I recently visited Waba Grill and had a mixed experience overall. The restaurant uses computer touchscreen kiosks for placing orders, which makes the ordering process convenient and modern. However, there did not appear to be employees readily available in the front to assist customers, as most staff were working in the back kitchen preparing the food. The food preparation did take a little while, so customers should expect a bit of a wait during their visit. That being said, the food itself was very enjoyable. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavor was excellent. The quality and quantity of the meals definitely stood out as the highlight of the experience. One area that could use improvement is the customer service experience. The employees did not appear very friendly or welcoming, and there was limited interaction or assistance provided to customers. While the food quality was strong, a more attentive and approachable customer service atmosphere would make the overall dining experience much better. read more

We have an extreme soft spot for waba grill. As long as they keep up those quality portions and generous inclusion of sauce, I'm going to be loyal. I love the mixed combo plates and really, I haven't had anything here I didn't like. They have good deals every once in a while, and the food travels well to-go, making it a popular to-go choice for us when we're in the area. Hardly ever run into issues when I'm ordering take out here, and I've started to place my order in store because some of the staff would constantly get my order wrong over the phone. Today(@1:30pm) I walked in and placed my very simple order as usual and when they handed me my order I noticed there was a mistake and that they gave me the wrong sauce so I let them know, they didn't seem to care so they added a packet of what I think is the sauce that I chose on my order instead, however there's a reason for why I chose a specific sauce over the other, it's way too sweet and I don't really like it. They let me know it's the same sauce that goes on every plate( as if I didn't know about the optional sauces and mind you I've been coming here for YEARS). So I told them I didn't want that sauce and the cook or whatever he is got a little attitude and said if i wanted him to remake it? I said if he could fix it. They gave me my order I said thank you to the cashier and once I was walking out the scrawny cook yells YOUR WELCOME! ??I don't get where the attitude is coming from, I simply asked for them to fix my order that THEY GOT WRONG. And I wouldn't be leaving a bad review had he probably not gotten brave and sassy at the end, maybe pay attention when you're making the orders and you wouldn't have to fix YOUR ERRORS. For the most part the rest of the staff seems pretty chill and like I said I don't ever have issues when I come here( maybe just with my phone orders here n there but I never made a big deal or anything about it cuz things happen) but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and whoever is in charge should know how this cook (or whatever he is) is handling bad customer service. read more

Nothing negative to say about this place, place is always immaculately clean and the food is always good! Greg food everyone never had a problem with the food. Very customer friendly and lines moves pretty fast every time. Definitely one of my favorite lunch places for something on the healthier side while at work! I believe this is my first time at a WaBa grill. The place looks clean and well lit.you can also see them cut up the food. The veggies are okay. The portions are satisfying. The chicken was very tasty, and the steak was well cooked. They both are good selections. I recommend adding some spice if you get steak. The hubby and I love Waba Grill but the last couple of visits have not been the best . I like to give businesses a second or even a third chance to redeem themselves but Waba just fails every time . The waba bowls have been pretty much half full . I'd like to feel somewhat full or satisfied but not the case . My previous visit my chicken Waba bowl had a hair in it. Enjoyed my chicken bowl. The family enjoyed their shrimp and salmon bowls as well. Staff was friendly. We came in around 5:30 pm and it was not at all busy just two small groups. Restroom was unsatisfactory needs to be cleaned and maintained. All I needed to do was wash my hands but noticed there was no toilet paper, pubic hair on the seat, sink was dirty, soap dispenser had some questionable smear of something on it. Not being a picky customer. I just don't want to recommend this place to a friend and they have the same experience I did. Overall food and service was great. I love waba grill because the veggies always tastes so fresh. I get the kids meal because it's a good amount for my size & it comes with a drink for $6. The steak is pretty bomb, I haven't tried chicken or tofu yet tho. The parking here is decent, but it's right next to Costco and Walmart so it gets difficult getting into the parking lot and can be confusing. It's never really busy here so you get ur food in under 15 mins. Workers are really nice and funny! They play bomb music that really boost ur mood while eating.
