Giving him the benefit of the doubt that unexpected things do happen. He even offered 50% off + compensate me for my time and gas for this morning. Regardless, I will not go back nor do I need him to compensate. Will pass. It's fine, thank you.

She first sat me down and examined my face/eye shape. After that she explained to me which type of lashes would look best for my eye shape and we got down to it. We ended up going for the Anime set. Once she was done, I was in love with the results. They fit perfectly to my eye shape and do not make my eye droopy or heavy set. I really enjoy my service with her. The stylist completely butchered my hair-- cutting way too much near the nape of my neck and tapering out! Instead of Bob, she gave me Darth Vader. Thankfully Abby was able to fit me in on short notice and assured me she would fix it. Because the previous stylist left little to work with (literally), Abby blended my hair and gave me the cutest little bob. After the cut, I was able to style with ease; I actually prefer this version of the bob to the blunt bob I originally had. I'm so sad I can't take Abby with me back to the east coast so I have someone I trust with my hair with me always! She has such a good eye and takes special care to perfect the finer details. There were times I walked in here when I was down, struggling, and honestly going through some of the hardest seasons of my life. What stood out to me was that I was never treated like just another customer. They never nickel and dimed me, never made me feel less than, and always treated me with genuine respect and kindness. Two years later, my life looks completely different. I have a job now, I'm rebuilding, and a big part of that encouragement came from the people here who believed in me and reminded me to keep going. That's what makes this place special. It's not just about getting your nails done. It's about the people behind the business. It's about having a place where you feel welcomed, valued, and cared about. You can find good nail shops anywhere, but finding people with heart is rare. Thank you for being part of my journey and for showing me kindness when I needed it most.
