My procedure time was postponed by several hours and then I sat and waited for an hour and a half after my newly scheduled time and still did not have the procedure done. I have a medical condition that requires me to have glucose in my IV which they did not give me upon numerous requests prior to the procedure date and on it as well. I began to have symptoms due to this as I was unable to drink or eat since the night before the procedure. I voiced concern which led to me complaining when my concerns were not being addressed. I also spoke to the nurse, nurse administrator (who did not even identify herself when she came to speak with me) and to the doctor about my concerns as well as the fact that the nurse tried to have me sign a blank medication form as well as informed consents. The doctor threated to postpone then not to proceed with the medical procedure when I addressed my concerns. The nurse administrator asked me to keep my voice down so that the other patients could have a pleasant experience. The doctor denied what the nurse had done even though she admitted it right in front of him! I ended up leaving with a bruised hand from the IV and without the procedure being done. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! Noone should be threatened for speaking up for safe, confidential, ethical health care practice.

Such poor service and care.....Fact is they don't care!…read more Return your patients phone calls. Get better staffing. This office is horrible. They don't communicate. We had four weeks after our initial consultation to wait and plan for surgery to remove an 8 inch long Lipoma. My husband's care was awful. Gigi, apparently the only one in the office who could assist us, because nobody else would answer any of our questions. She never called us back after we left 5-6 messages. Our last communication was a text. Saying to arrive at office 15 minutes early. So, we went the day of surgery, hoping they knew what they were doing. No such luck. While Dr. Lipson is a very old guy, on initial consultation he sounded like he knew what he was doing. But the office didn't and that's where everything went downhill. We get there, waited over an hour for the removal of the tumor. Husband went in to the room, Dr. Lipson begins to make a 3 inch circle over the 8 inch tumor. Husband says it's 8 inches. The incompetent Gigi suggests we do "halves-ey" Thought she only does the scheduling, barely. But apparently one of her other skills is also offering medical advice......Bizarre! My husband then puts a stop to everything. And says not today. Meanwhile the entire staff leaves while we're still in the surgical room. Doctor then suggests this should be done in the hospital......no kidding..... if your staff would have called us back, we wouldn't have wasted so much time. And after this totally unprofessional care on this day, there was not even a call back to check on husband....or any offers of an apology or explanation. Final feedback, don't trust them, they have no idea what they're doing!!

In my experience, I've never dealt with a practice as incompetent--and potentially fraudulent--as this one. The adage "never attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity" certainly applies here, so take this anecdote with a grain of salt. I visited this practice for a second opinion regarding some persistent, minor tenderness in my foot. A previous doctor had likely diagnosed the issue correctly, but for the sake of crossing T's and dotting I's, I wanted to get x-rays and a second opinion. While the x-ray process was satisfactory, the consultation I received from the so-called doctor was laughable. He clearly had little--if any--understanding of endurance athletics and flip-flopped on diagnoses and remedies at least a dozen times in under 10 minutes. Perhaps he was going for a world record? In his incoherent bleating, he shifted from claiming I had a stress fracture (despite me running 75+ miles a week for several months on that foot), to walking it back with "never mind, you don't," to recommending an EKG, to postulating prescribing a nerve medication typically used by senior citizens (I'm nowhere near that age group). Finally, he came full circle and recommended an MRI to diagnose a stress fracture--even though he admitted I "probably" didn't have one. I made it clear to both the doctor and the staff that I had no intention of spending money on an MRI, yet they scheduled one for me anyway without my consent. The cherry on top of this insult sundae was the billing process. I paid for the x-rays during the visit, but was later charged again for both the x-rays and the consultation. I received multiple text messages, emails, and physical letters demanding payment, all reflecting the double charge. Attempts to pay online showed a ridiculous price, so I had to call the office several times to get it sorted out. After the first call, I was told they would contact me with the corrected bill. Three weeks went by with no follow-up--just more letters with the same inflated charges--so I had to call again. Thankfully, I wasn't ultimately double charged, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Again, I can't say definitively that this is a fraudulent practice--malice, stupidity, and all that jazz--but I would still avoid this place like the plague based on my experience.

She went into the OR roughly at 11, and stayed there until about 5pm, for a routine that should have took less than an hour. Even the other family of patients were concerned for her taking so long. Afterward, she informed me that they made her change clothes and seemingly forgot she was sitting there. The follow-up visits at the PDS Medical Management certain didn't fair much better. Each time I bring my mother there, it is always a massive wait. Everyone there is always irritated about this. Just last week, I brought my mother in for a scheduled appointment. After waiting nearly 2 hours, I got up and asked when she would be seen, it is then I was informed there was a mistake, and her appointment is actually next week. All in all, each time I bring my mother here, there is a long wait. Patients are all very angry and sometimes become verbally combative over their wait time. Each time a patient approaches the desk, they're told that they are next. As I began writing this, my mother got called in, and the woman sitting next to me, who was already seated by the time we got here, became upset. She asked when she would be seen, and was told she is next. She just told me she was recommended this location by her lawyer and just walked out on the phone with her lawyer. Last week, when I came in, two people became belligerent after waiting so long. To me, it seems as though there is little to no organization, and very little customer service for non-spanish speaking patients.
