I've been coming here for years. The food is always so good not greasy. They have lifted the prices a lot in the last couple years but it still well worth it fast did not do a sit down generally do not sit there. Our favorites are the Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao chicken, House Pan Fried Noodles, and the Hot and Sour soup. We sometimes stray but these are our favs. Simple and home style eating area and lots of to go orders. They have lunch and dinner sizes all day so that was a nice surprise, especially for me where I don't eat a dinner size portion by myself. For dining in though I wish there were actual plates not just the to go boxes to eat out of. What we got: The broccoli beef was my fav. Fresh and hot! The orange chicken was ok but it definitely tasted like fresh orange and had a lot of sauce. The steamed rice was a bit hard so wasn't my favorite rice. I also didn't realize the fried rice was $2 more and it was just egg fried rice, no veggies. The kung pan chicken was ok. It looked spicier than it looked, the spice is adjustable but nothing that blew us away. The service was great too there was this curly haired girl very very nice and polite she really went through the menu with me and her trainer was very nice to. I went here to try their pan-fried upside down noodles and was rather disappointed. The noodles were not crispy and it just tasted like regular chow mein. I don't know if that was just their version of it but if it was, it was not good. I had originally thought that they had made a mistake but it wasn't. The service was pretty good. The waitress/cashier served me ice water and retrieved some napkins when I asked. She great manners, always saying please and thank you. The restaurant was a little hot as we were transitioning from winter to spring (May 2025) but maybe they turn on the aircon in summer. They have a very small dining room and I almost didn't have a place to sit but someone left right after I ordered my food. I have always seen this place but never tried. Until few weeks back. 1st time. I ordered regular orders of chicken chow mein, chicken wings, wonton soup and pork fried rice. It was all so fresh and delicious! The wing were really fresh and really good! My favorite from the other place I normally go to. The portions were good also for my family of 4. I will definitely come back! Not to mention the cashier gave me a 3$ coupon to come back. Maybe I had higher expectations for a 18$ teriyaki bowl. I have a pretty extensive background in teriyaki from my childhood and this beef was too soft and soggy. Really like how this place is so close to our house! I usually order on their website for pick up. The cashier is always so nice and the service is so efficient. We've only ordered the salt and pepper wings with a side of fried rice or chow mein. Everything turns out good every time. We recently ordered dinner at iWok Chinese. Orange chicken, Salt and Pepper Boneless chicken, Cream cheese wonton and Fried rice. All 4 hit the spot! The orange chicken actually had a citrus orangy smell to it and when we tasted it. Wow it set off the taste buds!! Salt n pepper chicken was real good also. We didn't know what to expect because we have been looking for a good chimes spot and we found it ! I got the pork fried rice orange chicken bowl for my kids and and the cheese ratio with the chicken egg rolls ... all delicious !!!!!! The music was country inside and I was here for it ! Family used to love this place and we still order time to time. The quality has really gone down after new owner. Kids used to love the orange peel chicken, now it's usually always burnt sauce taste and so thin it's just fried skin. Same goes for the fried calamari. Used to get a big box and large calamari and now it's tiny pieces with a bunch of breading. It's odd cause the garlic chicken is same style as orange peel but pieces tend to be larger. I prefer they keep quality and raise price or smaller portions and keep same price. Seems everyone is just raising price, smaller portions and skimping on quality. read more

Was driving and wanted some Chinese. The customer service is good and the place is clean. The orange chicken was plenty and I rate it a 6 out of 10. It felt like fried chicken and they dipped a lot of sauce on top of it. The sauce and the chicken weren't one as it is served in many places. The low rating comes for the fried rice. It basically is fried rice, 2 percent egg and no vegetables. This fried rice is simply an add on to the entree but it feels like cheap out on it. This was my first and last time here. Came by for a quick bite and was very disappointed. To start, I got a teriyaki bowl with fried rice and noodles, I was charged $20!!!! What the heck?! Outrageous! The worst part is that the food was AWFUL! Took two bites and was grossed out. Everything had such a strong fish taste. I was in the mood for some Salted Pepper Chicken wings one day. There are a couple good options in my area, but I wanted to see what iWok had to offer. I was greeted by a friendly guy who was very energetic and really helpful. I ordered to go because well...that's the only option nowadays. I got the lunch special salt and pepper wings with half fried rice and half noodles. They cook every order fresh so it took a few minutes. I'd rather wait for that hot and fresh food, than get that quick, food sitting under heat lamps any day. After a short wait I got my food and head out to eat. Opening the box I get a strong whiff of garlic and fried chicken, oh yeah. The box was jam packed with food. So packed that you can see by the shape of the lid on the top of the rice and noodles. That hey had to push down on the lid to close it. The salt and pepper wings rank among the best I've had. They actually put a good amount of garlic, onion, and red pepper. Most places are becoming a little stingy with that. You get 6 large wings that are crunchy with that well known spicy kick. The fried rice unfortunately was lacking. Looks like they just splashed some soy sauce on rice and fried it. Then there's the noodles. They were good, but I wish they put a little more into it. Maybe some green onion or cabbage. Anything would have made it better. Overall, the salt and pepper chicken was the star of the show. It did not disappoint. Another place I can get some legit salt and pepper wings. Side note: Apparently salt and pepper chicken is a San Diego thing. Kinda like California burritos & fish tacos. I have friends that have moved to Las Vegas, Seattle and even as close as Los Angeles. They all come back craving wings. They can't find them anywhere but in SD. read more
