Everyone was kind and made me feel at ease. The doctor answered all of my questions and was thorough in her treatment plan for me. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. During m exam, she respected my privacy when I asked not to have another nurse in the room. Overall, it was a good visit and probably the best GYN visit I've had. People walk in nervous, sometimes scared, waiting on answers that can change their lives. The first face they see sets the tone for everything that follows. A little warmth at that desk costs nothing, and it means everything to someone who is holding it together for the person they love. The clinical team deserves 5 stars. The office is clean and has very nice, calming ambiance. Side note: Dr. Polimeni was able to diagnose and save my Grandfather's life. If Dr. Polimeni did not diagnose the issue and have an ambulance take him directly to the hospital, my Grandfather would have died within 24 hours.
