The shape of the nails is uneven and sloppy, and the overall job was rushed. To make matters worse, the technician was rude and made me feel uncomfortable when it came time to pay, acting like I should leave a bigger tip even though the service was poor!! I called and booked an appointment for 2 full set acrylics since my sister was coming with me, fully expecting there to be 2 people there to do the sets at the same time. Showed up at my 5 PM appointment with only one girl sitting there. I showed her a reference pic of what I wanted (the screenshot attached). She was overall nice while doing the nails but after the nails I had left and looked at them, in brighter light, they didn't look anything like the referenced photo. She had done the acrylic very badly, I had acrylic on my skin and spots on my nails weren't fully covered. I wanted gems and she had glopped on glue on my entire nail, not just where she put on gems. After this, I did NOT see her put any top coat on and she didn't ask what kind of coat I'd like. She had taken 2 HOURS to do these nails. When I went back in to request a refund, since these were not worth the $114 I paid for I was met with a lot of dismissive behavior. She was not taking accountability for the messed up glue and the spots not covered in acrylic and the gems that had fallen off(not even 48 hours after). I was told since she spent 2 HOURS(which is on her and her time management)doing the nails that they normally don't do refunds.. After a back a forth she said she would only do a $50 refund(less then half of what I paid). I did not feel like arguing anymore so I took the refund and left. Overall DO NOT GO HERE. They cannot do designs well and definitely overcharge for the quality and services provided. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience and literally cried several times over these nails. It has been 6 months since I had gotten my nails done (because a lack of funds) and I was excited but met with a horrible experience. **DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE!!
