I should have listened to my gut as soon as I went in and saw that instead of soaking off my powder dipped nails, the technician went in with a nail clipper and VERTICALLY CLIPPED THE TIPS. I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. Needless to say, the service went downhill from there and I was back only 6 days after having gotten my new dipped nails (on much shorter nails due to aforementioned damage) because they were chipped and cracked. I did get a refund but after I removed the product myself by slowly soaking them off (I didn't want them to do anything else with my nails), noticed damage on my nail bed as well. So this was my first time coming here I was really happy overall.. When I walked in the place was super clean and well decorated. I was welcomed by the friendly staff. I did the green tea pedicure and even though they didn't do the mask as described in their menu of services available, it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. I have been a regular at this place for a long time. Kathy & the other women do a great job and work really hard. Now they have 3 men working there & the quality has really suffered. Some are nice, but have no eye hand coordination, one is very rough and will try to bend your finger at right angles sideways (guy the joint doesn't do that). If you ask for one of the girls, they just look exhausted at you because I think it happens a lot. Sorry to have to write this. Yelp is a great service that protects the people, helps you avoid landmine businesses, & helps you research how to wisely spend your time and money. Oh boy was I mistaken.... The person whom did my nails was rude, obviously angry about something and left my nails looking like this, not to mention she cut me twice. I needed my nails done on a business trip. The salon was empty and they took me right away. I wanted an SNS manicure which they said they did. They hardly have any colors but I only needed a quick manicure so I picked from the limited selection. Did she soak my hands? No. Did she push or clip my cuticles? No. The real problem was after she dipped my nails. She pulled out the UV lamp to "cure" the final coat with a gel topcoat. The reason I get dip manicure is because I can't use UV light. She then just topped it off with clear polish as if it was completely normal. They do not look good but I was too short on time to have them redone. I can not wait to return home and have them properly redone. Beware. They DO NOT use the SNS system and did a poor job on my manicure. I didn't even get lotion or cuticle oil in the end. And to make things worse, the salon smells. Not like a nail salon and not pleasant. read more

Very, very, very impressed with this salon. They got me in at 5:20 on a Saturday night when they close at 7. I got my acrylics taken off and got dip powder for the first time. The women was very gentle when removing my nails and kept making sure it wasn't hurting me. My shape is just what I asked for, they aren't bumpy and you can't even tell that I just had acrylics taken off. This is the best my nails have ever looked after having acrylics removed. First time here today, and the service was excellent! The quality was amazing my nails look so good! I got a simple manicure with regular nail polish, it came to 11 dollars but is originally 13 but they're doing a grand opening special. Lien did my nails, she took her time I didn't feel rushed she spent a good amount of time cleaning up my cuticles. I noticed they do put plastic covers in their pedicure tubs, which is great. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! My sister and I went there to get full sets. There was a 20 minute wait, which was alright. My nail tech was VERY aggressive and harsh. He didn't even apply the acrylic power correctly. When he went to polish my nails, he didn't even paint all of the nail! You could see the actual acrylic itself! My sister had the same problem with her nail tech, but her tech was on the phone the whole time and it was very loud. When our nails were done, we went to the area where you let the polish dry, they forgot about us. 30 minutes later we finally decide that it was time to leave. I payed for mine with a certificate and some cash. My sister gave them her certificate and her card. The guy was very mad that she didn't have cash and was VERY rude. Skipping ahead 4 days, one of my nails fall off, which is ridiculous!! I definitely do NOT recommend this place! NEVER going back there ever again! I wouldn't have even given you one star if I dint have to! read more
