Tiffany did my nails , by far the worst set I've had there . I always try to give this place the benefit of doubt and go when I'm desperate but they rush and do a poor job . She put on a clumpy base coat and could clearly see it's clumpy but didn't care and didn't even put acrylic on the whole nail, I'm guessing she had somewhere to be the way she rushed and on top of that cut my finger with the drill. read more

Used to be my favorite place but it has gone downhill. The quality has gone completely out the window. My husband and I just went and my acrylics were rough and sticky when finished. I complained and the same tech "fixed" them but they are still uneven and not worth the money. My husband's manicure all but destroyed his nails, he has marks in them from the dremmel tool, they didn't smooth them out or buff them to make them look nice. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but there isn't a way to leave a review without hitting a star. They are horrible have crappy selection of nail polish! They charged $72 for a gel mani pedi and the nails are rough at edge not filed properly barely cleaned up around cuticle and the nail polish is so crumby it has something in it!! They didn't even take us to a table to do our nails they literally left us in the pedicure chair and did the most horrible manicure standing up!!! OMG if not for the location!!! I've said every time I'm not going back but I get in a hurry and run by. The up-selling never stops and if you say no you get attitude and have to listen to a flurry of foreign language...leave it to my imagination talk. My nail technician was mad I didn't get gel and kept trying to upsell. She did a sloppy job on my manicure and didn't even push the cuticles back. Pedicure and eyebrow wax were fine though. Would go back for eyebrows but likely not nails. read more

They don't have a set pricing, they charge you on a whim. I got the same nails as my friend, color too, and I was charged an extra $20. When I asked why, they originally asked if I got a pedi, I said no and they then asked if I had gels, I didn't. They finally decided to tell me it was because my nails were longer than my friend's. Um?? Where does it say that length changes price especially if mine were longer by a CENTIMETER?? Felt very scammy. The quality of the nails are especially not worth $65!! My thumb nail was very crooked, the paint job left much to be desired, AND the nails do not stay on for very long. I'm sad because I really wanted to like this place:((( read more

I took my daughter here for her birthday. Not only were the technicians rude but they try to argue with you and push hard on the upsells. It's sad because the inside of this place is so nice and put together so well. But the techs are awful. My daughter got gel nails that fell off the next day. I went back they fixed them, not even an hour later the same one off again.. Angela was so extremely rude I literally wanted my daughter away from her asap. I won't be going back. read more

My visit here was terrible was not happy with my nails being misshaped and uneven when I asked the manager to fix them she started yelling at me in front of the customers that I set it up because I didn't have money to pay they also tried to charge me for fixing 3 nails when they only fixed one and put acrylic gel on my real nail I have never been so disrespected and embarrassed in my life when I'm paying for my nails to get done they should not look like I've done them myself (I'm bad at doing nails) I would never recommend this place to anyone even if it was the only place open the manager also started yelling go ask customers what they think just go do it mind you this place had quite a few people I left crying I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to select something read more

Fastest pedicure ever! Third rate foot massage/scrub. My pedicurist dremeled the nail polish off my one toe. Worst pedicure ever.

Horrible, horrible place!! Technician making phone calls while trying to do my nails and then leaving to do another employee's nails in the middle of teying to do mine. I have been going here for a few years and for a long time my pedicures were really good. Then it got to where they rushed through and sometimes they were done in 15 minutes. The first gel manicure I got was excellent; the 2nd one was terrible. I went back today just for a pedicure and got a good technician. However, I had not been there 10 minutes when the manager started an altercation with an employee. Both are Chinese (I think), they got into a yelling match right in the middle of the salon and it went on for 15 minutes. It stopped for a few minutes and then they went at it again. I. for one, and I'm sure there were many customers, who had no idea what they were saying, but they were mad. It was the most uncomfortable, stressful pedicure I have ever had!!!! No one tried to stop them but all the techs were looking at each other in disbelief so whatever they were saying, must have been pretty bad. When one customer was leaving, she said loudly that was the most unprofessional and rude display she had seen in a place of business. She said they are lucky she did not call the cops. There was a child in there right where they were yelling. It was terrible!!!!! That manager needs to find another job. read more

Place is nice... nice area... but unfortunately they have rude staff. They do not welcome you in when you enter the door. They lack communication with the customer. And constantly talking to there coworkers. And simply ignoring the customers request. I my self would never visit such a place. This facility has a nice atmosphere and pleasant staff, however, the quality of their services are least to be desired. A couple of their technicians are really good but most are REALLY bad. With my schedule I cannot make appointments but have to do walk in service, but when you walk in ALL technicians should know what they are doing. My last experience was terrible, I walked out of there with $50 less in my pocket for a DELUXE pedicure in which the massage was terrible (if you call just rubbing lotion into your skin a massage) and my French polish looked like my 9 yr old daughter painted my toes. I am glad for those who seem to have had a good experience here, however, I will not be returning. read more
