We waited 45 miinutes after our appointment time we were finally taken to the chairs. Okay thats fine people can get behind. I picked a pedicure that I think was 3rd from the top. It was supposed to have a 10 minute massage( I think I was trying to remember the exact time.) mine was 3 minutes. He set a timer to do the massage and then it ran for 3 minutes before he shut it off and got up and walked around. The lady insisted that the small flower HAD to be in get even though I requested multiple times to do not gel. I dont react to gel well and I dont like it. I tried to convey that to her even as she was forcing it on to my toes. Then they even charged me extra for the gel that I told her I didn't want. Fast forward to a few hours later. I look down as soon as I got home and half of the toe nail polish had come off. I was very dry and okayed to leave when I left. The cherry on the top is I go to get a pedicure a couple times a year to help combat ingrown toenails. I got a pedicure on Friday it is now Tuesday and I have an ingrown toenail. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You would think that paying $77 for a pedicure you would get a good one.

The wait even tho we had appt, the lack of cleanliness,…read moredidn't ask what kind of pedi, didn't start on me until 40 mins past appt time but had me sit for half hour in the water, awkward vibe, needs better ventilation, still had color after removing last color and it wasn't gel, didn't see them clean any of the bowls after people got up and they don't use liners, chair didn't work well, lady that was doing my feet was rough and ignored me when I asked her not to cut my cuticles but tried twice and said ok ok when I stopped her in the middle of cutting, stone massage? more like she held the stone and made motions but barely swiped my legs all the while stopping to talk to the other employees, no massage other than her rubbing a teeny bit of lotion on, she left while my feet were in the paraffin and when asked where the gal went the one said "we didn't forget-has to dry"- then she came back in with a drink from next door15 mins later, no base coat, did about 5 random coats but not on all nails in 2 mins and then took the gross menu to use as a fan and then immediately put top coat on, left big toe polish is already coming off and it hasn't even been 12 hrs, chair at the end was overflowing and it seemed a daily occurrence, my left shoe was wet from it, about 90 mins. I don't think anyone there looked happy except the staff and they were more interested in their drinks than any of the customers. Not sure how the health department hasn't been in and I'm pretty sure they aren't all certified. Feet hurt and have been red all night. Just gross overall. Even if this visit was free I wouldn't give it a star.
