Cassidy performed a gentle scalp analysis and we spoke about issues I've had with my scalp in the past. I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. We filed a police report for theft and for putting counterfeit money back into circulation. This salon constantly pressures customers to pay in cash, claiming their card machine is always down. In my opinion, this may be part of a scam they run on unsuspecting customers. Avoid this place. We are filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

But when it came to my fingernails, I decided to change the color from my toes, and the nail tech accidentally used regular polish instead of gel. The kicker? She didn't realize this mistake until after she had completely finished the manicure. At that point, I'd already been in the chair for 45 minutes and couldn't stay any longer--I had to get home to my kids. She offered to remove everything and start over, but that just wasn't possible time-wise. I was told I'd only be charged for regular polish (fine), and left assuming it would at least look decent with the gel topcoat she applied. 30 minutes later--after running next door to Costco to pick up a quick dinner--I looked down and saw my nails were completely smashed and ruined. The polish hadn't set at all. I immediately went back in, showed them the mess, and politely asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing, they acted like it was my fault, suggesting I should've known the difference between gel and regular polish bottles because I "okayed" the color. I ended up paying $92 including tip for a service that left my nails ruined, paper-thin from gel prep, and a whole evening wasted--not to mention the money I spent on babysitting. The mail filer, buffing block, and nail instruments were used. I asked her if any of those items were clean/sanitized. She laughed. I looked at her waiting for her response she said yes. As shown in the pic they reuse everything. Typically, they bring the nail instruments in a sanitized sealed bag. Here she brought it in a box like she just finished using it with a previous customer. If you're looking for cleanliness/sanitation protocols that this facility offers this is not the place. RUN I will never be coming back my health is more important. They are rude when you question them.
