This business was only open for a year & I'm a very picky person about my nails now this lovely man named bob was absolutely divine with following my instructions and very professional. I've never gotten my nails done and not bled for one reason or another. Until today. Tim at LC nails in Kennewick was the most gentle nail tech ever. He was so considerate of my limited range of motion, took his time and made sure everything was even, smooth and looked great. The 3 other nail salons I've gone to in this area were a bit rude when I couldn't bend my hand a certain way and I've always gotten nicked or filed until I bled. My nails don't feel heavy or painful like they normally do after getting them done. 10/10. HIGHLY recommend!! I will be back! And it'll be with Tim, every time. read more

If I could do less I would. It was so terrible. She cut my cuticle immediately when trying to remove the gel. She started rushing through once another customer walked in. I paid for the deluxe and never got any cleaning of my nails just continuous cutting of the skin and cuticle. I asked her to stop cutting away at the cuticle she cut and she wouldn't stop. She aggressively filed it over and over. I can go on and on how this was the worst $70 spent EVER. It got so busy from the moment we sat down and I have now idea how. I cried on the way home because my toe hurt and I was so mad I paid for that terrible service. Please save yourself the money and DO NOT GO HERE read more

First and last time I'll go to this salon. I brought my daughter for a pedicure and they made zero accommodations for her. Barely even touched her feet and didn't put any lotion on her. I got a parafin wax pedicure. They stuck our feet in room temp water and left us to sit there for 40 minutes before even beginning our pedicure (we had an appointment) They massaged my feet for maybe 3 minutes total and the customer service was awful. The lady doing my pedicure took a hot towel straight out of the steamer and put it on my feet burning me. $91 is a ridiculous amount of money to spend on such horrible service. read more

If I can give them 0 stars I would. As many times as I told them exactly how I wanted them they refused to acknowledge my requests. I wanted the black hearts and the almond shape in photo one but got this pink and purple mess of nails instead. I was embarrassed by these nails that I have to shape them at home myself and take off the polish. I also had a friend go with me and they did not listen to any of her requests, they even were asking her if her nails looked even to her... is she the nail tech? Don't think so. I recently had a New Full Set done. I asked for Cindy, she wasn't available. Had someone different. Barely 2 weeks & had 2 nails pop off. That's what I ask for Cindy. First Set Feb 2022, no breaks fill 1 1/2 months later she fills. I move then come back...not happy with person who did my last set there. PSA..When you know your nail person don't let anyone else do your nails. I paid a lot and suck after 1 1/2 weeks. I will never go there again unless Cindy is there. $73 and the absolute worst pedicure I've ever had. Nothing done with my cuticle, didn't even ask if I wanted my nails trimmed down which they definitely needed. I got a SUPER deluxe so that it would have all of the bells and whistles. And they must have charged an extra $20 for gel. Because my pedicure was $53 - none the less she didn't do the callous remover, barely even touched me. Then the mask, the hot towels...the hot stone massage/regular massage all lasted less than 10 minutes. And was done AFTER she painted my nails almost as an after thought because she saw me looking at the menu like WTF. The lady next to me got a basic $35 pedicure and was getting better service than I was. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

There are so many options in the Tri Cities; it's easy for customers to jump around and probably challenging for businesses to compete with them all. Even though I am simply a spa pedicure girl, I had an extremely good experience and my toenails look great. Their more deluxe options are reasonably priced, and I plan on returning and trying one of them in the future. This is partially because they did not pressure me to do so, or make me feel less valued because I did not do so, which many salons do, and it is to those that I never return. read more
