Dated 3 and 1/2 weeks ago signed by " Stephanie S". ( didn't have the courtesy to put her last name) stating it was urgent I call the office regarding a biopsy done OCTOBER 24 2023. And attached was a " refusal of Consent for Treatment " form partially filled out with my name and information on it! Letter said " we have tried to contact you several times "( absolutely not)

I have constant problems getting correct information in billing or correct medication and I have to…read morespend days trying to straighten it out. I went for a treatment and asked ahead for the office to check it through my insurance for cost and was told $50. They tacked on another $70+ because they said that was part of the treatment putting medication in my face. If I was told that from the beginning then I would not have had the treatment which did not work (skin cancer light treatment). I also had many issues getting medication called in to my pharmacy and had to make several phone calls about it. The latest issue was my daughter getting a prescription for a 28 day supply medication but they mistakenly wrote it to take over 196 days instead of 28 with refills. It took 3 days of phone calls so far and it's still not straightened out. I have to file complaint with state medical board just to get them to communicate. If the nurses or pa's did their job and paid attention then a lot of this can be prevented. Next time I see the doctor I'm not leaving until all medication sent to my pharmacy and I check with pharmacy before I leave. Just patient neglect and bad service.

I was blatantly told that the doctor tells them to book multiple patients for the same time. So this was not a Dr running behind for spending more time on a patient. If you're booking five patients for the same time, how are you giving each patient ample time to check their body for skin cancer? My husband had the same thing happen to him the month before. And both times there was multiple people in the waiting room way past their schedule time feeling fed up and uncared for. We will be finding a new dermatologist. This place has gone downhill since they moved to a new office.

After saying "Neutrogena is good" the office proceeded to BILL MY INSURANCE FOR A MEDICAL VISIT and claim that I owe them a co-pay. The office manager claims that my asking for a hand cream recommendation is medical. Even if this was true, which it is not, at no time was I told "If I answer this question, you will be charged for a medical visit." This is outrageous.
