I am never that customer to complain or say anything especially when it comes to stuff like this since I rarely go to get my nails done, but I have never received such poor and lazy service. So I am not gonna lie when I say I was not very impressed with the services I received from Luna Nail. My mom and I had both heard from many people that this new place was the place to go, so we figured we would try it out when we needed our nails done for my cousins wedding. So we made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure for the both of us. We got there a few minutes early, figuring we would go in and pick out our colors. We waited for about 10+ minutes to be taken back to the seats for our pedicures and then were left there for 25 minutes, and nobody came over to say they would be right with us, or let us know what was going on. We had ordered drinks, and we didn't get those until well into the end of the pedicure. The lady was very clearly rushing to get me done as well as the gal who was with my mom. My gal cut practically all of my cuticles and hacked at my nails. And then to cover it up painted all the way down over it so it could be less noticeable. Then the gal who was working on my mom cut my moms fingernails down to the stub when my mom had asked to keep them at the lengths they were at. My mom had also asked for her nails to be buffed so they would be shiny as she doesn't like polish on her nails and the gal buffed for maybe 5 minutes, and then said she was done. So my mom asked her if she could buff them some more so they were actually shiny and she went over each one once and then said she was done again. Her nails looked like crap, and were no were near what it means to have your nails buffed. Now it is only 3 days later and my nails are trash, my fingernail paint has completely chipped off and wasn't even on for the wedding which was the whole purpose of getting them done. To say the least we were not impressed by the quality or treatment of service, and won't be returning again. read more

I was looking for a new nail salon to frequent. I requested a classic pedicure listed at $30 and got the service. I was not given a fan and tried to wait for toenails to dry. After waiting a several minutes, hoping the nail polish was quick-dry, decided to check out with the pay slip that the technician gave me for $34. Not sure if she decided to add her own tip. I still paid. I'm still looking for an up-front-pricing, good and respectful nail salon where I do not have to go home and repaint my toenails. read more

This place is amazing! Wonderful staff that are so accommodating and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Their nail techs listen to what you want and are great at picking out colors based off an idea you have. Please go see Bon! He has done my nails twice now and both times they have been impeccable! The receptionist is phenomenal and so sweet. I truly can't say enough about this new salon, services and people! read more

Disappointed and overcharged! My first visit I got a full set. I didn't get anything special not extra long, no designs, no rhinestones but I was charged $75. Prices aren't listed anywhere and I stupidly didn't ask about the prices. I only just now saw their listed prices here (on yelp) and I have no idea why I was charged $75. Within 5 days 2 of my nails were falling off and I had to glue them back on until I went back. Yes, unfortunately I went back for a fill. I told them how the nails fell of and was hoping for some acknowledgment but got none. For my fill I did get pink and white which is typically a little more but I didn't expect them to be $65. Employees aren't nice, I didn't get the shape I wanted from either visit, and again nails were lifting and falling off within a week. I do NOT recommend, save your time and money! read more

I had high hopes for this place, but the first time I did SNS with tip here it was disappointing. The staff are wonderful so I really wanted to like my nails but the work isn't clean at all. I did not pay $70 to get uneven acrylics that makes my nails look like they are popping off my finger bed. Ugh. I'm so sad. read more

I am extremely picky when I get my nails done so this review means a lot! I went and got a full set put on by Bon and he is amazing! He took the time to actually look at my nails and shape them perfectly! I would totally recommend this place if you are looking for a great place, great staff and beautiful nails when you leave!! Definitely giving this a 5 star rating and that is hard to come by with me. read more

I really thought I was going to find my new nail place, but after my last experience I'd rather not return. I usually wait at least two weeks to get a fill and this time that was not the case. I had my nails painted yellow for summer and the polish began to peel off the acrylic, mind you it was shellac. Also my pointer finger nail completely popped off while washing my hair. I have never had a nail pop off before! I came in to get the nail replaced and to change the polish, because the yellow looked horrible from all the peeling (I wanted to have all my nails for the 4th of July.) I figured I would just get the color completely changed after they repair my one broken nail. I was very disappointed to be charged $25 dollars for a color change especially because I was in between fills. I should have just gotten the fill for $10 more. I felt like because they were fixing their bad paint job as well as poor acrylic application,I should have received some kind of discount. I feel like they do not do as good of a job for how much they charged for their services. It is unfortunate but I will not continue to pay for bad service, let alone tip someone who does a poor job on my nails. I also made an appointment for 3pm which was during my lunch break, arrived at 2:50pm and wasn't taken back until 3:15pm and did not leave until 4:05pm. Time management as well as poor service ,is not their strong suit. Save yourselves time and money. read more

Disappointed that two weeks have gone by and I have not received anything from the staff to try to save themselves from the 2 star review. Very unfortunate, since you can clearly tell they put a lot of money into the place. read more

I visited this place twice, first time I made an appointment online. I walked in and they said I wasn't in the system. There's some hiccup and they dont always get the online bookings. This lead me to think they dont bother checking their website regularly. I ended coming back the next day after booking a second appointment in person. This salon was beautiful and you can tell they spent a lot of time and money designing the place; however, the results of my visit weren't equally the same. All I asked for was a new set and I've never been charged so much for removing my existing damaged set, apply a new set then painting. Nothing special. I also had to repeat everything I wanted done: new set, acrylic, short, natural shape (oval, like they naturally grew out), and on the slightly thicker side since I have thin nails. In the end, every nail was a different length and slightly different shapes, the final look was sloppy and messy. Chunky acrylic bits underneath my nail and stuck to my skin. Also my cuticles were immediately peeling and super dry afterwards. (Gross) The nail polish began to chip and peel 3 days after my visit. I was not impressed. Save my $60 for a different location. read more

I went back to try and give this place another chance since my regular nail salon was full today. I should've just waited till tomorrow. Once again their customer service was great and they fit me into their tight schedule which I appreciate very much and Mary stayed extra long after they closed just to finish out my nails and I didn't feel rushed either. If it was just customer service I would give this place a 5 star. But unfortunately the nails they do are always terrible. My nails are very uneven and the paint is uneven too. They are misshaped and she was using way too much powder when doing the acrylic base. It was so much that it was bulking up and a lot was falling down. I know that when acrylics are done there is excess powder that drips. But this was so much that she literally couldn't get it off the bottom of my nail. She kept using her fingers to shape the acrylic after she brushed it on and it was making the nail very thick. Also one hands nails are longer than the other. :/ disappointed again. read more

Wow, what a find! I was a walk-in customer and was surprised to see how large this place is. I sometimes shop at the Fred Meyer next door and knew this place was here but had no idea how large and well-appointed it is. I just needed a quick manicure so decided to give them a try. They have a pretty full menu of options and I chose the basic. I would give more stars but they didn't clean up my cuticles and the polish could have been applied a little more carefully. But still...this place has potential to work with in terms of finding the right person and becoming more familiar with services. Also, who doesn't want a great selection of free drinks (soda, slushies, wine, even margaritas!). I'm coming back and hope to up the star review. read more

Been going to the nail salon for years now and they have been going downhill each time I visit. Thought I would give it another try but not worth it at all. Very nice salon inside but the service & customer service is horrible. I got a shellac full set done yesterday and after a day, majority of them have fallen off. Not worth the $70 and all the left over nail polish around your fingers read more

Got a full with gel polish, I picked a sparkle that was somewhat clear. I asked to haves a thin layer of white under just to make sure it wasn't see through. After painting two layers of white they told me they were out of the color I picked. I picked another and they were out of that too. I was very hesitant about mainly white nails - but so frustrated I went with it so I could leave. Not even a week later they started turning brown - and now they're peeling.. read more

Clean and efficient nail salon. They have an online appointment request/booking system which makes it very convenient. The salon itself is pretty and has a good ambience. It was bustling on a Saturday afternoon. The check-in and service system makes it a breeze. You fill out a sheet with the service you're getting, and at the end the tech will sign off on it, and you bring it back to the register. I am not one for chit chat when I get my nails done or hair cut, so I really appreciate the efficiency (I realize some people prefer more interpersonal experience). I had the deluxe pedicure and felt very relaxed. I'm happy with the work and will return especially since it's near my gym! read more

I came in with my mom for her birthday after making an appt from two pedicures the previous day. We were seated and received our complimentary drinks. My mom who had made an appt with a specific person was attended to within a few minutes whereas I was left for over 30 minutes before I told the staff that I no longer wanted the service. I came to do a pedicure with my mom and she was already getting her nails painted by the time I had said anything. It seems that they were short staffed and over booked. read more

I decided to try something new and explore a new nail salon. On top they just opened as well. This place had bad customer service. I made an appointment to make sure I had a spot saved. Turns out two people came in with "nail problems" and got seated right away after I had already been waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time. I was not greeted when I entered, I was asked if I wanted something to drink without knowing what they even had to offer, and the fact that two people came in with shellac problems.... yeah not a good look for this place. I left immediately and went to my regular place that fit me in with a 5 minute notice. Never coming here again. read more

I have been going to Luna for about 6 months after my daughter recommended nail technician Helen. She is really great, but because of a family emergency will not be available for awhile. Yesterday I had gentleman named Tom and he did an incredible job on my nails!!! Tom was friendly and really patient when I had a hard time choosing a color....I went with his suggestion and I really love my nails!!!! He really took his time and was very meticulous...... going back for a pedicure tomorrow. This place is pretty and clean. Bon did great job on my daughter's nail, and he is very friendly and professional. She showed him a picture, and she got a exactly what she wants. I will bring myself and other daughter next time. I used to go some other place in Mill Creek for a long time, and they were doing awesome job all the time, but they just raise the price, so I was looking for a new good place to go. I think this place is my place now! They serve us a drink for free even I was just waiting for my daughter. I would highly recommend this salon. read more

Like I always do I decided this morning I wanted to get my nails done. I called them just before 10am and was able to get right in. First off the place is beautiful inside and very clean. Love the way the stations are set up. I was having a pink and white full set done, manicurist told me about the dipping technique, so I said go for it. I'm a girl but not super girly girl, so I have a hard time keeping up with fills because I just don't feel like sitting through it every couple weeks. Well this place/manicurist/experience changed my attitude. I LOVED the dipping! So much more pleasant and quicker than typical acrylic. They were all super friendly and even offer complimentary beverages...even mimosas, which I had. Their prices are great in my opinion and the level of service and style of salon I definitely think it's a deal! They were offering a 20% services at the time since they're new to the shopping center. I will definitely be coming back and keeping up with my nails now that they're here. I walked in to a beautiful clean salon and walked out with beautiful clean (once again women!) hands! read more

First time in yesterday for a mani/pedi and really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and attentive, space was new and clean, and small details made it feel special. Price point was on par with every other nail salon I've been to. TONS of colors to choose from. I liked the experience so much I'm buying gift certificates for the holidays to give to family. Love Luna nails. They not only have amazing sparkles everywhere and their product is not the cheap polish that comes off in a week like my last place I went to. The prices are reasonable and not super high and they don't keep you there forever. The staff is super nice too. The only thing I would change is they always seem to always have boring sports tv on. I want to see more shows that are not so boring. I definitely recommend Luna Nail Lounge read more

Having lived in the Everett-area now for four years, this is by far the BEST salon I have been to! Booking my appointment online was easy to do and I received the notification and confirmation via text. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the manager. He was very friendly and has me fill out my service card with what I was looking for that day. I love this idea and makes the service so personal. I chose my nail color from the color wall...let me tell you, I don't think I've ever seen so many color choices! Great brands and so many color variations. As I was seated, the manager came over and personally served me a (complimentary) drink of choice. They offer sodas, teas, coffee, water, margaritas AND mimosas! What a fun and relaxing way to pamper yourself! My girls, Spring and Rachael, did a fantastic job! One worked on my pedicure while the other did my shellac manicure. They were both very friendly and had a great attention to detail with their work. The salon is very clean, too. The tools are packaged and removed in front of you so you know everything is sanitary. The ambiance is also super fun; crystal chandeliers and glitter walls...just adds to the experience. The prices were reasonable and the service was done quickly and accurately. I am looking forward to making Luna Nail Lounge my "go-to" salon. read more

Don't get me wrong, the place is absolutely beautiful looking. But the women & man Bon who did our toe nails did not use protocol & do proper cleaning as they should've. They argued with my mother about whether the women who did her nails actually followed protocol then admitted she lied. It's a nice place but for them not to do all of what's required & what I paid for is frustrating. How they work is lazy, all this luxury stuff isn't going to help how some workers are, lazy. Don't judge a book by its cover, just because this place LOOKS the part doesn't mean it is. Plus it's extremely overpriced for the amount of work they actually do. read more
