I got a bit confused and almost ended up going up the stairs, but decided to save myself possible embarrassment and just asked. The women at the front directed me on how to contact Monique for my appointment while I waited in the lobby. As for the entire experience, Monique gave me a sit down of the products she used, some useful tips, and answered any questions I had. The technician (I believe his name was Steven, based on the name on the UV lamp) cut multiple fingers with the drill during the service. I left with sore cuticles and small cuts, which is disappointing. This made my time in the chair very uncomfortable. I believe clients should feel cared for during their service, especially at this price point.
