Save your money, your nails and your time and go somewhere else. I was visiting from out of town and, unfortunately, ended up at this place. It was absolutely terrible. There were no other customers and the first person I ended up with was clearly new. I still gave her a chance since that didn't necessarily mean she wasn't skilled but that became evident after a while and when they had to have someone else come over to try to salvage the manicure. An hour and a half, a few bleeding nail beds, and 2 people later, I ended up paying a lot of money for the worst manicure I have ever had. I should have trusted my instincts and left when I got there or abandoned part way through but, at that time, I didn't want to have to go somewhere else to start over, although in hindsight that would have been better. read more

My sister and I visited bee nails and spa this evening and we both had the best experience all the way through! The owner is literally the sweetest lady and You can really tell she strives to make her customers happy because it makes her happy! She was so gentle and really took her time on each nail perfecting the shape/ apex. Also they have great color selection and also still have regular polish, but also have gel and dip! The prices were very fair compared to some of the places around here and it honestly was worth the money because the lady who did my nails (I wish I had gotten her name) did such an amazing job, she totally revamped my nails to make it look like I got a whole new set when all I got was a fill! Everyone in there were very friendly and kind. I loved my time at bee's nail and spa and will definitely be back!! They are super meticulous and took time to shape my super funky nails. I'm a nail biter so I have these random ridges and curves to my nails but the man took a long time shaping them and making sure they were even and not flared out once he did the powder dip. Super appreciate both him and Laura taking the time to make sure they were even and well-rounded. It took about 2 hours to get a tips and powder dip done but I think it was worth the time. read more

Just experienced major rudeness. I went in to get a pedicure and the massage was very short like 2 minutes. I asked if I could pay more to get a longer massage. The boss lady came over and told me no. If I want a foot massage I can go next door. Then she laughed and walked off like I was crazy for asking. At the end of the pedicure the nail tec got up and walked off without a word. After sitting there for a few minutes I got up and tried to get my own flip flops on. The boss lady asked what I needed and I told her that my nail lady just walked off without getting flip flops for me to wear out the door or saying a word for that matter. Boss lady did nothing, and the other nail tec next to me got out flip flops for me and helped me get them on. Completely disappointed I spent money there. Will never do that again. read more

Went to get a basic gel manicure here, the guy literally made everyone of my nails bleed when he was cutting around the cuticles. And then left blood around the edge of the nail bed and then just painted gel over top of it and then cured it. And the other Nail Tech next to me was coughing and sneezing I'm assuming she was sick? She shouldn't have been at work. Definitely a waste of money and I shouldn't have paid for it but didn't want to make a fuss. Definitely won't ever come here again and it was a waste of money and it was painful. read more

I have gone to Paradise Nails for years and loved them. The business was sold and is now Bee Nails. They doubled the prices. The owner, Laura, bragged that there is only one place with prices higher than at her store. Very arrogant and I do not want to go back. They make people wait 40-45 minutes for scheduled appointments. After close to 10 years as a customer and she is only interested in the prices. She wants checks made out to her only or cash and no cards or bank transactions. I'm very disappointed and angry that they behave this way. Don't go to Bee Nails and Spa. read more

I thought coming here was good because I have heard they are good with gel. I have never gotten a pedi here and today I went in to get a pedi and they don't use bags in their tubs. So I asked do you guys use bags or can you? And a man that works there said they don't and if I don't like it to not do it. I said ok I'll just do my mani only then he said no if you don't like it you can leave. I said i just am not comfortable getting a pedi at a place that doesn't use bags but still want yo get my fingers done and he was like no. If you don't like you can leave. Bye. So I left and said it's not clean or sterile to do that now a days. And he was upset. Went in for a pedicure and off the bat noticed the pedicure station I was placed at was falling apart and duct taped back together. I sat in and turned on the massager and it was a pretty nice one that gets in real deep unlike the ones that just glide around not really doing much. My nail tech was a young girl very sweet and kind, she had very soft gentle movements and gave a soft massage and cleaned up her mistakes with the polish but all together the pedicure was done in 15 minutes maybe less and when she finished she left to the back and I never saw her again. Now as for the aesthetics of the place... there was a guy (who I assume works there) sitting on the couch watching everyone who walks in and out, then a lady came out of the back with a bowl of food and sat on the couch next to him barefoot with her feet up eating and talking to the other nail techs like she was at home and when another woman finished her set of nails and got up to pay her nail tech stood up and was walking around barefoot as well. Then out of nowhere someone in the back must have started microwaving some food because the whole place smelled like seafood and spices. Being someone who doesn't like seafood this was very disappointing as I wasn't in a restaurant but a nail salon. Then I walked up to pay and the lady on the couch got up, snatched my card and started paying on the machine and never even told me my total until she handed me my receipt. I like the pedicure and the massager but you're running a business not chilling at home with your friends. A little more professionalism is needed but other than that the pedicure was a little fast but ok. read more

Been here twice now and both times I requested something and got something else. First time I requested a dip set multiple times. I was here with friends getting mani pedis. They gave me an acrylic set. Not the biggest deal in the world. Then I came back for a fill and to replace a broke tip. I also requested a change of color. Rather than a fill, I got a new gel color with no fill. Also, they didn't bother to even get close to my cuticle with the my gel color so I walked out with nails that already look a week plus brown out. Finally all my other nails are almond, my replaced nail is round. I asked once for it to be filed better but it just looked the same and doesn't match the rest of my hand. The lady doing my nails hit my finger with the electric file multiple times and was very rough it hurt a lot and she made me bleed. Here in Kennewick for an event and needed a pedi since I was wearing open toe shoes and I wanted my toes to look nice. This place was close to my hotel so I walked in. Everything was fine until the lady used the file block on my big toe and filed the skin right off in a few swoops! The worst part was that she didn't even notice what she did and sprayed my toes with acetone - it hurt so badly, I kicked back my foot so fast I almost hit her! Then she says, "No problem" and paints clear nail polish over the wound. It stung even worse, but the pain resided quickly. At this point, I would have walked out had my toes not been in such poor shape for the event, but I needed at least a new coat of polish. My big toe was already screwed up as it was red from the abrasion and hurt so bad. So when all was said and done, I went to pay ($40 for the pedicure) and the woman who screwed up my nails said "Sorry." I asked if there was anything she could do (as in discount??) for the injury, and she said "No, I said I was sorry didn't I?" I couldn't believe it. I paid my bill and left. That is horrible customer service. Did the event go well and my nails look good? Yes, but my big toe stuck out like a sore thumb and worse, it hurt like a banshee the whole night. This salon does great nails, but when it comes to them messing up, they are heartless and greedy. You're taking a gamble if you go here. read more

If you're looking for an inexpensive, and minimal, pedicure, this is your place. I've been to over a dozen different places for pedicures alone and this was near the bottom. Giving two stars, instead of one, because the polish on all our feet looks pretty good. My feet were in pretty rough shaping, needed nails trimmed and filed, need the heels and some of my toes to have a good pumice/file and really wanted a nice massage. I got none of those things. Was basically a foot soak with polish change. I heard the girl on the phone, when we were sitting there waiting for toes to dry, say the owner wasn't there, so I don't know if they shape up and do a better job when he/she is there. I had to file my own calluses at home, plus file down some sharp toenail edges. There are better places, skip this one. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! My friend and I went there for manis/pedis. We had gel polish on so they soaked our fingers in acetone. When we were done I watched them suck the used acetone back up into the bottle that they had poured it from. I saw them fo this with both mine and my friend's bowls of acetone. I can only imagine how many fingers have been in that same acetone and it makes me wonder what other kind if shortcuts they are taking. I will never go back there!! read more

Here from out of town for my Grandmas funeral and Family pictures. Came with my mom and sister for Pedicures and eyebrow waxing. The pedicure was average, but the eyebrow waxing was a traumatic disaster. I came in with 2 eyebrows and left with 1. After she did it and said nothing, she tried to glue pieces of my eyebrow back on, hoping I wouldn't notice! To my surprise, when I looked in the mirror. Chunks of my eyebrow was missing. All she could say was Sorry. I didn't pay for the waxing, but payed frustratedly for the pedicure. Went home and unable to sleep, called the next day and asked if there was anything they could do. The person in charge, said all the could was give me half my money back. Needless to say I will never go back and I will try to wait patiently as my eyebrow grows back. My first and last time at this salon. I'm not sure if the tech was trying to break a record but it took her maybe 10 mins from start to finish. She massaged my feet and legs for about 2 mins on each!
