I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor, the practice wanted me to take another ultra-sound because they didn't read my chart and realize I had already taken an ultrasound the week prior and had sent the chart and scans to them. Doctor didn't look at my leg nor my chart nor my personal history. Entire visit could have been covered in an email. Go get a pair of compression socks and come back in 3 months. $50 co-pay and half a day off work for that, wow thanks. You couldn't tell me that on the phone? No educational materials, no consult, and doctor was visibly annoyed the entire time. I have no idea why. Bizarre. Leg has been throbbing for 2 weeks, low level pain but difficult to sleep, that's normal according to this practice. Again, could have been a phone call or email.

Many years ago, medical clinics would ask for our social security number in order to get treated…read more Insurance companies also used it as a patient's identifier. It became illegal for clinics and insurance companies to request a social security number because many were leaked, hacked or even sold by medical clinics, and put their patients at risk of identity theft. Now the less ethical clinics are now demanding to scan your driver's license to keep it in their files in order to treat a patient. Driver's license information can be used to commit identity theft, so that's the same problem as with the social security number. Decent clinics ask to view the driver's license to confirm patients' identity but do not demand a copy of it. This clinic REFUSES TREATMENT if you don't agree to let them scan your driver's license!!! They DO NOT CARE if it is putting you at great financial risk as it was the case with social security numbers. This clinic is rude, unethical, and very disrespectful. Many other places will not ask to scan your driver's license. Do not encourage clinics that are either very clueless about how easily data is stolen at clinics, or they don't care, or they sell your data for profit. Be aware that clinics have to comply with HIIPA regulation, but driver's license information is not protected health information under HIIPA, therefore clinics can do whatever they want with it, that's why it's a very bad practice to give them this information, and ethical clinics that respect their patients do not ask for it. I refuse to deal with such unethical clinics, and if many of you do the same, they'd have no choice but to change their practice.

He was not kind, he was not professional and did not want to take the time to even answer my questions it was like he was in a rush to go home. When I finally had my procedure with my leg, it was so swollen and so bruised up. I have had varicose veins removed in the past, but that doctor didn't take my insurance anymore. I was sore for so long and I wore the stockings like I was supposed to and my veins just came back. So he doesn't do a good job and doesn't take care of you properly. Don't waste your time going to him because he'll literally take less than 5 minutes to talk to you. And the day of my procedure I was told that it has to be delayed because of another procedure before me. I found out from a nurse that he was on a zoom call!
