Cassidy performed a gentle scalp analysis and we spoke about issues I've had with my scalp in the past. She followed this by a soothing oil head massage and a cleansing masking ritual on a very comfortable warm spa bed. The scalp massages were very relaxing using different techniques and treatments. The products used during my treatment smelled so good and my hair and scalp feel so soft clean and refreshed. I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. We filed a police report for theft and for putting counterfeit money back into circulation. This salon constantly pressures customers to pay in cash, claiming their card machine is always down. In my opinion, this may be part of a scam they run on unsuspecting customers. Avoid this place. We are filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
