Needless to say, Dr. Parakh was absolutely amazing. She immediately recognized that things weren't healing correctly and took action right away to fix everything. She brought me back to looking beautiful, and I couldn't be more grateful. Dr. Parakh,is impeccable in her work and truly puts her patients first. She is humble, compassionate, and incredibly skilled--qualities that can be hard to find in a plastic surgeon these days. Her staff is also outstanding, always making you feel comfortable and supported. I will continue going to her for future procedures, and I highly recommend her to all my family, friends, and anyone looking for an exceptional doctor. Thank you again, Dr. Parakh, for everything. You truly are amazing. Wanda Caiafa

I did my research and due diligence regarding lower Blepharoplasty, and the second I met Dr Parakh, I made my decision. First, her office team is top flight. From the kind and diligent Bianca greeting you warmly at the front desk to Maria efficiently and expertly handling paperwork to the amazing Viktoria who assists Dr Parakh in every aspect of patient care - you will be in the finest, most attentive hands. Pre and Post surgery, Viktoria was my contact (though the one time I needed to reach Dr Parakh after hours, she replied in minutes) through text, phone and email. Viktoria responded immediately to my many questions and if she didn't know an answer, she found out from the doctor and got back to me as soon as humanly possible. Dr Parakh herself is that wonderful combination of total expertise and competence and the best girlfriend you wish you had. Funny, easy, brilliantly gifted, completely present, multi-certified, and ultimately inspiring, she listened carefully to my desire to be rid of these troublesome eye bags and still look like a woman well and wonderfully over 50. At 61, this doctor has me looking my very best. The surgery itself was perfectly handled. I'd had a terrible experience with anesthesia in the past and that was worrying me. The anesthesiologist came into the room, pre-surgery, and listened very carefully to my previous experience, assuring me he would do his best to avoid lingering negative effects. He did his job well! Not only did I have NO pain from the surgery (I never needed, nor took a pain killer after the first day) but I had no impact from the anesthesia, allowing me to rapidly recover. Every single thing I was told would happened, happened exactly as I was told. So... how do I look? Pretty great. My long unloved eye bags are gone! At 2 weeks post surgery, there is the tiniest bruise which covers nicely with cover-up. When I smile, I have exactly the right amount of smile lines to look my age but...ya know - like I had a really, really, REALLY good sleep. Go to Dr Parakh; she'll make you your best you

This was my first time getting lip fillers, which I decided to do 1 year prior to my wedding. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and I waited for less than 10 minutes. The woman (I think her name was Amber?) who escorted me to my room and set up my lip numbing, questionnaire, etc was so kind and personable. She eased all my nerves and made me so comfortable. Emily greeted me, kindly and professionally (also I got the vibe that she is a very chill person who cares so much about her career)-- she asked what I wanted. I deferred to her judgement-- I said do what you want, just make them juicy but not like a duck. She did exactly that. I am now a week since receiving the filler and I am in love. This was all my face needed. Emily did a PERFECT job with minimal pain. She asked for my permission to record the session, to which I agreed (I don't care if people see! I'm proud of filler!) After, she did NOT try to sell me on anything else. She thanked me, gave me directions for care, provided an ice pack and exited gracefully. Afterwards, I started to feel faint (I unfortunately always faint when I get needles stuck in me), I told Amber this and she laid the bed down for me and let me rest until I was back to consciousness. I am 100% going back here. The price was absolutely fair. If you do go, please use my name as a referral!

I made the appt and verified the cost would be $149. I did agree to add dermaplaning to my service but was not made aware of any additional charges beyond that, or the cost. I think this may have been a miscommunication because I had a $100 birthday coupon I was planning to use but regardless asked what the cost of the service was...period (not after my coupon). That is also why I agreed to the additional dermaplaning. I reiterated before the service that my skin is sensitive and at the time had some clogged pores but only one active breakout. I left with red raw bumpy dry skin. I called immediately after the service to complain and asked for someone to call me also to discuss the $249 I was charged. I reached out thru Klara multiple times as well as sent multiple pics. The entire left side of my face was covered with large painful red bumps and breakouts. I did hear back once from the person that performed the service indicating it could be from the heat and should be better by the next day. Unfortunately things did not get any better the next day and I did not receive a call like I was told she would or message asking how it was. Would not recommend and will definitely not go back. Besides the fact my skin look significantly worse,,,I feel the costs were not upfront and transparent. Update :I had to see a dermatologist today because of the severe redness/irritation/discomfort. I left a message with the office again and have still not heard back from anyone

Karen in the office was great and really helped me throughout the whole process. Dr Ganchi was very informative and my Procedure went smoothly. The scars from the procedure are unnoticeable and I was back to work within a week. I'm extremely happy with my decision. The only negative thing I would have to say is that I was not required to have blood work done prior to the surgery. My surgery was done on 9/9 and I found out I was pregnant on 9/15 (this was unexpected). Now, they did perform a urine pregnancy test the morning of my surgery however, it must have been too early to tell. This caused quite a scare for me but I immediately contacted both doctors and my daughter has since been born and is healthy and was not effected by the procedure or medications taken during recovery. My OBGYN said it's always best to receive blood work prior to a surgery, this being one of the reasons why so I would strongly suggest that even if you are not told or advised to get blood work, I would just to be on the safe side. Other than that, I would use dr ganchi again in the future.

The lumpectomy side just needed a lift. The staff and facility I thought was great. The end result a year later is that I do think they look much better, but I don't feel they look the same. The shape is different. This may be because of the prior lumpectomy but I think this should have been taken into consideration. Also the side i had the lipo looks like it needs a bit more lipo as you can see a section that clearly needs a bit more. There is like a layer of fat. When I went to my last follow up, the Dr wasn't there. And he wasn't there on a few follow up visits. The nurse was, to take some final pics and said I can have a bit more lipo done, but it would be another lipo procedure, meaning I would have to pay again. Which I feel to be unfair as I already paid to make them look the same. And already paid for lipo. This was expensive ..all in all, I feel they look better than before but still don't think paying for more lipo is quite fair. Also while I was recovering one side got a fungal Infection. I don't know how that could happen as I kept it very clean and followed all the directions. All I can think of is the tape that was put on was not put on properly and moisture got beneath it. I had to go in and have the tape removed earlier than expected, and put anti fungal medication on. It wasn't even noticed , as I was sending photos, until I specifically pointed it out. So I did have a difficult recovery. It was a stressful time for me.

With young four kids at home, I wanted to feel confident that I was in expert hands, and that's exactly what I found here. From the first consultation through recovery, everything felt thoughtful, organized, and incredibly patient-centered. Every member of the staff was kind, responsive, and genuinely supportive, which made a potentially stressful experience feel surprisingly easy. What really stood out was the level of personal care. During the Blizzard of '26 -- when most of the city was essentially shut down -- Dr. Neinstein himself came to check on me at my hotel to make sure I was doing well. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about who he is as both a surgeon and a person. Traveling for care can feel intimidating, but this team made the entire process seamless. I always felt informed, safe, and completely supported every step of the way. The outcome is beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. If you are considering traveling for expert care and exceptional results, I would recommend Dr. Neinstein and his incredible team without hesitation.

This review is specifically for "Nurse" Tara Adashev, who handles the practice's laser treatments,…read moreand Office Manager Becca Feldman. Dr. Chris Funderburk himself has been a pleasure and has done great work for me. This review is not about him--he gets 5 stars. I came in for my first laser facial with Nurse Tara Adashev on 2/17/2026 using the Lutronic Ultra system. I had generally great skin but wanted to improve some minor childhood acne scarring and a separate surgical scar. The procedure went well, and I was instructed to stay out of the sun for 7 days before returning to my normal routine. I followed those instructions and had no issues. Three months later, I returned for a second treatment. I was told it would be the same Lutronic Ultra treatment but on a higher setting. Before the procedure, numbing cream was applied to my face and neck. It is supposed to remain on for at least 30 minutes, but Nurse Tara came in after only about 20 minutes and wanted to begin. I told her my face was still not numb and that I wanted to wait longer. She insisted I would be fine and started anyway. The procedure was extremely painful, and I spent much of it squirming with tears running down my face. Afterward, I texted Office Manager Becca Feldman to ask how long I should avoid sun exposure. She told me 7 days. Assuming the post-care instructions were the same as my first treatment, I followed that advice. After 7 days, I went outside wearing SPF 70 sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. That turned out to be a major mistake. I developed severe burning and hyperpigmentation across my face, particularly on my cheeks and forehead. Even worse, the treatment left two visible scars on my neck and one on my face near my left temple. After several weeks with no improvement, I contacted the office. Rather than showing concern, I was told by Nurse Tara that I should have avoided the sun for 2 weeks, not 1 week, despite having been instructed otherwise by Becca Feldman via text. I received no apology for the incorrect post-care instructions or for the scars that resulted. I was also informed that I had not received the Lutronic Ultra treatment I requested. Instead, I was told a more powerful CO2 laser had been used. The day before this procedure, my skin was nearly flawless with an even complexion. Now I am dealing with severe hyperpigmentation and permanent facial and neck scarring. After spending nearly $30,000 at this clinic over time, I requested a refund for this treatment and was denied. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. No apology from Office Manager Becca Feldman for providing incorrect post-care instructions. No apology from Nurse Tara Adashev. No apology from anyone at the practice. Instead, they kept the more than $1,500 I paid and offered a prescription for skin-bleaching cream to address the damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice for laser treatments. The inconsistent post-care instructions, lack of communication, and refusal to take responsibility for a poor outcome have been deeply disappointing. Anyone considering laser procedures here should proceed with extreme caution.
