The Vascular Experts are a wonderful, professional group. Given the HORRENDOUS, unprofessional experience I had with another vascular clinic, I was afraid to try another office. This group, The Vascular Experts. is comprised of highly polite and professional people from the front desk to the doctors. Appointments take place right on time. The staff is friendly and the doctors wonderful. THANK YOU, VASCULAR EXPERTS for coming to the rescue. read more

Complete waste of my time. I arrived early, filled out the long e-verification and history chart and got an ultra-sound prior to my visit as mandated by my insurance company. I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor, the practice wanted me to take another ultra-sound because they didn't read my chart and realize I had already taken an ultrasound the week prior and had sent the chart and scans to them. Doctor didn't look at my leg nor my chart nor my personal history. Entire visit could have been covered in an email. Go get a pair of compression socks and come back in 3 months. $50 co-pay and half a day off work for that, wow thanks. You couldn't tell me that on the phone? No educational materials, no consult, and doctor was visibly annoyed the entire time. I have no idea why. Bizarre. Leg has been throbbing for 2 weeks, low level pain but difficult to sleep, that's normal according to this practice. Again, could have been a phone call or email. read more

I found this place through Groupon. It's always a hit or miss with them but this time, I definitely got a winner! I was a little skeptical at first when it came to getting poked a bunch of times with a needle. I'm a needlephobiac (if that's a even a thing. If it's not, I'm making it!) Suffering from exhausted legs and circulation is no fun. After doing my research I decided I wanted to give varicose vein injection a try. No one likes exhausted legs nor spider veins on them. Am I right or am a right? The Vascular experts right away set me up for an appointment and explained the process through the phone to make sure I was taken care of and answered all of my many questions. Upon arrival to my first treatment, Dr Howell explained the experience to me. She even went to the point of warning me before every "pinch". She had the most stable hand and relaxing demeanor to her. Every time I got "pinched" I would barely feel it. Her voice was very calming and soothing and her whole vibe just kept me calm during the whole procedure. After doing my two sessions, I definitely see huge improvements and she sure did an amazing job. Of course, two sessions will not remove everything but at least it will for sure alleviate the whole situation and make your legs less veiny. After each visit, she made sure to do one leg at a time and carefully wrapped it and explained how to take care of it. Recovery was quite fast. Compression socks are highly recommended. Mild bruising but nothing crazy. I told her I'd definitely go see her again even without the Groupon. I would love to finish my whole treatment with her since she's so awesome. Highly recommended! read more

I went to vascular experts in Manchester. I was not pleased with my experience. I went to dr. Petropaoli for consultation. He said a stab phlebectomy for both legs would be needed. I had the first leg done two weeks later the second one. The actual doctor that i saw doesn't even do the procedure it is done by a aprn. After $1000.00 no veins were taken care of. I was left with little scars from the procedure. My veins are worse than they were not to mention how much pain there is. My two week follow up i asked the aprn why my legs are worse her response was i dont know you need to ask the doctor. I go back to him i get another ultrasound then he wants to do the same procedure. This was a complete waste of time and money only to be stuck with more pain and more veins than before. read more

This visit was my first experience with The Vascular Experts. An Ultrasound of my Aortic Artery was scheduled. From checking in to the final summation I was impressed with every aspect of this group. A standout was the Ultrasound Technician who defines dedication to excellence. Final presentation by Dr. Sergi was presented in a manner which was easy to comprehend and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Highly recommended! I was referred via my podiatrist who was concerned that the veins & arteries in my legs needed special attention they could not provide. The staff at The Vascular Experts were great! They attended to me quickly and always had a warm smile putting me at ease every step of the way. They answered all my questions and/or concerns with great knowledge and in a way I could easily understand. Dr Shue herself was very professional and kind. Her knowledge and earnest concerns were refreshing to say the least. I didn't feel like just another patient. I felt almost as tho I were apart of her family, and she wanted the absolute BEST for me. She explained what needed to be done, and the procedure that would take place in order to correct my problem. I'm extremely satisfied with this practice and am actually looking forward to my procedure. read more

We brought our teen daughter in to see Dr. Hsu for a MALS evaluation. The staff was professional and efficient, as was Dr. Hsu. We were very reassured by his confident and knowledgeable approach, and the thoroughness of the intake information so they could have a full picture of her health situation. He was very clear and concise and explained everything in a way that was easy for our daughter to understand. He did not pressure any of us into any type of treatment and gave her ownership over her health by encouraging her to really think through the entirety of her situation and what information she now had. It was a very positive experience. read more

Dr. Shue is compassionate, sensible and makes things clear. I definitely recommend her!

My overall experience was excellent. I saw Dr. Ma and can't say enough good things about him. When I realized he was the same doctor my brother, who died three years ago, had seen and liked so much, it was a little emotional. The entire staff was helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend The Vascular Experts. read more

It was beyond my expectation, they are well organized, courteous and knowledgeable. It was the best experience I ever had with all the medical offices I visited. The Ultrasound tech was very caring, I had to fast for 8 hours and she immediately offered me food and drink after the procedure. Both the doctor and the nurse are very attentive, I was very comfortable and it was a very productive visit. My GI referred me to see Dr. Hsu, it was certainly worth driving an hour for this appointment. read more

I had a scare with a new vascular issue that did not require vascular surgery. However, Dr. Muhs worked me up for a potentially serious cause, then explained the results and was very reassuring. I appreciated his time. Dr. Muhs is our go to vascular surgeon at the internal medicine practice I work at. All of our patients who we have sent to Dr. Muhs have done extremely well under Dr Muhs's care. It was easy to get an appointment within a week, his office is clean, and his staff are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Muhs at The Vascular Experts. read more
