Great place for the kids and even better customer service. Lots of space and well thought out layout/activities for the kids. The place was immaculate and extremely clean/sanitized. You can tell the owner are very meticulous about cleanliness and service and not just simply about profits and labor cost. There were 3 employees there on their knees polishing every little details about the place. Amazing. Keep up the good work. read more

They are amazing! The staff is super caring -- Cinnamon, Victoria, Jaina and Lizette! They are always cleaning to make sure that everything is spotless! My son is 2.5 years old and I never feel uncomfortable letting him play. It is super safe everyone gets wrist bands and they don't let people leave without checking and removing them. Also get a coffee from Condron - Peyton makes the best americanos! Love them all!!!! read more

This place is so much fun. I was visiting family with my three year old daughter, took her and her cousins (11 and 12 year old girls) and they all had fun. Really great for all ages. They have a small arcade and a nice cafe and sitting area for adults. Amazing, fun, organized and clean. read more

So much fun! We escaped here after the fire evacuation. We needed an indoor place to play and get some energy out. Very clean, awesome staff, delicious food. My kids played for hours. Definitely visit! read more

We have been to the riverside location many many times, but today when the kid went back home to have a quick lunch and re-enter the playground, she was requested to pay an additional $2.00 I called to ask why and the explanation was to prevent other people taking advantage to escape the fees to get in. I asked if this rule was posted on the wall, the front desk said yes. But I have never seen it myself just a couple days ago. While my kid already got a stamp on her hand, so did her grandpa, isn't it good enough to justify they paid earlier already? Even big theme parks use stamps to identify re-entry, how come the indoor playground need an extra charge to re-enter??? Doesn't make sense and it's not fair either. It seems this is the way to encourage people dine in within the playground which is not a good way to make business. Two dollars is not much at all, I'm just not happy with the way the business ran, a stamp on the hand should be good enough, at least all the theme parks are still doing so! read more

The Chinese lady that the front desk is so rude. She need to take a breath and relax too rude. The place is not clean and a old balloon in the air . In addition the lady is rude and talk down too you. She told me over and over the same thing take your shoe off. She doesn't smile . Place is not welcome or place place it all around bad. The place area is so so dirty and it flu season. The restroom no clean smell like peep it was all bad ever going back at all. read more

Very clean, great lay out and lots of seating for parents. I checked out the cafe menu and the prices are very reasonable. Love the fact that there are little booties to wear when you go to the bathroom. Will be visiting again. read more

I absolutely love this place !!! The staff is so friendly and they keep this place clean!! Alicia was scrubbing every corner with sanitizer!!! Shoes aren't even allowed so the germs aren't either!! read more

Came here for the first time today. As I was waiting in line to pay, one of my toddlers needed to use the restroom. I was told I couldn't use the restroom in the play area because I hadn't paid yet. As I wrote earlier, I was IN LINE TO PAY. I was directed to the Del Taco 200 yards away. I grabbed my son and hightailed it across the hot parking lot to Del Taco. The bathroom was padlocked of course since this place is in a bad neighborhood. My 3 year old son urinated in the grass next to the drive thru. If Luv 2 Play expects to have families return time and again I suggest they install restrooms outside the play area or amend their ridiculous policy. There's children here. When they need to use the facilities, they need to use them now. To the girl who told me I couldn't use the restrooms credit, she did tell me my 3 year old could walk to the restroom himself. I just couldn't go with him. A 3 year old alone in the restroom? He couldn't even reach the door handle to open the door. read more

As soon as i walked in the kids went over to the computers. Rather than get a welcome to luv to play. I get from the manager Jana are those your kids. She was very rude and unwelcoming. I recommend she attend a class on professionalism and if she doesnt like working around kids find another job. This kind of blotchy attitude will cost them customers. Uptown jungle and chicken cheese much nicer atmosphere and more welcoming to children read more

amazing place. super friendly and professional staff. good vibes and lots of fun. staff makes sure that the older kids don't go in to the infant/toddler areas for safety reasons. this was a big relief. great coffee on premises and lots of open space for kids to play. our 1 yr old had a blast. funny that the only negative reviews are for the trouble maker kids and their entitled parents who were not watching their kids. either way highly recommend luv2play. we will be back again! read more

I was in here yesterday and the the staff was extremely rude. My son who is 2 years old was told because he is tall that he needed to be removed from the toddler area. After I explained that he was just tall for his age they still had the nerve to tell me to make him play on the bigger equipment, if he was comfortable on it he would have been over there. The food tasted like microwaveable food, Danish was old and hard. For the price I paid I expected more. Please work on your customer service. read more

Love Luv 2 play Riverside right when I walked in it was bright, cool, and clean. The staff greeted us right away where very helpful and friendly. The owner was so nice and helpful very friendly. They do a great job with keeping the bigger kids off the area for the babies. Everything was very clean and nice the coffee shop was excellent as well. Natalie was so helpful and kind stop what she was doing to help and answer all the questions that I had. It's such a great place to take your children, family, and friends. There is so much to do and hours of fun all day long. read more

Amazing place! I have younger and older kids, and they ALL loved it! Great seating for parents to hang out and watch the kids, and play areas for every age. We will absolutely be back! read more

Facility and play area is clean and fun for children. However the staff puts a damper to the experience , they don't have a kid friendly attitude and come off rude with the way they express their rules, facial expressions, and body language. Totally understand keeping a safe environment for children, but I would suggest some refresher customer service training for their employees because passive aggressive employees can lead to their downfall. They seemed more focused on telling you everything you can't do versus creating a fun experience to make people want to come back. read more

Luv the playground but the food is trash everything was either over cooked or undercooked! Asked for items to be made better the second time and employees made it the same! Smh Don't eat here!!! read more

by far one of the worst experiences here at luv 2 play. i always bring my son here. but good luck trying to order from the cafe, victoria will treat you with no respect, will be rude and sarcastic. spoke to the owner hopefully she can give her a tip or two on how to treat customers! i was planning on having my sons birthday party here. but i will not be having it some where i am not treated fairly and victoria and the other cooks there are cooking with long hair and no head bands at all .. how do i know their isn't any hair on my food .. very un sanitary! read more

Great place to take your kids for a few hours of fun. Food and coffee are pretty good, but it takes a while. Wish they had more comfortable seating. read more

My kids love it here so much, they do not want to leave. It is perfect for ages 1-10. I like the variety they have in each section for different age groups. The restrooms are well kept and the snack bar has okay food that is not super pricey. Also, like that there is no time limit on how long the kids can play. read more

This is my first time here. I've gone to the one in Orange County before, and my kids loved it. I would say this location is even better! First, the coffee bar is great- perfect for moms. The facility is clean (and I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness). They also have some food, with a kids menu (nothing fancy, just stuff like Mac and cheese and chicken strips). Overall, I was satisfied with our experience. We will be back! read more

Ive taken my kids to several indoor playgrounds in the area and this is definitely our new favorite. The place was very clean. They have areas for younger children. I'd imagine on the weekends it gets packed but we came mid day on Friday and it wasn't too bad at all. There was staff walking around and through the playground monitoring and cleaning which was great to see! Plus their coffee is amazing. Only suggestion I have is maybe have a few more comfortable seats for grandmas or nursing moms. I was in the playground playing with my kids but the stools they have to sit on was only comfortable for grandma for a very short time. However we will definitely be back. read more

The kids loved it! We were there for 5 and a half hour! The only thing I didn't like was that the food took way too long other then that we can be here all day! read more

This is a great place. Nice and clean and air conditioned. My 6 year old son had a blast. They have a coffee bar so I sat and watched him play while sipping on my coffee. All the areas are divided by ages. It was a nice break from the heat. The price is reasonable for what you get and the food inside is pretty good. I say give it a try. Thanks for a great day. read more

First time bringing the kids here and they absolutely love it! You could literally sit and let them run around and feel safe. The entrance/exit is always attended by staff so no child can leave. There's plenty of seating and you have a view of the whole play area. The staff is nice and friendly, Candy approached me to ask about our experience and how we were enjoying ourselves. This is definitely a place to bring the kids to run themselves tired. read more

Loved our experience at Luv 2 Play. Not only did our grandkids love it, we had piece of mind while they played knowing where they were. And with the weather being so hot outside, we were very comfortable and cool inside! Plenty of seating for everyone, and very cool coffee shop and a food court. The party room for my granddaughters bday was beautiful and nicely decorated. Friendly staff as well. Thank you for a fantastic experience read more

Luv 2 play is an awesome indoor playground! They literally have something thay every kid would enjoy, from a toddler area, to cars, to a foam pit, trampoline, slides, legos, and an arcade. I had my daughters birthday there and they literally took care of everything for me, from buying the decorations and plates, cupcakes, to even having a staff member do her her like poppy to match the trolls theme. I've never been this satisfied with an indoor playground. Not to mention how clean they are! They even give you medical covers to wear on your feet when your go to the bathroom. a+++++++ read more

Luv it! Haha I have a 2.5 year old and a 10 month old and we went a few days ago together with grandma and auntie to spend some together doing something with the kids. We all loved it. My toddler was able to play in the big kid play set as long he had someone with him. So the three of us took turns being with the crazy sonic the hedge hog toddler at the big kid play jungle gym and the smushy baby at the Luv 2 Crawl baby area. We didn't try the snack bar but others did and they looked like they had good looking cheese pizzas. I'm definitely taking my husband with us next time so he can enjoy running around with our toddler and crawling with our baby. It was so much fun. I should preface we only Live 10 minutes away. We also went when the first opened on a Wednesday. It was not very crowded at all and the workers there were so friendly. For those worried about the cleanliness, I saw a worker going around every so often cleaning and sanitizing. :) read more

Loved this place. My daughter had a blast. Not only where there tons of things to do but alot of kids for her to interact with. Good parent stations as well. I recommend it. Don't have to pay for those annoying socks most places make u buy. Remember to bring a energy drink your gonna be running behind your kids the whole time. read more

Poor service. No organizations, no communication, nothing. I took my daughter and her friend thinking it was going to be great but instead it was a total disappointment. First thing you see is a bunch of people standing in lines when you walk in. We go in a line hoping it would move but it didn't. We came in at 12:15 waited for 25 minutes, waiting. The middle line does not move or if it did it was because people were leaving. I decided to ask an employee what was going on with the lines. The employee wasn't sure but she was assuming, one line was for admission, second was party check-in and third was getting in. My jaw dropped. Everyone in the middle line was angry because they had to go to the back of the line, some left as well as I. They need better management if they know there's a large party, better customer service of some kind or signs to help customers if they don't have time. read more

Love the playground, the venue, the coffee! Not a huge lover of the video games. Also the pizza isn't the best but they have so many options for food now that there is something for everyone. read more

Very disappointed ! I went in to book a birthday party for my 5 year old son. I was going to purchase the Classic Birthday package for 395.00 was posted and advertised on their web site page on Facebook and on thier website that pops up on google. I went in to pay and the price jumped from $395.00 to $445.00. I told the woman behind the desk I would book the party if they honored the $395.00 because that is what it stated on their web site. She argued with me they have an updated website and the riverside love 2 play page that I was going to was the wrong one. I went to two different links for their website from two different sources ave kept getting the same price. Anyway I said you are willing to lose out on an $400.00 sale over $45.00. I told her as a fellow business owner that it was bad business. She didn't care ! So I walked out on principle, it's not the extra $45.00 but the fact that they have up several links and pricings for a birthday package that they will not honor. I'm tired of business taking advantage of the consumer. Besides renting a room for an hour $445.00 for 16 kids seriously $395.00 was already a stretch. read more

Great place! The price is great for what's offered. Having a crawling/new walker area, 4 and under area, and bigger kid area is a major plus! The trampoline section with the foam cubes was my favorite part- the area with the foam cubes is so big, dense and deep, I was able to literally jump in (almost lost my keys doing it! lol). Cleaning and straightening up happened constantly. A negative is the snack vs allowing outside food. The food is pretty cheap, but very "you get what you pay for." The coffee is overpriced, but I appreciated it since I was following a very active 2 1/2 year old through a 3 level play structure for 3 hours. (If you're little one is under the age of 4, I strongly suggest you stay with them at all times if they are on the big structure. I was following my son when he turned a corner and fell about 16 inches and banged his head on the structures pole because there was an opening in the braided walkway. It's meant to be there as a way of climbing up to the second level.) I also really didn't like having arcade games in the middle of everything- I get why that's available, but I wish it would be put somewhere not quite so prominent because it really distracts from the "playground" aspect. read more

Edit: added a star as owner replied in a very sincere manner. I also accidentally deleted my review, after thinking I double posted. So here's my review only because I want to remain in the middle because I love the place BUT am hesitant to go back because of our experience on a couple occasions. So a few days ago my husband and I took our kids to this location. We were there for a little while having a good time. So it gets close to bed time and we let our kids know they have time for one more thing before we have to go. They both chose one game in the arcade area. I go ahead and load the card with just enough to play the game they wanted. So my son chooses ----- game. Well as he is about to get in we see another kid cut him off and jump in. He sits in the middle so there is still room for two so we go with it. I recognized him as one of the owners children since the last time we were here the same thing happened. So okay whatever. He's a kid and wants to watch. Cool! No problem. So my son swipes the card. Then said kid goes "choose that one, choose that one". My son is very passive so he complies. So after the game goes to the next round the kid says, "here I'll show you how to do it" and takes control. I look at my husband and am like, "okay this is starting to get a bit annoying since it's his last game and will want to do another". So as I am about to go in and say "okay it's ---- turn now" the game ends. The little boy goes "it ended. Swipe the card again" Me: "no, that was his last game. We don't have anymore credits for another." Him: "why don't you just swipe it so you can see" Me: "no, maybe next time. We have to get going now". At this point my son is pretty upset because he said he didn't get to do the last thing he wanted. Again he is very passive and well generally let anyone walk over him (we are working on that with him). So my husband and son are already a bit in front since my son is throwing a bit of a fit. I'm a bit behind since I was talking to the little boy and was waiting on my daughter. The little boy then says "we get to stay after it is closed, and everyone leaves". Me: "well that's pretty cool!" Him: "yes, you want to know why?" Me: "why is that?" Him: "because I am the owner". Me: "cool!" I am writing this review not to bash said little boy because of course he is just a child. BUT this isn't the first time this has happened. The last time we were here, it was two little boys that tagged along with my son as they all used his tokens. I noticed that they were taking turns. AGAIN my son is passive so if they would have grabbed that card and my son followed and watched, then it would happen because my son would just be excited he found new friends. Well that token card went out pretty quick! And once I told my son that I wasn't putting anymore credits on there, the little boys disappears and went to see what some other kids were playing in the arcade area. I thought that was a bit mean since they didn't want to play with him anymore after that. Personally, I do not think this is fair. If these little boys are there all the time than they get to play whatever they want. WE on the other hand have to pay every time we are there. My son threw the biggest fit yesterday at the place and when we got him because he said he didn't get his last game(he did and didn't). Mind you, he isn't the tantrum type so this was frustrating. I told him, "next time they come up to you and push you aside just say 'no thank you'" so I had to deal with this when I got home. So I'm still a little bothered by it. I looked around for the owner (he said his mom was there) but didn't see her, and the office light was off so she wasn't in there. My boy was already upset and we ended up just leaving. I am leaving this anonymously and am not looking for any reimbursement. I would also like to protect my kids chance to come back and visit the place since essentially the owners reserve the right to serve us. It's a great place for your kids to be entertained for hours. The food is okay and have a variety of fountain drinks and snacks. My kids love it. read more

This play place is really nice...it's clean, staff is friendly and my kids have a good time....Cons are that the prices are a little higher than the other play areas in Inland Empire, and although there is a cafe with a menu inside, there is no outside food allowed which makes it difficult because not all kids can eat what is on the menu...also,there is only bar stools to sit on with no backs,Rompaland has couches and comfy chairs to sit on and that's what I feel needs to change because sitting on a bar stool for hours isn't good for my back.....Sabrina part of the staff was very nice and friendly read more

I was super excited to hear about the opening of this Luv 2 Play location as we have visited both the Temecula and Foothill Ranch locations and my then 1 year old son had a blast. So I brought him in shortly after they're grand opening and was very happy with the facility. It was very clean and the staff seem to be constantly walking around cleaning equipment and tables, which is comforting to a slightly germaphobic mom. I also liked that there was lots of active things for my son to play on and with, since it's so hot out in the summer and I don't want to take him to outdoor parks in this heat. So we purchased a membership and were thoroughly enjoying it.... until lots of arcade games were brought in with flashy lights and noises. Now my son wants to run directly to those and I have to distract him to get him back into the actual play areas. I spend half of our time there trying to get him away from those machines. I spoke with other moms in the toddler area who were having the same issue and shared my frustration. I voiced this to one of the owners (I believe it is Natalie) who basically blew off my issue and instead excitedly explained that those machines are funding a small city scape installation. Honestly I could care less about the new installation and will probably not be renewing our membership due to this. I bring my son her to play on the large equipment and interact with other children, those machines prevent both of those things. Super disappointed. read more
