Salon is super cute and located right off the Main Street, on Fiorella, across from Magnolia Station and next to Rhonda's store. Sarah is professional and friendly, she takes her time when doing your hair, and does not overbook. I've been very happy with the color so far, as we are in the slow process of highlighting my hair with root coverage from brunette to light blonde. Best to book future appointment before leaving your current appointment. She uses an app that's pretty easy to navigate as well. Reasonable pricing too. My hair journey continues : )

La Madame is kept VERY clean and it's so sparkly and it's such a vibe in here, there is plenty of seats and every few seats there are privacy curtains which to me was a very nice touch. Jesse serviced me I got an Aloe Vera pedi - $67 not including tip. ASK FOR JESSE!! He was amazing and talked to me about the things I wanted and told me why he was leaving and for how long (grabbing stones , hot towels, lotion, etc.) some ppl may feel that it's too much but it was so nice to know those things! Side story: A lady came in and asked if her nail could be fixed (toes) they sat her beside me immediately and they fixed her up and made sure she liked it all before she was finished, she felt it was still bad, they fixed it again the Manager was like "I won't stop until you like it ma'am" - turns out it was the curer that made her nail bubble they switched it out and it was so much better. Overall I WILL BE COMING BACK! I'm new to town and I have found the GEM! highly recommend 10/10

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE to spend your hard earned money. I got a gel polish change on my nails and regular polish change on my toes only and it cost me $45.00!!! Wayyyy too expensive for the crappy job they did. I wanted white polish with a clear coat of Silver glitter on top, but they didn't seem to understand what I was referring to. Whatever they put on top, made the polish yellow instead of white. When I walked in, they looked at me like I did not "belong" inside of their establishment. But,, I'm accustomed to that here in Texas therefore, it did not bother me. It's sad, yet true.

What do girlfriends decide to do on a last minute notice? .....get pedicures lol…read moreWe arrived without any appointments and were immediately greeted and set up with our pedicurists. This place was quite huge and they have an enormous wall dedicated to an array of nail color choices, it actually was kinda overwhelming : D My friend and I both opted for the general pedicure $39. I observed her sanitize and line the foot bowl. We enjoyed our pedicures they took their time and did a great job cleaning, massaging, and painting our toe nails. My only 2 disappointments were that, although they stated in their menu, drinks (nonalcoholic or alcoholic) are complimentary, my friend had to remind our pedicurists at least 2-3 times about getting drinks! And second, my gal, had ear pods and was talking ever so softly on the phone while doing my nails. She was responsive to me when I said something, but it doesn't exude professionalism talking on the phone while working. I will give y'all another chance....

I SPECIFICALLY paid for hot stone massage and wanted tip included. I wrote hot stone massage plus tip on their card envelopes . My parents used the cards last week for their anniversary. They were told it was a regular massage and tip. My mom told them that I would not have written "hot stone massage" on the envelope , if I hadn't paid for it . They told her that I paid for a regular massage and a $50 tip each! My Mom told them , my daughter tips well , but I don't think she would leave $50 for a massage . They agreed to reduce their tip to $30 and include the hot stone, but my mom said that they made her feel bad for reducing their tip . When I bought it , I told them exactly what it was for and they were trying to reduce their service to make their tip bigger....UNACCEPTABLE and UNETHICAL. I will never buy a gift card from them again . They really need to keep better records of what the gift cards are purchased for .

I honestly can't tell you in detail what was charged for the acrylic nails. For the shellac pedicure, he sat me down and held a book in front of me asking which I wanted. The only options he showed were $70 pedicures and flips it over to $100 pedicures. I asked if the $70 pedicures were the basic options and he simply said "yes". As he proceeded with the extra oils, scrubs, hot wax, hot stones, I absolutely new this wasn't basic. It was definitely my fault for not asking again. I'm not sure if it was the language barrier between us both, but he was very vague with me. I won't discredit the work though. He did a fine job on the nails. But for $193, I think that's a bit overkill. Very odd there's no pricing displayed (that I can find)... FYI the black book of prices under the photos is not what they use. Prices are way higher and different color book!
