I have nothing but great things to say about QP Plumbing! Oscar is very responsive, professional,…read moreeasy to work with, and an overall stand up guy with a high level of integrity. Last year we had a water heater installed by QP Plumbing. There was one part of the installation that was overlooked and caused us some issues. When I told Oscar, he took complete accountability and offered to give us monetary compensation. I told him if he could just provide us with a credit on future service that would be great. Fast forward to present day, we had leak with one of our pipes. Oscar was able to come immediately to diagnose the issue and got his crew here the next day to get the issue resolved. Oscar did in fact give me the credit we had discussed over a year ago which I appreciated. I certainly plan to use QP Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs moving forward and I would highly recommend them.

Your home's plumbing is an "out of sight, out of mind" thing. If you don't have to think about it,…read morethen it's doing its job correctly. My parents-in-law had a toilet that wasn't draining properly, a semi-emergency since it's the only toilet in their small condo. It was already late in the day, but I found QP Plumbing and messaged them and they were able to have a plumber out early the next morning. Leo was the plumber who visited and he did a lot of troubleshooting: first with a plunger, then an auger, then removing the toilet to inspect the trap and the drain pipe. In the end, we determined that the toilet should be replaced because of its age, and Leo took care of buying a new toilet, installing it, and hauling the old one away. He recommended a toilet that's elongated and slightly higher, which was a great option for our elderly parents with reduced mobility. Leo also replaced the wax ring and flange bolts and caulked the new toilet well. He took the time to do the job right, and the price was quite reasonable. And the new toilet is a huge improvement over the old one. Thanks QP for the quality work and for giving our parents one less thing to have to worry about!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Joe from Western Rooter!…read more Joe showed up at my house right at 8:00 AM to install a tankless water heater and a new shower valve. Before getting started, we talked for about 20 minutes and went over everything, and then Joe got straight to work. I have an older home, so I already knew there were probably going to be some challenges. Sure enough, Joe ran into a few issues along the way, but he handled every one of them professionally and never let it slow him down. He did an excellent job getting my new tankless water heater installed and working properly. After that, Joe came inside to work on my shower valve. He took the time to lay down drop cloths and protect my home before starting the work. Of course, he ran into a few challenges with the older plumbing, but once again, Joe figured it out and got the job done right. I couldn't be happier with the service, craftsmanship, professionalism, and overall experience. Joe clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. If you're calling Western Rooter, ask for Joe! Not only will you get great plumbing work, but you'll also get a great experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be asking for Joe again the next time I have any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Bathtub was not draining quickly so my roommate called Mr. Rooter, who sent over a technician with…read morea free estimate. The technician showed up a hour late and said that they would be able to unclog the drain for us at a discounted rate of $300, but added that "it will drain better but can't guarantee how significantly better." That concerned us but we thought fine, as long as our bathtub drains normally. To our concern, the technician struggled to the point where he had to call in another technician for assistance. He then could not replace the screw on our faceplate, stating that the hole was stripped, and just left it as it is! We were concerned but he assured us that this new hole won't create any leaks and that any water that gets through the hole would just go down the drain. However, this now creates the new problem - we can't take any baths because this new hole drains our bath water. Now we have to hire someone else to replace the faceplate. Two stars for clearing the drain, -3 stars for creating another problem and just leaving it. **Edit: my roommate called to complain, especially since the technician told her it would be a $700 2-man job to replace the screw. They sent the manager over. He managed to place the screw back with some 409. They gave a 30 day warranty if the drain backs up again. 4 stars, minus 1 only because we shouldn't have to go through this ridiculous song and dance in order to finish the job we paid for.
