Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this salon. Over the past year, many of their best technicians have left, and I've noticed a significant decline in consistency. I understand that prices increase over time, and I don't mind paying more for quality service. In fact, they've raised their prices again, and I have no issue with that. My concern is that I'm paying premium prices but receiving vastly different experiences depending on which technician I get. I routinely receive the same services, yet the quality, attention to detail, and even the steps included in the service vary from technician to technician. Sometimes the service is excellent, and other times it feels rushed or incomplete, despite paying the exact same price. During my most recent visit, I brought these concerns to the manager's attention. While they listened, I was still charged the full amount and no effort was made to address the inconsistency or acknowledge my dissatisfaction. As someone who has supported this business for over a decade, that was incredibly disappointing. To be fair, the salon is beautiful, stays current with the latest nail trends, and their technicians are capable of creating intricate, modern designs. However, when you're charging premium prices, customers should be able to expect a consistently high-quality experience regardless of which technician they are assigned. After more than 10 years of loyalty, it's disappointing to say that I'll be looking elsewhere. The pamphlet said princess included paraffin wax, but this was not part of it? Pedicure is absolutely beautiful with flower design and gel polish. Manicure has some problems. First, great care was taken on my manicure as it had been a while I was in desperate need for cuticle clean up. Great job! Problem is polish, gel not used. I thought color selected maybe wasn't in gel? and that's why. Classic polish done. Sat for bit to dry. About 3 hours later after departing spa when opening wine bottle polish one two fingers got ruined. It squished polish as if under coats never dried. Went back to Salon next afternoon and the nails were fixed with no charge. Looked good. I am happy with it. But, One day later the nail polish is already chipping off. I am already away from town for vacation and treated myself before going. But the poor quality of the nail polish has made my manicure ugly quickly. The staff were great, friendly, professional. The establishment was clean. And experience there was great.
