So they had me see a nurse not a dr, I thought I was seeing a dr. They said it was my responsibility to research his scholastic accomplishments. He was very difficult and would ask a question I'd answer and then he would ask over and over the same question. He made it seem like I needed a cyst removed and it would be super easy, quick and painless. He appeared to not know what he was doing. The assistant nurse corrected him three different times. I had a very disappointing experience at Hudson Dermatology with Dr. Imge Hulurin the Kingston office. During my last visit, I came in to have a brown spot near my eye, treated with cryotherapy. Just before the doctor applied the freezing agent, I noticed she was aiming it directly at my face and close to my eye. I asked her to adjust the angle away from my face, but instead of angling it away from my face, she angled it toward my eye/nose. It happened quickly and it was a bit alarming! After the incident, I attempted to address my concerns about patient safety and comfort through a professional email exchange. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly bounced from one department to another, with no one taking real responsibility. Eventually, my concerns were ignored altogether. There was minimal acknowledgment of what happened, no meaningful follow-up, and no offer of goodwill. If this were my business, I would've reduced the fee or, at the very least, offered a discount on a future visit. Instead, my request was dismissed--and I was sent a letter stating they would no longer provide me with care which was quite insulting. I paid my bill in full and was nothing but professional throughout, but I feel the way they handled this situation was rather surprising. I won't be returning, and I won't be recommending them. They clearly don't value patient feedback. read more

I love this place. The last 2 times I went there I had PA Lubna. The appointment was timely, I showed up a little early and was seen right away. I was in and out before my actual appointment time. I had a skin growth removed each time. Ms. Lubna was knowledgeable and friendly. The staff were pleasant. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Mr. Kruszynski especially is a danger to your health. Somebody should shut this place down before they truly hurt somebody. They should have more experienced MDs and fewer PA's who operate without experience or oversight by the more knowledgeable (but still middling) true dermatologists. Go to NYC and see some real providers. These guys are expensive and truly terrible. read more

Awful experience. The PA , Carolyn Baker, is incompetent. Took an overpriced biopsy and still couldn't make a diagnosis. Had to go back to see the head doctor, Dr uttindale, pay for another visit and then ultimately went to a lice clinic and pay an additional $300. They're attempting to collect $200 the insurance didn't cover for the biopsy which didn't tell me anything. Don't go there!!! read more

This review is for the administrative staff only. I called this practice recently to make an appointment and was informed that my health insurance was invalid. After calling my insurers, I was told that my insurance was in place. I then called back to make an appointment again, to be informed that I missed my last appointment as a "no show". I told the receptionist that I never made an appointment, as I was mistakenly told that my insurance was invalid. After a different receptionist ran my insurance info, I was able to make an appointment. I received an email 3 days before to confirm with links that did not work - so I had to call the office again. The receptionist was so rude that I cancelled. IMO, incompetent, rude staff is a reflection of how the practice is being run - so why take a chance. read more

After seeing several different dermatologists for hidradenitis suppurativa over the course of 20 years, meeting with Dr. Charles was refreshing. He is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable about treatment options, invested in my treatment, answers all of my questions, and is attentive to my needs. I went to them because of their rating. I had the removal of a non-benign cyst by a physician assistant. I returned to the office because it wasn't healing well. I was told by a doctor that it was because of the suturing. It did take a lot longer to heal, but that's not why I'm doing this review. As long as the post-op care was fine. It was a little annoying, but I would have been okay with the service - in the end, it healed best as it could. The problem is that they kept hounding me to pay for that post-op visit due to an error they themselves admitted to. I only had a $25 co-pay, but I explained to them several times that this post-op visit was for a problem they caused. I even called several times to explain, and I assumed it was taken care of, but I keep getting reminders and am now being forced to incur late fees. It's really the principle of this. You made a mistake that caused inconvenience and discomfort and delayed healing. I had to come back for a visit because of that. Stop trying to bill me for your mistake. You already got a large chunk of money from insurance for that visit as well. Added: I received a call from them after this review. They apparently didn't have any documentation of my call. I also don't have any documentation of my calls to them, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. Just because your staff didn't document their calls with me doesn't mean I'm a liar. It just means someone would rather not document that they took a call and then ignored it. You chased me for $15 - that I have proof - text, mail, phone call from you. Are you accusing me of being the kind of person who instead of calling your office to clear the misunderstanding, I would allow myself to be harassed and then write review? Is that believable? Or is it more believable that I didn't get any response after many calls and then wrote this review in frustration? read more

The medical "professionals" at this practice are undertrained and seem incapable of delving into underlying causes for skin conditions. As a result, you will get better treatment advice on WebMD. Compounding the marginal capabilities is the awful bedside manner... they seem totally uninterested in their patients and treat them in a contemptuous manner. I went to see Dr. Hendrik on November 19th 2021 for a followup visit. He did an Outstanding job of examining not only the affected site on my hand but also my entire upper body for any potential pre-cancer indications and wrote up and Excellent report that I was given a copy of. So you may ask - why didn't I rate this visit with a better rating....well here is the answer One of the questions they ask anyone who is on Medicare (I am 66 year old) is related to "MIPS Quality" re : Tobacco and Alcohol use. I an a non-smoker and that was recorded correctly. As for Alcohol use I only consume the equivalent of 3 beers a week (one glass of draft beer and small growler). In their formal write up it states "Patient identified as an unhealthy alcohol user and received brief counseling" Wrong !!!! So I went back to the office to get this report corrected as it was clear that a mistake had been made on their end but was told my record cannot be changed after the fact...What The Heck ??? But if I come for a future visit that record would not have to reflect this misinformation. What ?? That is something that should be able to corrected NOW and I want to fixed. This data gets fed back into my medical records and shared with Medicare If you are on Medicare be careful when you visit them to insure your MIPS is written correctly before you leave the office. I am very upset about this !!! Who knows where else my incorrect data is sent to .... ?? Other health care providers ? Nuvance ? Who knows..? read more

The dermatologist I saw in this practice was one of the most obnoxious and uncaring people I have ever met.

I think Kristina Carr is an outstanding provider. I've heard great things about her from other patients for months. She has a very good bedside manner and it's very clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their care. I've only had great experiences with her and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends or family. I appreciate how she explains what and why her recommendations are what they are and that she always asks for her patient's input before making any treatment decisions. She has a lot of experience as both a dermatologist and an emergency room provider. That being said I trust her 100% with my medical needs. read more

Dr Uyttendaele (Dr U) is wonderful. He's very thorough and has always treated all of my concerns with empathy and dignity. I have a history of basal cell carcinoma and his office always gets me in whether I see Dr U or Ms Carr. I've been to Fishkill for Mohs and the staff there is kind and compassionate. My experience in this practice has been excellent. The care I receive is always clear, supportive and professional. The front desk and even my skin practitioner Emily, email me back when I have questions in a very short amount of time. I have been getting the IPL treatments there for broken capillaries and age spots as well as uneven and aging skin tone. Hands down, the most effective skin treatment I have ever received. After three session, I get compliments regularly and the lasting effect is why it is worth the investment. My skin is like a smooth ice skating pond. IPL is deeper than a surfaced facial and for me, the most beneficial spending of time, money and skin care. The entire staff were amazingly warm and I felt instantly comfortable. Zena booked me for my surgery and was instantly comforting as shared her great knowledge of what I would need to know around the surgery. I had a skin cancer legion on the base of my nose. An area with very little skin to work on. This was not a problem for the surgeons here. Dr Katibigiting diagnosed me. Dr Zeltzer infused a moment of humor to ease me a bit more when I was receiving the worst part, The injecting of anesthesia. Dr Mascowitz patched me up beautifully. Every one Tiffany, Debbie, & Erin in reception as well as all the medical staff Shawna and Courtney were well versed in my condition. I am so blessed to be in their care. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kibiting and his staff!! They are absolutely fabulous!! It is amazing how knowledgeable Dr. Kibiting is. I have gone to see him over the past year or so and he has helped me like no other dermatologist and I've seen a lot of them. For years I have had multiple chronic skin ailments. My skin is now 95% healed and feels 100% better. Dr. Kibiting always has a plan. He and his staff are a well oiled machine, working so well together, they always return your calls and are just so nice and personable! The receptionists are friendly and efficient. Dr. U lacks compassion and has no bedside manner. Never spent more than 2 minutes with me. An employee had been using a machine incorrectly and when another employee did use it correctly, my skin was burned. She (the first one) apparently was fired because I never saw her again. read more

I sent my husband to this office ( I had previously had a good experience with Kristina Carr) to have a severe rash treated. It covered his lover back, legs and arms. After a first unsuccessful prescription from Issac Rosenbloom, I convinced my husband to go back and pursue a solution with the same office. The rash at this point covers 1/3 of his body. Kristina Carr had him tested with patches that needed interpretation in two follow-up appointments. There was a definite ( though obscure and unlikely to be the culprit, positive result on one of the 80 sites tested) and we went back for the final reading. Rosenbloom looked at my husbands back and made a face saying how can I read the results on his back it is full of eruptions. Nice guy, huh? He then looked at his assistant and said what do you think?My husband suffers from adult acne on his back and it is a source of humiliation for him. But this office insisted on testing him on his back and this "DR" did not only NOT know what he was looking at but immediately dismissed us without a solution. I mentioned that the rash was becoming life altering, my husband couldn't sleep and is constantly itching. His response..." I've seen worse"!" "You can try an allergist". He was the least compassionate ,rudest and incompetent man I have met in decades and the fact that he is seeing any patients is disgraceful!! You might try having an actual Doctor see your patients!!!!! read more
