On Saturday 07/25th, my husband placed an online order at this location. We picked up our order and my husband's bowl, which was supposed to be a BYOB with double chopped chicken AND a side of chicken kebab was obviously wrong. The first clue it was wrong was that it contained feta (husband is intolerant to dairy), secondly it was missing the additional chicken kebab. Upon returning to the counter, we noticed multiple people ahead of us were sending back their food because they also experienced mistakes. It took the staff about 15 mins to make a new bowl for my husband, which was wrong again. They gave him a totally different bowl, which just had one chicken skewer sitting on top and it was missing the double chopped chicken. Because of the additional protein, we paid a hefty price for my husband's bowl. We contacted Luna Grill via their app to make it right and provide a refund. We haven't heard back from them. We didn't go up to the counter a 2nd time because, again, the lines were getting backed up from customers continuing to send back their food. We used to order food from this location quite frequently, but will be avoiding it from now on. read more

It's been about 5 years since our last time we ate here and we will absolutely be coming back. We got there just in time around 11:15 a.m. Our orders were ready after 10 minutes. Then groups of customers started coming in. We ordered three (3) gyro, chicken, and koobideh plates with rice, house salad, hummus, and fries as sides. The chicken and koobideh were tender and juicy, but the gyro was a little dry. French fries were so good! The salad was fresh. The dining area was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I docked 1 star because 2 fountain drinks were empty. I recommend it if you're looking for Mediterranean food. read more

I love their food and this location has been our go to. However, lately they have been skimping on the portions and overall quality of the food here. We order here at least once a month and haven't really had a terrible experience. We have had a few mishaps with our orders, but nothing crazy. Lately we have noticed less rice in our plates, smaller portions, all while prices keep going up. Been disappointed with my last couple of orders here and Hope there is some improvement in the near future. We always order 1-2 plates, the Santorini bowl, spicy feta w/ pita, and the loaded fries. The fries have been sad looking lately and I'll probably never order it again. The chicken is always flavorful and juicy, the spicy feta is good, and their rice is moist and fresh. The service is good and this location always seems to be busy. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. There is plenty of free parking, but tends to fill up quickly, especially during the holidays and weekends. read more

This location is always crowded. They seem to always have a hard time fulfilling mobile or pickup designated customer orders. I also have noticed that even when customers are there in the restaurant, they often wait A VERY LONG TIME for their food orders to be fulfilled. We ordered 2 meals at approximately 5:49p. The mobile order status predicted that the order would be ready by 6:09p. I arrived at this location at 6:12p, and there were about 7-8 customers standing and waiting on their food orders. There was also an employee (seemed like a manager) handing a seated customer a to-go food order and saying, "You can verify that it's all there before you leave.." This was all a major set of red flags. One female worker asked my name for my order. I gave it to her and also told her that it was supposed to ready 3 mins ago. She said okay, spot checked the 9 orders on the pickup rack, and turned to me to say it was going to be the next order ready. Others were also asking about their orders, but nothing was being given to customers. Another manager was having her eating break. She briefly came to the counter and asked if I had been helped. I told yes, but that my order should have already been ready 7 mins prior. Finally, after I watched 12-15 mins of chaos, and orders piling up on the pickup rack, I went over to the pickup rack and saw an order that had been sitting there since I arrived 30 mins earlier. It had my phone number and name on it clearly. I took it off the rack and told the staff that my order is right here, and has been sitting in the same place for over 30mins. That lady who asked me for my name never checked the rack, she just pretended to check. After I did this, several others standing waiting went up to the rack and found their orders...that also had been sitting there over 30 mins. From ordering online on their website, to actually getting my food, it was almost an hour. The food was cold and not great. I will never go back to this location again. If I could have given 0 stars, they would get 0. read more

I had my first visit at Luna Grill Eastlake today, and I have to say the customer service alone will keep me coming back! Litzy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with such a friendly attitude and took the time to explain the menu since it was my first time. She recommended some of her favorite/best-selling items and even broke down the portion sizes, which really helped me decide what to order. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond--she told me about the Luna Grill app, explained the rewards system, and shared how I could get discounts, which is super helpful as a student in the area. After I got my food, she came by my table to check on me and make sure everything was good and if I needed anything else. That level of attention is rare these days. On top of that, the restaurant itself was extremely clean and the bathrooms were spotless, which made the experience even better. It's not every day you come across someone so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Litzy made my entire experience feel welcoming and easy. You can never go wrong with Mediterranean food. Luna grill always hits the spot! I got the kabob plate with a salad and fries. It also came with pita bread. Everything was delicious, 10 out of 10, chefs kiss. My husband got his usual gyro with chicken. Don't skip out on the chipotle sauce. My daughter got a kids bowl and it ended up being free! Unfortunately the dressing didn't have much flavor and I think next time I'd ask for 2 sauces (as it wasn't enough for how big this salad + toppings were). Salmon was overdone and dry but still good.
