Horrible nails. Horrible customer service. Horrible timing. Come if you cheap basic with no standards or time limits. They can't do any nail art.. what they do will peel off. Dip nails chipping cracking and peeling the NEXT DAY. Shellac top coat gone...never have I had this problem. Worn dip for 3 weeks without issues. This place is bad news. Careless and rude. BEWARE! I have been going to this salon for years, despite many family and friends advising me not to. I should have listened. Two weeks ago I got a mani and pedi. The lady doing my nails cut me while trimming my cuticles. This happens at times so I didn't think much of it. It is now two weeks later and I have had to go to urgent care to get the infection drained, a tetanus shot, and two prescriptions. On top of that, the toe separators used for my pedicure were taken off and PUT BACK INTO THE DRAWER TO BE USED AGAIN! Obviously the infection was due to unclean tools. I have contacted the salon who bought me infection cream and gave me $30 back for my manicure, but that is because they are worried I'll leave a bad review. I do not want to impact a business negatively, however, when I told the worker what happened with the toe separators, she said, "Sorry you had to see that." The issue is not a customer seeing it....the issue is that it's happening. I will be calling the health department because I am worried this will not change. This has been my go to for the last few years. Went a couple days ago and had a horrible experience. They used the pumice stone on the soft areas of my feet and they were all scratched and bleeding. She spent more time watching the olympics on tv than actually paying attention to what she was doing. Now I have a toe that is all swollen and painful. This whole experience was painful. I've only been here 3 times. The first time was pretty decent. I got gel coffin nails and was pretty happy. The second time I asked for an oval/almond mix and the woman was very good. The third and final time was not pleasant. I asked for a design on the ring and pinky fingers and the woman seemed like she'd be okay with it. but as she went on, the color wasn't right. The design was NOT what I asked for, and all they did was charge me 5$ for the design instead of 10. I was irritated but just wanted to go home and file the design off so I can repaint them. My daughter and I used to come here all the time, but with busy lives we slowed way down, I hadn't been in here for quite some time, but I decided to drop in today....was able to get in right away for a mani/pedi. A sweet little lady started with my pedi, and a dude was supposed to do my mani, which he started to take off my old nail polish but as soon as the little gal told him I only wanted a mani, no gel or shellac he immediately stopped working on my hand and said something in his foreign lingo and walked off. Went in for the first time for a pedicure to relax with my mom and was by far a horrible and painful experience. They sat us in the chairs and starting cutting away at all of the live tissue all over our toes (which is completely illegal).. I asked to stop because it hurt and she proceeded with "it the cuticle" and continued! Both of our paint jobs are extremely horrible and we left in pain and irritated rather than feeling pampered and relaxed. Another side note, they sat us down at 7 and they were completely finished and we left by 7:30.... no quality whatsoever within this place and just wanted us up and out. read more

One of the best pedicures I've had! Not going to lie, my feet get pretty rough from my job and being on them non stop. The person who did my pedicure went the extra mile to make sure my feet were extra smooth. I got the deluxe pedicure and you get so much more add ons than a basic pedicure. For a few dollars more it is so worth it! She asked if she was being too rough or too soft with me, the massage was excellent, and overall it was a great experience! Please beware. A day after a pedicure here my feet were red and itchy. It soon turned into terrible small blisters and itchy peeling skin on my feet and around my cuticles. I used a fungus cream on them but it took a month to resolve and I still have darker patches around my toes where it was the worst. I looked up who inspects nail salons and they basically said buyer beware. Not enough manpower for inspections. Take their yelp reviews to heart. I've had a bad experience here, I usually go here all the time but after this it really made me mad. I went with my sister to get out eyebrows done and we signed in and everything. There were two people ahead of us and once the second person was out they let someone go before us when we've been waiting close to more than 30 minutes. I told the manager that we've been waiting for us to get it eyebrows done and her only response was "there's someone in the wax room". Probably won't be going there again after this. Absolutely nasty. I have received multiple infections in my toes/ nail. One of the workers even slapped my hand for "moving it", not only did he clean my nails with his nasty finger nails. I had the worst experience with this place. She sat on #9 but not sure if people rotate their seats. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was completely rude. She was in such a hurry that she didn't allow me to wash my hands and just added the gel nail polish on top, she only did one coat. On top of that i had requested a manicure and didnt even get that. Once I arrived to pay I told her they were bumpy, she got offensive and rude and said they weren't. Another employee asked her to buff them and redo them. She sat me down and was going to apply another coat when I told her the other employee said to buff them she said "fuck" and proceeded to tell me "I am going to remember you" after that comment I pulled away and told her i was going to pay but not for the full service. I went upfront to pay when one other gal said they were going to fix them but I told her I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to be there anymore. A guy, unsure of his name fixed my nails. But when I passed by to wash my hands the rude nail tech glared at me and made everything so uncomfortable by shhhing me when I passed by. I am never coming back to this place! I pay for good service, I pay to get my nails done and to look nice, I refuse to pay for something that is half ass and if it is half ass I say it in the nicest way possible, but that didn't work for this place. I tried this place out and thought I'd love it. I went in & got gel polish. Not a manicure, just wanted gel on my nails. It took 50 minutes for me to get this done, which is a crazy long time. I wouldn't suggest anybody going to this place if they are in a hurry. The male who also did my nails probably did 5-6 layers on gel onto each nail, which made my nails really thick. Not a good experience. Made an appointment for myself and 5 family members for manicures and pedicures. When we arrived at the salon before our 3 pm appointment all chairs were full and many people were waiting and there was a sign in list. When we called for an appointment we were told that they took appointments but didn't make any difference when we arrived. We were told to sign in on the list. After waiting 15 minutes 2 of our party were seated. After another 15 minutes one more was seated at a station that the foot bath wasn't sanitized or the pillow paper changed. Forty minutes after arriving no services had been started. We all left very disappointed. Called Orchid spa in Kennewick arrived there at the appointed time and all are happy with the services. read more

i went to get my nails done and the lady decided to stop doing my nails to go and help another customer. I waited 15 minutes so i go over to the lady and ask her how much longer because i was on my lunch. so the lady doesn;t even make eye contact with me and just says wait a minute. So i wait another 10 minutes and finally i get up and tell the lady i was leaving because i was on lunch. She had only done 2 nails on me. Next thing you know they all come out running the door screaming who knows what got my license plate and call the cops on me. The cops go looking for me at my house because they wanted me to pay $5. Thankfully i was able to get a hold of the policy officer before he showed up at my work! Do NOT go here. The owner is a short lady who is very rude. They didnt even use the scrub on our legs. They messed up my design. They messed up my sister in laws nails so the girl said she was going to redo them. My sister in law asked if she was going to charge her and the girl said no so she had her redo them. We were there for 2.5 hours for 2 pedis and one nail color on hands. She ended up charging her for the pedi AND the nail color on her hands after she had said she wouldn't. When my sister in law reminded her of that the owner lady rolled her eyes and the other girl discounted TWO dollars. I was unable to pay with a card due to their machine being down and the guy they have working there argued with me until I stopped talking to him so my sister in law had to pay for me because these idiots wanted me to write down my card number for them to keep until they could run my card.
