The shape of the nails is uneven and sloppy, and the overall job was rushed. To make matters worse, the technician was rude and made me feel uncomfortable when it came time to pay, acting like I should leave a bigger tip even though the service was poor!! That is unbelievable!! For $100 I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I definitely do not recommend this place.

The mail filer, buffing block, and nail instruments were used. I asked her if any of those items were clean/sanitized. She laughed. I looked at her waiting for her response she said yes. As shown in the pic they reuse everything. Typically, they bring the nail instruments in a sanitized sealed bag. Here she brought it in a box like she just finished using it with a previous customer. If you're looking for cleanliness/sanitation protocols that this facility offers this is not the place. RUN I will never be coming back my health is more important. They are rude when you question them.

When I arrive, she immediately filed down my nails, only to then let me know afterwards that she didn't have the proper dip she needed, she didn't have enough time to do a full set, and that I would actually only be able to get a fill, which is the same cost as the full set I wanted. she still had a full hour and a half, and i already had told her exactly what i wanted, so i was extremely frustrated and left immediately, with my nails looking significantly worse than when i arrived. really unprofessional. wouldn't recommend to anyone. also the salon itself was messy with boxes of food everywhere. not very appealing.
