Having provided my family history, my biopsy history and the fact that I have notably fair complexion , I would expect a derm to at least take a close look at my skin. This doctor took MAYBE 1 min to look over my entire body, not inspecting a single mole, and proclaimed my skin to be perfect. I will now have to schedule with a new dermatologist and be out another $40 copay. If you have skin cancer concerns absolutely avoid this practice and Dr. Hassani

During my last visit, I came in to have a brown spot near my eye, treated with cryotherapy. Just before the doctor applied the freezing agent, I noticed she was aiming it directly at my face and close to my eye. I asked her to adjust the angle away from my face, but instead of angling it away from my face, she angled it toward my eye/nose. It happened quickly and it was a bit alarming! After the incident, I attempted to address my concerns about patient safety and comfort through a professional email exchange. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly bounced from one department to another, with no one taking real responsibility. Eventually, my concerns were ignored altogether. There was minimal acknowledgment of what happened, no meaningful follow-up, and no offer of goodwill. If this were my business, I would've reduced the fee or, at the very least, offered a discount on a future visit. Instead, my request was dismissed--and I was sent a letter stating they would no longer provide me with care which was quite insulting. I paid my bill in full and was nothing but professional throughout, but I feel the way they handled this situation was rather surprising. I won't be returning, and I won't be recommending them. They clearly don't value patient feedback.

So, suffice it to say, I was thrilled to find a Doctor close by, who not only does great work, but does it for a much more reasonable price as well. As for Dr. Weinman's office, he has an inviting waiting room and immaculate treatment rooms. There is never a long wait time upon arrival, and his staff are always very prompt, warm and friendly.
