you'd like a drink, alcoholic or non, and it is always brought to you with a spa touch; water with cucumber and lemon or orchid flowers and pineapple in a Mai Tai. BUT it was $90!!! When I asked why it was so expensive, the lady LAUGHED and said oh it's because of the cat eye polish I used, I thought you knew it was more expensive. I wasn't amused, especially after I picked 3 other basic colors, she automatically just picked one she could up-charge for WITHOUT TELLING ME. I asked to get the exact same style done for my nails. She was fluent in English and really helpful! These are called blush nails and I used powder #10 and a pink blush color #142 named Vanity Pink. I loved how it came out. Highly recommend! It was about $85 with tip. I definitely think I will come back to get this style again. It is so pretty!!
