She is lovely, and has a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space to pamper you. I had my first brow service with her today, and am extremely pleased. For the same price I pay at a Benefit Brow bar, I was able to sit much more comfortably, get in on short notice and bring my sweet 4 month old daughter who sat patiently in her stroller. However, partway through my shellac manicure, she was sent to do a pedicure for another customer. Another woman, who seemed to be the owner, stepped in with no introduction or explanation and just continued the service. I had asked for an almond-square shape, but she did a square shape instead, which wasn't what I wanted. I decided to let that go at the time. Unfortunately, the shellac started chipping just two days later, and another nail chipped on day 7. Normally, my shellac lasts over two weeks without issue, so I was really disappointed in the quality. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and the quick seating, but the communication, attention to detail, and durability of the manicure fell short.
