I don't usually do these, but I was so appalled by the way Claire spoke to me... Like I had zero autonomy when it came to my choices, my boundaries and my goals. She literally insisted that I hold a mirror to my face when I was more comfortable listening to her explanation. She kept saying, "Does that make sense?" after each comment. I had to explain that I'm coming from LA, the land of BOTOX, and of course I understand. I also always just need 16 units (since I prefer a more natural look and it's only one area). "It's what I prefer," I said, which was ignored. And then she had the nerve to tell me that her minimal would be 20 units, and that it wasn't in her "treatment plan" to do anything less. It's one thing to "upsell" you if you are buying a gym membership or a magazine subscription, but when it's the face that you wear in the world, IT IS INAPPROPRIATE, CONDESCENDING AND UNCONSCIONABLE to disregard what the client prefers and insist that you know best. In all the years of doing botox, for literally 15 years working with an aesthetician in Los Angeles, I have NEVER EVER been as strong armed or dismissed as I was at this location. Just be aware and beware. They may be giving you more than you need or want to make money. It may be less about what you prefer and how they are mining your insecurities. I thanked Claire for her time and walked out without incident, but I feel obliged to post, in service of others. Cant rave enough about Dr Z and how incredible she is! Came here for a consultation for my mom and the process was SO easy. I made the appointment just 2 days in advance, getting in was a breeze, everyone is incredibly kind and amazing. I LOVE the posh and high scale vibes to this place. It makes you feel good from the moment you walk in. Of course, the incredible, hard working, receptionists are there to greet you and take care of you right away. Be patient and kind to them, they work SO hard. The free consultation was awesome, we had a lot of our questions answered and Dr Z made sure to make my mom feel at ease and comfortable for the next step: laser vein removal! What in the world for? The annoying little spider veins that show up on your face unexpectedly! We made an appointment right away to come back the next day and came! Except...we got our times confused and showed up 15 minutes after. The appointment itself was only 15 minutes and Dr Z and the treatment rooms were booked back to back. We pleaded to please be able to squeeze us in some way some how as the next appointment wouldn't have been until weeks from then. As my mom was only visiting for a few days, we really wanted to be able to get this done asap. The staff was incredible, Dr Z was so accommodating, everyone did their part to try to squeeze us in a small window between patients as it was such a quick appointment. Well, they did it! They got us in! The process was so quick, they prepped her face, cleaned it and got it ready, laser zaps were very painless by the cheek area (per my mom, and her super high pain tolerance too), there was only some slight discomfort towards the forehead area with the thinner skin? Either way, quickest appointment ever. The service was still phenomenal and everything she needed to get taken care of laser wise was done during that sit. Dr Z warned her about getting some redness even bruising. So far, it's been 5 days and her skin is healing amazingly. Mild redness around the cheeks the first night and day. After that, only progress! I definitely see 80% improvement in the spider veins and it's only been a few days. Either way, the result was pretty epic, one spider vein by the nose is fully gone! The rest show very mildly. Incredibly impressed by how amazing not only the staff, the place but also Dr Z is a rockstar. Pretty awesome and can't wait to recommend this place to my friends. This was my third visit to Hebe in Fishkill and my second visit for Botox. Leanna was great. She took time to walk me through different options and carried out the procedures with care. What I love about Hebe is there is no hard-sell on procedures or products. Suggestions are made but I never feel like I am being pushed into anything. Kudos to Irena and Dr.Z for running such an amazing and professional business. My only regret is that I do not live closer to them! read more

I'm about to head out of town for several months and I can honestly say that what I'm going to miss the most will be my monthly facials with Rebecca at Hebe. I joined their VIP monthly facial program which is a true bargain at about 100 dollars per month (I've priced similar med spa facials and they are NEVER this price. Not even close). I might also add that they run regular specials so that I was able to try out the incredible Laser Genesis, a non invasive laser treatment with the least downtime that leaves you looking like a movie star, for no up charge! That alone makes me a forever customer who will actually take MetroNorth up here from the city. I can't go on enough about Rebecca. She keeps notes at every appointment and goes over everything thoroughly with you, like if you had any peeling and if you have anything coming up where you might want to avoid downtime, etc. I've never had facials like this before and I'm now completely addicted to them. I feel they are crucial to my mental health. But let's talk aesthetics. I'm no spring chicken. I walk out of my appointments with baby skin. Yes, I'm fortunate to have good genetics, however never in my life has my skin looked like this. I am positively glowing for days after my facial. The laser Genesis removes redness (damned rosacea) so at my last appointment, I went for it again. I haven't worn foundation in months by the way! Speaking the virtues of the VIP program, this gives you a nice discount on top notch skin products (there's a sunscreen that I cannot live without, as well as retinol cream). Also discounts apply to injectables. The only time I was less than thrilled about my experience here was when they (accidentally) booked me with a different facialist. It's not that she wasn't good but she wasn't familiar with me and although the results weren't negative, I didn't walk out on Cloud 9 like I normally do. Just make sure they know that you want to stick with your regular facialist when you make appointments. The receptionists are all lovely by the way! A quick note about some of the less positive reviews. Normally I don't address these in my own review but I have to here. I've had Dr. Z do the mirror analysis and she offers it, doesn't force it. Maybe it's because I'm older and more confident in my appearance but her suggestions for possible work were not off-putting at all. I expected much more persuasion to do fillers etc. I do feel this mirror analysis is important if you're going in for fillers so that your face is well balanced. If you look at photos on IG, you won't see any scary duck lipped ladies on there. It's all about balance. I am going to miss this place so much. read more

There are some very mixed reviews, which I really enjoyed reading. I can only speak from my experience with Hebe, I've been going there since they opened and am a VIP member. First with the laser package to get rid of some scarring and now the monthly facial. I goto Mary and she does my facials, micro-needling, and I've tried just about every laser they have. I adore her! Dr. Z has done my lips a few times. She always seemed very honest and listens to what my end goal/look is. You have to trust the process. read more

Went here for Dysport. Received it and it lasted barely 2 months. When I received it in Houston, Tx, it lasted for 5-6 months. I wouldn't recommend this Spa. read more

I never write bad reviews.This is my first. I've been coming to Hebe Medical Spa since 2021. Always had a great experience, everyone is very friendly until yesterday. I've never felt so humiliated from one of their Staff. I purchased a cleanser I believe end of April which was a gel cleanser)Was using it till when I had my facial appointment (beginning of June) I was told then to use an oil cleanser. She told me to bring it back next time I come in and they would exchange it. I haven't been back till yesterday due to personal issues. I walked in for my appointment and explained to her I wanted to exchange it for the oil because the last person that did my facial advised me to switch and told me to just bring it in. Never once did she say you have 30 days to return it. I haven't used it since June knowing I was going to return it at some point.The girl took the bottle and in front of other clients says "did you put water in this" . I was really embarrassed. I would never water down a product first because I'm not that type of person and second knowing that I was going there for future appointments. Also, why would I continue using it if I was told it's "drying your face out" I've been paying each month for the V.I.P which is 95.00 a month. I've spent a lot of money in there and I was still paying them 95.00 a month not going in there all these months. Yesterday's appointment was almost 500.00. If she would've opened it,she would see the size of the hole, it's a pin hole. I'd be there all day filling it with water. Lol. Wish she actually had knowledge of products and knew what products looked like when mixed with water. Just shows how classless this girl was. I'm shocked they even have someone like her representing them. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend them to anybody or step foot in that place again. read more

I made an appointment to get a particular service done by Dr. Z. She said she needed to do a consultation first. (I had a consultation with her a few months prior where she suggested I get lip filler) I wasn't ready at the time. During this recent consultation she said she wouldn't do the lip filler alone. It was advised that I do a full face filler. From my forehead to my chin. This naturally would cost 5 times the cost of the service I went in there for. I am fairly young with not too many notable wrinkles or anything. Dr. Z is a fast talker... she makes you sit there and look into a mirror while she lets you know all the areas she needs to work on with her syringe. There is a used car sales approach to sales at this place. Under handed sales as my husband would say. Whenever you interact with an employee at hebe they will try to up sell you. It doesn't matter if the product or service is necessary for you. You go in hoping to leave there feeling great... instead I felt insecure and like my insecurities were going to be used to rob me blind. Fortunately I found a highly accredited spa a little further away that I'm extremely happy with now with amazing pricing and membership options. read more

They treat you li ke a number not a person. I left with bruising from the Botox injections. That is already a sign of inexperienced work. My left side o f my face turned numb. I called when I got home and doctor refused to talk to me. I had to go see my own doctor. thus place is a scam. go to a dermatologist. will never go back. read more

I have done many different services, including Botox, Fillers, face laser and micro needling, laser hair removal, Qwo, etc. The staff have always been professional and friendly and very helpful and Dr Z is great at what she is doing. GIRL where do I even start... Im 28 yrs old and came here for cheek filler/nasolabial folds/smile line filler and I wanted this to look as NATURAL as possible... you walk in and they're offering you mimosas, water, cookies, etc and the people in the front are the absolute sweetest. I went with Leigh Ann fully putting my 100% trust into her as this was my first time ever getting filler and she did NOT let us down. I had about 4mL of filler for the cheeks/smile lines and then 1mL like a week later after swelling went down... but like this is my FACE and when I tell you she ATE, this woman took my vision of what I wanted and multiplied it... you could not tell that I have 5 mL of filler in my face if you first meet me, and I just could not be happier with the results. Then, today, I went for like .5mL of lip filler just to plump them, but again, I did NOT want this to be noticeable to others (technically speaking Im very specific in what I want). So Jenny (or Jenni?) did my lips and AGAIN, my girl left NO crumbs. My lips are better than what I imagined and she listened to literally everything I had to say (and so did Leigh Ann). They took their time with me and oh did I mention the music literally makes me feel like Im in college again? These babes are PROFESSIONALS and they know exactly what they are doing and I just could not recommend this place more. And I refuse to go else where. So def take this as your sign! read more

What a waste of money!! I've had many Botox injections in the past and I urge anyone thinking to try this place to reconsider and go to a real professional or plastic surgeon for fresh Botox and that will actually show you the units injected prior to service. I received 20 units and barely saw any results. It is now 3 weeks later and I'm back to where I was with muscle movement as the day I walked in. Normally Botox will last at least 4-6 weeks and when I went to a surgeons office it lasted 8 weeks. Many places dilute or don't inject the full amount that they say they do and I firmly believe this place is one of them. Never showed me the units in the syringe and the effect wore off in 2-3 weeks max. But I was certainly charged the full amount then pressured to buy products. Botox can only be charged by unit so a plastic surgeon can't charge you any more than any Med spa.. please go to a professional because the only sure thing from HEBE Med Spa is you will feel ripped off. Enjoy the free $$ for a service that I got ZERO benefit from. I feel totally ripped off. Will not recommend or ever go back for any service again. Telling my friends about the experience and finding the same dissatisfaction from this place. If your a new business don't try to use less product to make more money, customers aren't stupid. read more

I was excited to find this little gem in Fishkill New York. I have had several procedures performed from Botox to vitamin IV therapy to BHRT and I'm extremely pleased with the services provided. I always get sick when I fly so when Irina suggested I try the Myers cocktail IV vitamin therapy, I figured why not. For the first time in a long time, I did not get sick when I returned home. I bought a package that was excellent for my skin, the Vivace is my favorite I don't think my skin has ever glowed like this before! The absolute worst place you could ever decide to go. Dr.Z is an absolute scam artist at the very least. I have been getting my lips done for years and decided to give her establishment a shot, BAD MISTAKE! I have always gotten juvaderm because it lasts the longest, yet she was trying to convince me that it doesn't look good. She will convince you to get restylane because it lasts for about a month until your back spending more money! where juvaderm can last up to a year. I bought a full syringe yet was not injected with all of it. Due to my past experience I know what a full syringe feels like and she did not inject me with it all, and threw out the syringe before I could see what was left of it. She also got the syringe prepared in a different room which made me think she did NOT give me juvaderm like i asked and paid for either. I woke up the next day with minimal bruising which goes to show she did not inject me a lot and my shape was completely messed up. She offered for me to come back and take a look at my lips but I instead had them dissolved and re injected elsewhere by a trust worthy establishment. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I suffer from male pattern baldness. I found Hebe spa after looking around for a spa that offers prp. I met with Dr. Z and Irina and they were nice enough to do my first session free. I bought a set of 4 visits. They weren't too expensive and the place was immaculate so i went for it. My results in the car of the doctor have been more than I bargained for being a skeptic. I will continue to use the services at Hebe I even got my wife to come for her own facial. If you're a guy who isn't sure of his options just stop in and I think you will be happy with your decision. read more

Where to start! If I were you I'd RUN AWAY from this slaughter house they call a SPA!! Don't ever think of doing any business with them. They're only interested in YOUR MONEY NOT YOU (the client)!!! Late November 2021 I was looking for a Vascular specialist for a Sclero therapy for my legs, I had this done back in 2019 at a hospital in Westchester and had no problems or issues afterwards, unfortunately I didn't have the amount of money they asked for at the hospital to do both legs that time so I decided to wait. I moved up north so I started looking for a specialist who does that nearby and that's how I found this place!! It was before Xmas time 2021 when I got in touch with them, had a very brief and quick evaluation from "Dr. Z" and I thought everything is gonna be great!! I went to my appointment, first thing was she immediately started injecting the needles!!! I asked her for lidocaine or any kind of numbing cream because it was hurting like hell!!! And I felt like I was on fire!! I asked her for it many times and her response was "Huh! I never had to use it with any of my clients"!!!! And yet she continued and said it's gonna be quick and if I can distract myself with the phone until she's done!!! It was a horrible freaking hour long that I had to go through!!! I couldn't take the pain or the heat I had to take my top off because I was burned and the liquid she injected was so freaking hot!!! She used probably 25 injections on both legs, mostly around both ankles where I had most of my spider veins and she was complaining that she couldn't find my veins because they're so deep!!! Yet she kept on injecting!!!! While there, she was using a red light shaped like letter "C" that she was swiping on my legs to locate the source vein. In my previous Sclero therapy at the hospital the doctor had a monitor/screen and was able to see where the needle is going inside the vein and was very patient and slow while doing it he also injected my leg with anastacia before the treatment and I didn't feel any pain at all!! He had 2 nurses with him and I was awake and watching the screen the whole time while he was doing it but this!!! I have never seen or experienced anything like that!!! So I went back home after all this horrible hour and couldn't even take a shower!! Both my legs were bruised, on fire and had red bumps from the needles all over!! Couldn't step a foot because I would feel the needles pain all over again, same thing when I take a shower I would feel the pain all over again once the water touches my feet!! I stayed like that in pain for 5 weeks, the right leg has somewhat felt less painful but the left foot and leg isn't! They still hurt, especially around the left ankle bone area and the upper back of my left thigh. I called them and the receptionist first response was "You're calling us after 5 weeks?!" are you freaking kidding me?!!! Is that how you treat your clients?!! I requested an urgent appointment to be seen and after seeing Dr. Z again, that time she had a guy nurse in the room whom I never seen before was holding a tablet and writing down some notes, so Dr. Z was like "oh I thought you had ulcer?!!" since I don't then it's fine. I told her I'm still feeling pain and I described her where it was and how it has gone all the way up to the back of my left upper thigh so she referred me to another doctor and that doctor to another doctor to later find out that I now have a NERVE DAMAGE from her surgery where it will take up to a year to heal!!!! read more

This "Dr." Has zero knowledge to what she is doing, and owner/front desk service are only interested on selling you into more services which were improperly diagnosed! I came here originally suffering from acne, "Dr." Z gave me a confident yet completely false plan of action to what she said would help heal me. Not only did I spend an unnecessary amount of money on products that make me breakout more, but I was tossed around from esthetician to esthetician(who had zero idea what they were doing) receiving a different service every time versus what we originally agreed on because they have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! The services that I did receive were poorly preformed, leaving me with terrible results and were not even close to what the game plan was going into paying for these services... this was my bad for trusting a place that seems to specialize in lip fillers and Botox seeking acne help. To be completely transparent I have seen their results as well for lips and fillers and they are completely unnatural.. if that's the look you are going for, yes this is the place for you... if you are looking for a morally good business that really cares about the integrity of their work and clients, STAY AWAY!!! read more

This is the place to revamp yourself. 2020 is the year. They are AMAZING!!! I had really dark acne scars on my face from years of acne damage and nothing helped to fix it. Even though I wore make up and concelor, nothing helped to cover or hide the scars. I hated having to put makeup on everytime I needed to go out. It became a real pain. HEBE gave me the opportunity to flaunt my natural skin with little to no down time. My husband looked at my face a week after my first treatment and said "babe your face is clearing up, it looks really good". To hear him say that made me feel amazing. I look at my face now and I feel confident going out without makeup and I have no worries that people will stare. The whole staff is great. Irina and Dr. Z are amazing and I feel lucky to know them. I Absolutely Love Hebe Medical Spa. From the moment you walk into the spa you are greeted by everyone who works there with big smiles. They offer you coffee, water and sometimes champagne. The spa is gorgeous....spotless and very bright and elegant. (Nothing like a stuffy doctors office....and I should know since I am a pharmaceutical rep) Everyone who works there is very knowledgable. You will know exactly what is happening with every treatment you get....from facials, botox, fillers, b12 shots etc...And you will know the price upfront.
