Totonelly, one of the finest medical doctors in the Hudson Valley, with over 30 years of experience. In my first visit to Dr. Totonelly an ultrasound was performed on both my legs which helped to identify damaged veins. I was then very well educated by Dr. Totonelly regarding the varicose vein treatment I was to receive to relieve my vascular problems. I was really happy when my Aetna insurance approved the surgery, called Endovenous Ablation. That surgery was done in the office under local anesthetic and no hospitalization was required. It took approximately 45 minutes per leg, which were surgically repaired with a one week interval between the two surgeries. In both instances I was able to walk without any problems the same day of the respective surgeries. Amazingly, within a couple of weeks after the surgeries I STOPPED FEELING burning and annoying pain in my legs. Dr. Totonelly further advised me about cosmetic Laser spider vein treatment and Sclerotherapy to both legs. I received 4 treatment sessions to address my numerous spider veins. I could not believe it, but the treatments resulted in the complete disappearance of huge brown spots on my legs caused by poor blood circulation. With my spider veins now vanquished, my legs currently have a healthy , young look. I am very pleased to be a patient of Dr. Totonelly and his very friendly, very well trained staff. Dr. Totonelly has such an amazing, compassionate personality. He's a highly trained, highly skilled professional, as well as an incredible human being with a huge heart. He is truly dedicated to his work and he really cares for his patients. I learned Dr.Totonelly not only does treatments of the veins but also does amazing facial and body laser treatments . His great work returns health and youth to people. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Elena.

The reason I never became a regular at any of the spas I visited was because I would always break out horribly a day or two after the facial. It seemed as if the esthetician would slather on whatever suited them and it wasn't tailored to my specific facial needs. I visited Reviva for the first time last week and here it is five days later and not a new blemish/spot or discoloration in sight, not to mention the marked improvement or complete disappearance of the ones I walked in with. Amy took the time to analyze my skin, explain what she was going to do and then did exactly that, in a comfortable, soothing and relaxing setting. When my treatment was over Amy took the time to explain what I could do to help maintain my now glowing skin as well as answer all of my questions. I'm sure if I have any other skin concerns I can ask Amy at my next appointment!

Carly is an excellent therapist who's conscientious, listens well and provides attention to detail (like those little tiny muscles in the rotator cuff that are always glossed over). I called a whole bunch of dermatologists in the area and crossed my fingers. Hudson Dermatology had a last minute cancellation and called me in. I am still counting my blessings that I ended up there on the day Dr. Caroline Raftopol was in the office. Because of covid19- they are currently only open one day a week with only one Dr on site and they are obviously slammed. The only open appointment they had to surgically remove it was almost a month away. I asked if she please could do something to reduce the pressure / pain (cortisone, lancing, etc) and she asked me to wait while she tended to another patient who'd been waiting. I (happily) waited about 25 minutes and she back came in and told me that she would just do the surgery very quickly. I strongly suspect she used her own lunch hour to do it. I only paid an insurance co-pay of $25 dollars and they prescribed no extra medication/antibiotics at all (which I can say a week later, I absolutely did not need). She did a fantastic job and I am so incredibly GRATEFUL to her and the staff for deciding to properly remove it instead of doing a quick, temporary fix. I will absolutely go to Dr. Raftopol and Hudson Dermatology for any dermatological needs in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

Unfortunately, I didn't read any reviews before my appointment. I had a dilated pore on my…read moredécolletage--a small pore that I kept squeezing, which really bothered me, so I wanted to get rid of it. I was referred to Dr. Nicole Guerin. I assumed it would be a quick procedure to excise the pore. Instead, I was scheduled for an initial consultation that lasted no more than a minute, for which I was charged $75. During a second visit, she excised the pore using a special instrument and closed the site with absorbable sutures--which, in fact, did not dissolve, requiring me to return a third time to have them removed. The doctor did warn me that there would be a scar, but she failed to mention that it could turn into a massive keloid scar--especially since the skin in that area is constantly in motion! As a physician, she should have informed me of all the potential risks and consequences. Dr. Nicole Guerin is very formal, cold, and shows no real interest in her patients. Currently, another doctor--Saluja Sandeep from Cornwall Hudson Dermatology--is working to correct her mistakes. Unlike Dr. Guerin, he is highly professional, attentive, and friendly. I never expected to spend so much money only to end up with a problem far worse than the one I started with.
