Cons: they weren't the shape that I asked for, three of them were crooked/uneven, and she was unable to do the fairly simple design I had asked for so she offered to do flowers which were ok but not great. If you're looking for basic nails with no frills, I think they do a decent job. If you want designs, I would politely suggest going elsewhere.

The mail filer, buffing block, and nail instruments were used. I asked her if any of those items were clean/sanitized. She laughed. I looked at her waiting for her response she said yes. If you're looking for cleanliness/sanitation protocols that this facility offers this is not the place. RUN I will never be coming back my health is more important. When I arrive, she immediately filed down my nails, only to then let me know afterwards that she didn't have the proper dip she needed, she didn't have enough time to do a full set, and that I would actually only be able to get a fill, which is the same cost as the full set I wanted. she still had a full hour and a half, and i already had told her exactly what i wanted, so i was extremely frustrated and left immediately, with my nails looking significantly worse than when i arrived. really unprofessional. wouldn't recommend to anyone. also the salon itself was messy with boxes of food everywhere. not very appealing.

Weird to not offer the option to customers as nail salon, but no worries and I didn't even blink at it. Then my feet are in the pedicure bowl, they proceed to increase the already not competitive pricing ($30 for a base pedicure, and then $32 for a manicure), with an additional $15 per service. I asked why, they said because of the gel color. It's brilliant really, I mean they nipped me for an extra $30 off of a simple Mani-Pedi, no acrylic, no designs, just your basic cleanup and color. And as a busy working mom who hasn't carved time out for a Mani-Pedi in months, out of desperation I agreed to it.
