The mail filer, buffing block, and nail instruments were used. I asked her if any of those items were clean/sanitized. She laughed. I looked at her waiting for her response she said yes. As shown in the pic they reuse everything. Typically, they bring the nail instruments in a sanitized sealed bag. Here she brought it in a box like she just finished using it with a previous customer. If you're looking for cleanliness/sanitation protocols that this facility offers this is not the place. RUN I will never be coming back my health is more important. They are rude when you question them.

I called and booked an appointment for 2 full set acrylics since my sister was coming with me, fully expecting there to be 2 people there to do the sets at the same time. Showed up at my 5 PM appointment with only one girl sitting there. I showed her a reference pic of what I wanted (the screenshot attached). She was overall nice while doing the nails but after the nails I had left and looked at them, in brighter light, they didn't look anything like the referenced photo. She had done the acrylic very badly, I had acrylic on my skin and spots on my nails weren't fully covered. I wanted gems and she had glopped on glue on my entire nail, not just where she put on gems. After this, I did NOT see her put any top coat on and she didn't ask what kind of coat I'd like. She had taken 2 HOURS to do these nails. When I went back in to request a refund, since these were not worth the $114 I paid for I was met with a lot of dismissive behavior. She was not taking accountability for the messed up glue and the spots not covered in acrylic and the gems that had fallen off(not even 48 hours after). I was told since she spent 2 HOURS(which is on her and her time management)doing the nails that they normally don't do refunds.. After a back a forth she said she would only do a $50 refund(less then half of what I paid). I did not feel like arguing anymore so I took the refund and left. Overall DO NOT GO HERE. Cassidy performed a gentle scalp analysis and we spoke about issues I've had with my scalp in the past. She followed this by a soothing oil head massage and a cleansing masking ritual on a very comfortable warm spa bed. The scalp massages were very relaxing using different techniques and treatments. The products used during my treatment smelled so good and my hair and scalp feel so soft clean and refreshed. We ended with another scalp analysis to see my scalp unclogged and clean followed by my hair blown dry. (So appreciated) Cassidy is very gentle and has created a lovely spa space to enjoy.
