If you're someone who loves head scratches, this is literally 1.5 hours of you laying in heaven. I am so grateful that Cindy is an esthetician who are knowledgeable about what she do and want the best for her clients. Cindy informed me on everything that was happening and all the products she used smelled amazing and made my scalp feel fresh and new. Let me explain all the beauties of this treatment! You start off by taking your shirt off afterwards and put on a robe before getting on the bed. She then starts off with a forehead, temple, neck, and shoulder massage. After that's finished, she puts on a heated eye mask and then begins all the hair things. My hair was washed with OLAPLEX shampoo about 2x, and throughout it all she is massaging my head nonstop. I love the head massage the most! There is a water ring around your head that waterfalls on vou to rinse vour hair multiple times as well. She also uses a head scratcher which gave me so many tingles! The treatment finishes off by washing your neck and shoulders. She ends it by using a DYSON SUPERSONIC HAIR DRYER to blow drying my hair. My scalp felt sooo clean and my hair was so soft. I LOVED it. Usually my hair gets oily after a day, but after she washed it my hair was silky and shiny for almost 2-3 days!! They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. There is a large shared parking lot in front so plenty of parking nearby. I also like that there is a coffee shop (Blvd coffee), food spot (Chispiro's) and Lucky Grocery store right next door that makes the location extremely convenient for me. 5/5 , definitely recommend if you're looking for a new nail salon

So my first appointment i asked for eyelashes to be removed and i wanted a new set... im new to this and don't know what you can or cant do.. (Like wait 24 hrs to get a new set) 1. First appointment I go in and the office was messy and a little dirty. She attempted to removed eyelashes.. But didn't take them all off... She then started to immediately try to put a new set on, but Was saying it wasn't working..and she was using a lot of glue... I said...why didn't we stop and try tomorrow? She agreed to a next day appoinment...When i saw them it looked a little odd...but not awful 2. Second day..she was about an hour late...and overnight the multiple eyelashes she glued together to what was a "set" of lashes ended up falling off and taking a clump of my eyelashes with them... She saw and tried to "work around" she ended up gluing clumps of eyelashes together.. Got glue in my eye and the end result was awful. Just awful. On top of all of this i had a groupon she told me she was not honoring the groupon on the website..so i could pay her and get money back from groupon or just "have one service". Her hands smelled of.cigarettes *update She did offer to give me a new set from another vendor for my issues here. I would be terrified to get lashes done from here * edit I wrote this review, the owner knows its real..but sends me harassing messages on yelp "saying Im fake!" However, after learning about proper technique, hygiene and the difference of having high quality materials, I decided to give it a try for the first time when I was going on vacation to Hawaii where I knew I wouldn't be wearing any make up. It's been about three years now and it's been an addiction for sure! Over the course of three years, I've never had any issues with excessive lashes falling out or any reactions to the glue. It has seriously been life changing! It has saved me so much time in the morning while getting ready for work. I recently decided to get my brows redone by Dianne and she did an amazing job with the combo technique that she recommended for me. I've had microblading done before by another artist and this time with the combo technique, I definitely like it a lot more since I have thinner brows. Now having both brows and lashes done by Dianne, I can literally walk out the door and feel confident without having to wear any make up at all! Dianne is down to earth and easy going! I appreciate that since it allowed me to get back to work in a timely manner. While removing them it seemed like she didn't find a problem with them but she remained professional either way. I had the lashes from Wednesday to Friday, during this time a lot of lashes fell out which made them a little more comfortable but my right eye was still irritated since the lashes on that side drooped. Maybe I was wrong to complain about the actual lash application being bad but there was definitely an issue with the extensions. I asked for really natural lashes because I don't wear makeup on daily basis and have my hair up a lot so I like to keep them as natural looking as possible. Regardless of my incorrect terminology, I've had lash extensions applied many times so I know what they should feel like and these were immediately uncomfortable and visibly uneven. Unfortunately, my usual person moved away which is why I tried somewhere new. I think that the Lady Code is decorated well, has a nice vibe, and the staff is friendly; it's obvious that they do a good job since they have a following and awesome reviews but all I can comment on is my personal experience and unfortunately it didn't work out for me. Here are some comments from friends and a coworker about the tint and lashes: "The lashes look like they're a week old. They should look better since you just got them." - My friend Karen the day they were done. "Your eyebrows look uneven, the right one is so much thicker than the left." -My friend Jamie immediately after they were done. "I don't see any issues with the application but they are not the right shape and size for you and the lashes look uneven. I can see a lot more lashes on the right side." - My coworker that happens to work at Lash Bar in SF the day after they were applied. (FYI I didn't know she worked at a Lash Bar on the weekends until yesterday).

Let me start by saying that I was super paranoid about getting eyelash extensions the first time I went to Priscilla. I'd always used MAC false lashes before, any time I had an event etc, but it was always so sad when I had to take them off afterward and go back to my own short everyday lashes...sigh. I had a friend who's lashes looked amazing one day and I asked her if she used a serum or something because I was super jealous...so she told me about Priscilla. I couldn't believe they were extensions. So I made an appt and asked a million questions...then got my first set (took about an hour or so). Aside from the huge plus of not having to deal with the daily mascara on/off stuff, worrying if it's smudged etc, the lashes Priscilla uses look so pretty but still natural that I literally get compliments on them every week. All of my girl friends, several patients, and even female co-workers have asked me what I use for my lashes and they are all surprised when I tell them they are extensions. Bottom line, what I love: fills take an hour or less (i get them every 3-4 wks or so), lashes fall out slowly and naturally, they can get wet after the first 24 hours, I barely have to put on makeup to look everyday pretty, Priscilla's application process, tools, etc is super hygienic, studio location is convenient, and although she books up super fast, she is always able to find a time to fit me in that works for both of us. Highly, highly recommend. Priscilla is the Lash Queen!
