We've done take out a couple of times, so I do like their food, but today was the first time I ate at site having a dinner date with my mom =). It is a small place with seating for about 15-20. You have an option of ordering at a kiosk or with the cashier. There was no line so the young man greeted us and after a few minutes of perusing the menu on my mom's behalf, we ordered. He was very friendly, clarifying a couple of questions we did have. It is fast-casual dining. Place your order and find a seat. If you're dining in, they do bring the food to you. My mom ordered the chicken kabob plate rice. Comes with rice, pita, and a side (she chose a salad). A grilled tomato was added. The portions are very generous. The side salad itself could be a meal if you add a protein to it. She liked the seasoning of the chicken and the fluffiness of the rice. I was drawn to a burger today and opted for the Shah Burger, a cheeseburger topped with gyro meat and the fixin's. The juiciness of the burger paired well with the thin slices of gyro. The only downfall was the bun could not hold up and things fell apart about halfway through. So there I was eating a burger with a fork and knife. The fries were crisp and super hot, seasoned with salt and paprika. They do "gyro fries" so I'm thinking next visit. A standout addition is their sauces which are self-serve. There is Garlic, Tzatziki, Mango Chili, and my super favorite is the the Sumac Chipotle. Great dipping with the fries or any protein. So good, you could dip your pet goldfish in it...just kidding...wanted to see if you made it this far. Come to the Kabob Shack!

This place makes some terrific food. I had the Gryro Pita Sandwich with fries for lunch for only $10.50. The gyro sandwich came generously filled with tender and tasty gyro meat. The pita bread was well toasted on the hot griddle and the sandwich came with a delicious tzatziki sauce. The sauce is made in house. It also came with fresh lettuce and red onions. The French fries came well fried to a crisp texture and were very well seasoned with house zesty seasoning. Very good fries. The service was very good. The gents working the counter was not only very friendly but very efficient and helpful. They offer a good amount of inside seating and a few tables outside. They offer good combo specials.

Fast & friendly service & good portions for the price! Ordered the kids chopped chicken over yellow rice - my son is picky and ate most of his plate! Chicken was tasty and rice was flavorful! Both Falafel and gyro plates were really good too and appreciate the self service sauces with no limit! All sauces were yummy especially the garlic sauce! Will definitely be back!

Definitely recommend Kabob Shack in Eastlake. Tried it for the first time when I was craving a gyro sandwich, also got the chicken rice plate and it was very filling. Sauces are really good. Service was great, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check em out.

Yummy, hit the spot big time!

Food was AMAZING! Ordered the grilled steak pita sandwich, chicken tandoori, Moussa's famous chicken rice plate and some sides. Highly recommend trying this place. They have great BOGO specials and the food is so tasty! If you like the Kebab shop, you'll be in heaven as this place had a larger variety of food, as good or better and the chicken and steak is so tender and juicy.

Met my friend here for lunch. I did the gyro pita wrap and my friend did the chicken plate. Both were so good and portioned well. Located in a strip plaza with private parking lot. Self serve soda fountain. Also, self serve sauces which I like cos I'm a saucy girl. Friendly customer service.

Tried this tiny spot on Eastlake because I was hungry with my family. It was small but cute . I took my food to go. Service was ok, staff were friendly. I got a gyro value meal with fries. I would like to say I am someone who doesn't mind a bit of salt in my food, but this value meal had quite a bit. I may just stick with a salad next time.

My Overall Grade: B+ This is a good place for scratching that itch for a Mediterranean dish; I wouldn't mind returning to try more of the items on their menu. For another mediterranean spot that I think you should also try see the end of this review. I ordered 3 items To-Go: a rice plate, gyro wrap, and Shah burger. Each plate looked tasty, was flavorful and hit the spot. I did not get to try the burger but I was told it was pretty good. The chicken plate with rice and side salad was for another relative and they thought the seasoning on the chicken was a little salty but that's based on her taste. The gyro wrap that I ate was yummy and very filling, but this one was a tad salty, so I wouldn't order it for someone with hypertension. There is a self-serve sauce station by the front door with 4 different sauces (the most important being tzaziki sauce) which you can take home in tiny, plastic containers. -END- As an alternative you can also try a place called Shawarma Guys, which I would give an overall grade: "A". I love Mediterranean food; I wish I could try them all!

Wow just Wow. My job got us this for lunch the other day and let's just say we didn't leave a single grain of rice

GYRO SHAH FRIES and gyro RICE PLATES

Came here after a workout after hearing great things from friends. We ordered the Beef Shah Fries and the Gyro Rice plate with a side of rice. It came out quickly and was delicious. The rice was buttery and soft, the meat was tender and the sauces were flavorful. We asked for more white sauce since the dispenser was out and the cashier handed up a full cup! My only note would be to have the gyro cut into bite size pieces since they were quite large. The resultant itself is a bit small but there's enough seats if you wanted to dine in! Would come back again!!

    Good to the neighborhood!

Pure edible AWESOMENESS! The skewer chicken is juicy and their fries are delicious and generously proportioned! The gyro burger is well worthy of the visit! Speedy service, a knowledgeable staff and a shop that's always ready to impress and improve!

The food was amazing. We ordered different appetizers: Manakish Za'atar, Barbari, Tarator, Falafel, and Fire Roasted Cauliflower. Everything tasted amazing but the falafel was exceptionally delicious. It was probably the best falafel I've ever had. So moist and flavorful! We were a group of 5 sitting bar seating trying to figure out what's the best way to split our food and luckily our server was very helpful and let us know we've save more money getting the Soltani platter since we were all ordering individual kabob platters. We upgraded our rice to the tah dig. The kabobs were super seasoned and moist. The platter was super filling. We were incredibly full after. The sauces on the side were a great balance with the meats. Highly recommend! Service was amazing and we all truly loved our meal!

I had a long and hard day today and needed something to give me energy, tasted good, and didn't cost a fortune so I chose this place. I informed the guy on the phone that I didn't want the turnips in my wrap but asked if I could get tomatoes and he said yes. I was happy he accommodated me with no problem. He said it would take 10 minutes. So, when I drove there, just like he said it was ready to go. I was so hungry instead of taking it to go home, I chose to eat it there. There are plenty of tables inside the restaurant and they have a few tables outside. Indoors they had comfortable air conditioning so it was pleasant. I also love their selection of music they play. Some of the music I noticed was R & B and also mellow jazz. They have a sauce station whereby they do not charge for their sauces as I know some places do . They do not charge here which is fantastic. They have creamy garlic sauce, Tahini sauce, Tzatziki sauce, and Ranch sauce. I love how they keep this restaurant clean and tidy too which makes me feel good about keeping their place hygienic.
