Thuy/Twee was so incredibly sweet and she did such a good job! I got an acrylic set and she was super fast and super kind. I'm definitely coming back and I'm going to bring my boyfriend to get a pedicure:) highly recommend this place it was very relaxing! read more

I've been a regular at Orchid for a decade now and have never been disappointed! My nails always look beautiful and the spa is so clean! Won't go anywhere else! read more

This is my favorite nail salon in the Tri-Cities, and I have tried many! They are professional and do a great job. At most places the massage is terrible or hurts, but these people give great massages! They also have never over trimmed my cuticles so that they sting like many places do. A pain-free experience! The environment is very calm and relaxing too. There is a language barrier, and they do up-charge you for their files and if you pay with a card. But if you bring cash and your own files you're golden! read more

Overall, I don't think I'll go back, it's very uncomfortable when the tech deliberately walks from the back on FaceTime to pan over who's in the chair and walk right back conveniently with the phone still pointing at you. I went in for a pedicure and the vibe just wasn't there and honestly the service was subpar. read more

Booked an appointment. Chose the second most expensive pedicure looking for a good foot rub and callus removal. And relaxing time away from chaos. Got a speedy 20min pedi with a leg rub I didn't want and zero attention to my heels that needed it. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Pretty good money for them $40 for 20min. I had been here in the past And had a much better experience. Will not be back. read more

WOW! i have no words for this establishment, customer service was 10/10 they took their time on my pedicure and it was very affordable. I left feeling so relived and my toe color came out perfect! read more

10/10 this is the best spot in town. I continually end up back at Orchid Spa because they just do such a meticulous job. Their standard for quality is unmatched and I've never been so happy with my nails. And thats EVERY time I leave. Have you ever went for a fill and were just a little bit disappointed? Won't happen at Orchid Spa. They do careful and swift work. I always feel taken care of and not like I am being rushed out the door. read more

I might not be the best person to review a manicure as I don't get them enough to compare with others so this review is more about the ambience than the quality of my simple manicure. The ladies were nice enough but my gal talked the ENTIRE time to a coworker behind her and only chimed in to me when she needed me to do something for her. So I found the service a bit "cold" and not very relaxing. I'll continue my search. read more

They do an excellent job with pedicure and manicure! I have to say, they give the best pedicures with the best massages ever!

Was here about two weeks ago. Went in for simple pedicure and gel manicure and was so disappointed. None of my nails were even, the tech did not get the whole nail on quite a few and missed the tips on most. They used the same pair of cuticle trimmers on my hands as they used on my feet (without cleaning in between). My mom got got a fungal infection on her foot as well. We will not be back. read more

Had the best experience today, my best friend is pregnant and her swelling is much improved. 5 star , such a great place. Thank you!

I usually love this place, but they decided to downsize their staff and are not as proficient. You have to make an appointment, but they still make you wait. If another person that is "more important" walks in, they stop doing your nails to do that person's. It was ridiculous. Not to mention, my nails were not done well , was rushed, and she cut my finger with the dremel. read more

We should have given the reviews more credit. Both my sister and I ended up with botch jobs- we could have done better ourselves. The massage was fine, but not worth it! I even called ahead and the guy didn't even ask for my name. read more

I got a shellac/gel manicure on June 28, to celebrate my sister's birthday. By July 4, six days later, my nails were chipped like crazy. I went in July 5, and they were closed through the 6th. My son was sick on the 7th, so I went in on Saturday, the 8th, to get them fixed. I spoke with someone, and he argued with me for five to ten minutes about why it was too late even though they were the ones who were closed. He was going to charge me half price to fix. I'm sorry - they made the mistake - and should have been willing to fix for no charge. I have never had a manicure this bad or for a business not be willing to fix. I think their polishes are old and don't last. This was the second time I have been there, and the first time was mediocre at best. I will not return, celebration or otherwise. read more

Although the woman who did my pedicure was very nice, they did not even scrub my calluses and they hurried on my nail polish and it looks terrible. Not only was my pedicure bad I got a full set put on and they are completely the wrong shape after telling her many times this was not the shape I wanted, And to top it off one of my nails is crooked!!!! I could tell that they were just in a hurry to get my money and get me out so they can fill the next seat, needless to say I will not be back. read more

I've been to Orchid several times now and have loved every pedi Ute and manicure. I've had powder, gel, and regular polish and they've all been excellent. Service is excellent, prices are great, and the leg, feet, and hand massages are amazing. Highly recommend. read more

I went here with 2 friends and daughter. Each of us had a pretty significant issue. Friend 1-she asked for a flower on her finger, the gentleman replied with a sigh, no time for flower, no. Ummmmm, really. No time, it takes 1 minute and costs 5 dollars. My daughter- they cut her thumb so badly that I questioned whether it needed a stitch. It wouldn't stop bleeding. They kept trying to blot it, but it was too deep. Then they said, no gel nail. Which was fine with me, I figured it would STING! Then I look over and they are painting it! Covering her nail with a mixture of blood and paint! Friend 2-got her toes painted a lighter orange. Received one coat. She asked for a second coat as you could see through the color. She got an eye roll and a very sloppy second coat. The lady said I'll just put jewels over the see through part. Me-I was also cut. Not as badly as my daughter, but still they painted my nails with blood still dripping out of my cuticle. Disgusting. I kept trying to blot and was scolded. Rude and unsanitary! I will never go back. read more

I am on a mission to find a decent nail salon that doesn't break the bank. Here is what I like about Orchid Spa: It is spacious and clean. I haven't had a pedicure yet but the chairs look really nice. I plan on getting one in the near future. Friendly staff and they offer a wide range of services, including wedding packages. Why the ok rating: I've been to Orchid twice to get my lip and eyebrows waxed. I really want to like it better because the woman there tries so hard. She takes her time and it feels like she's doing a thorough job, but I always have to "fix" it afterwards. The waxing/facial room is really nice and clean - I'm just not happy with the final results. I'm hoping to update the rating after I get a pedicure, so for now this rating/review reflects the waxing service. read more

I have gone here before and thought it was great. I got a mani pedi and thought it was very rushed and sloppy. There was lot of polish on my skin and there were products that were applied to one foot but not the other. Overall I will look for somewhere else the next time I go to get my nails done. read more

Wow. Where to begin. I brought my friend in for her birthday to get pedicures. A note to anyone business savvy: the Tri Cities area desperately needs cute little day spas. The area is definitely lacking and someone with a good business sense could make a killing. Upon walking in, I informed the girl at the desk that I had a missing toenail from an injury, and asked her if they could do an acrylic. She said they could and it be $7. We were then very rudely "greeted" by our nail techs and told to sit down in the chairs. My tech looked at my missing toenail and examined my foot like it was a foreign object. I explained to her that I was told they would do an acrylic, and she rudely asked me who had said that. I had to point the girl out. In Vietnamese she started yelling at the woman, which they bantered back and forth with. I felt like I had done something wrong. Let me say, I have complete respect for all cultures. However, I think it is extremely rude and unnerving to have a conversation in one's native language while getting a service done. I asked if she was able to do it and she hushed me while still bantering with her co-worker. She looked up at me and said, "Yeah. I do it for $7." Wow. I never was able to relax. She seemed angry during the whole service. She made me sit in an uncomfortable chair to place the acrylic while I had to lift my leg and hold it for her. It looked like she glued a square chicklet (candy gum) piece to my toe and didn't paint it entirely. So the stark white plastic piece showed through. She then told me it wouldn't last and would probably fall off. This, topped with the odd decor - especially the two pond like structures with water that obviously has never been changed and a scum on it that could have held a small animal, I would never recommend to anyone. read more

So fresh and so CLEAN!! The staff is nice and the chairs are so welcoming. I can always count that their tools are clean unlike most nail salons around here. Try a hot stone pedicure. During the cold months, these are my saving grace!! read more

So my mother and I were on the hunt for a new salon today and found a home! Finding a quality salon isn't only about one specific feature rather a combination of many that come together to form value, service, and overall appeal. We stumbled upon orchid spa on yelp after our first choice was booked up for 3 hours. We both got pedicures and she chose a full set while I ventured to try shellac for the first time on my natural nails after 2 years of acrylic. Our appointment started promptly on time and the pedicures were absolutely amazing! They offer 4 variations (ranging from $20-35) and we both chose 1 of the more expensive choices. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I got white tips and my feet looked and felt beautiful. Now when it came to the nails it was a diff story. The first tech didn't fully remove all the acrylic which left my shellac looking lumpy to say the least. (My mothers full set looked great though) after leaving the salon I realized how dissatisfied I was and promptly returned. The manager patiently listened to my concerns inspected my nails and COMPLETELY redid them free of charge! Even though I had to return for the fix I will definitely be back to Orchid Spa. The salon is clean and relaxing the pedicures unmatched and the customer service overshadows any flaws in skill they may have. Like I said. Finding a wonderful salon isn't just about how it looks, how much the services cost, or if your satisfied with your nails...it's a combination of all these things and Orchid fits the bill. read more

My daughter & I came on the recommendation of a friend. We needed a place that we could communicate issues with ingrown toenails, they listened to our needs & were very careful and detailed with my daughters toes. We both got the "regular" $20 pedi & it was so nice. Cleaned cuticles really well & the message felt so good. We will be back to try the chamomile pedi. We felt welcome & comfortable here. I was just in town visiting there from Seattle this past weekend Fri & Sat Sept 12th & 13th. I needed to get in for a pedicure and I looked this one up! I am so happy I found it. Many others right around this area got terrible reviews and this place is awesome! It was a clean and nice environment. It was inexpensive $20-40 and you can pick a more expensive treatment within that Rangel the gal that worked on me was very friendly and polite and did a great job with the hot stone massage I paid for. I got a great pedi and extras for $30! It was worth every penny. Their customer service is excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place. I will be returning next time I am back in town! read more

Walked in this afternoon no waiting for fill & design. Very pleasant nail techs. I will defiantly be back.

Not bad for a small town nail place. Made an appointment for an hour before closing and when I got there is was still busy with customers. Had the hot stone pedicure with a really good foot massage, but the shellac mani was a bit rushed. I also wanted to mention that my pedi was done by two technicians and my mani by another. I attribute the change of techs to it being so close to closing time, and the staff trying to be as efficient as possible. Overall, they did a really good good job with the services, my heels haven't felt this smooth in some time. read more

They charge for a nail shape, multiple colors, and anything else. It was 50$ for an acrylic set with gel and diamonds on my ring fingers. That's insane. I have gone to Orchid for many months now. Twee the owner remembers my name, everyone working there is always sweet and I get a consistent dip nail and pedicure. Twee usually does my nails and takes her time and is extremely detail oriented. Not to mention it's never crowded or overly busy, and pricing is definitely right. I've been to other nail places charging $45-$60 for dip nails and my fills are $35. Extremely affordable for the quality I get. read more

The girl was so rude and one of my nails got messed up and she didn't fix it. I had cut my finger with a knife shortly before going and I asked her to be careful and it seemed she made it a point to make it burn. She was so rushed and there was no one waiting. I had heard really good things about this place and I was so excited to try it. But i would never go back to her. My friend got her nails done by a really kind woman and they looked amazing. Might be willing to go back if I get anyone else but the the girl who helped me. read more

The man acted like I was ruining his day by coming in. I asked for a full set... when he asked the length I said "pretty short" so he just cut them to my regular nail. I'm confused why anyone would come in to get a full set if they aren't any longer than your own nails. I could have just got a manicure and saved money. Obviously I was upset but didn't want to say anything to him because he wasn't friendly already. So I told another tech and she just told him and he said that's what I asked for and how are they supposed to know how short or long I want? I said usually you verify with the customer where you will cut but he didn't. I'm so upset. Had a great pedicure by an older lady that was so nice but I was on the verge of tears the whole time so I hope she didn't think it was her. I will never return. read more

I read the reviews for this nail salon and went that day because several stated they gave the best and longest massages during pedicure. I went in, requested a manicure and pedicure at 4:30. I had one of the better pedicures, and even with that said I had had both manicure and pedicure and was walking out their door at a little after 5. I felt like it was rush, rush assembly line. Not the relaxing spa I had hoped for. I Didn't work for me. read more

I have known Haan and Amy for 5 years - they were in W. Richland before as the shop owners, now own this shop and it has been a complete step above! This is a very relaxing atmosphere and their friendliness and desire to do a great job add to it all. I seem to take at least 2 hours for my Pedi and Gel nails, but it is well worth it! Lou does a great job and the lady's mother who now works with them does a dynamite leg massage during the pedicure! There isn't a time I visit that they don't ask about my family, my husband and grandkids too! They remember things about you and don't spend the entire time talking, but have a balance of personal service and relationship building! For those who aren't always happy with the waxing, yes, they are patient and wanting to do their best - all you have to do is communicate what your needs are and they are happy to fix things to your satisfaction! I am hoping this continues to be a secret, cause I don't want to have to share! LOL! read more

I love this place... been coming here for years. Clean salon, nice people great hot stone massage pedi.

Clean place but the service is terrible. I am visiting the tricities area and found this place and figured it was good after reading the reviews. My pedicure was rushed and sloppy. They could barely understand me when I asked for my nail shape. She half assed my massage and paid no focus to my feet. I would not recommend anyone to come without an appointment as I waited 20 minutes for something I would have never expected. I am very disappointed with this nail salon. read more
