We decided to eat here for Christmas Eve dinner hoping to have a lovely Christmas Eve dinner and it was unfortunately not that. We had to ask 3 times for a high chair even though it was noted in our reservation. We had to ask 4+ times for silverware, napkins & plates and they didn't show up until after bread/appetizers were already finished. We were seated in a small private room off the main dining room which seemed ideal since we had a 1.5 year old with us but unfortunately this just meant we were overlooked all night. The food was mediocre and was not hot when it arrived to the table. We had to ask for the sides twice and they came out well after the entrees had already been served. There was also a 3% service charge if you used a credit card which I have honestly never seen at a restaurant before. We were incorrectly charged for my wine which was on the menu at $14/glass and we were charged $18/glass. It appears that the server automatically put in the 9oz glass when I wasn't asked if I wanted a 6oz or 9oz glass. We shared appetizers among the table & we were not asked how these should be split among the bills. We also did not know it was going to be a limited menu. It was not noted on their website nor on Resy when we made the reservation. Unfortunately not a great Christmas Eve experience with the family.

My friends made reservations on a Friday here, so I looked on line and noticed several bad reviews. So, I went in thinking the worst. My wife and I got there early and sat at the bar for drinks. We ordered Old Fashioned's, we did noticed that their liquor selection was low quality for Franklin standards. Looking around very few people were in the bar and very few seated at tables. We got seated at 6:15 still very few people there. As our waitress Miroun showed up a spark in our experience got a lot better. She was honest and very engaging with us! Still very few people in the restaurant. For food we ordered Monkey Bread and Brussels sprouts for appetizers. Loved the Monkey Bread, Brussels, if you follow me they are not my jam. I then ordered the Wedge, and it was very good. For an entree I ordered the filet Oscar style with a Loaded Mashed Potatoes, both very good with good flavor. Then we all shared a carrot cake. As I read the reviews earlier most said the service was terrible, thanks to Miroun our service was excellent! If you decide to try them again, ask for Miroun, she will take care of you! Cheers!

My husband and I recently visited for a date night. No complaints as far as service goes. Our waitress was kind and served us well. The food presented to us was another story. I gave 2 stars strictly based on the food received. Honestly 2 stars is generous and the only saving grace of our experience here was the bread we ordered (not provided like at most other "high end" restaurants). Before arriving I had chosen my salad of choice due to what was pictured on the website menu. Needless to say it looked nothing like I expected from viewing the original. Our server was nice enough to return it to the kitchen and take it off our bill although there was no offer to "try again" or provide another salad. Our hamburgers were ordered medium well and the outside was black and charred while the inside appeared pink and not fully cooked. It was unfortunate we ended up paying way too much for the product received. We want this local place to succeed but we will not be back.

The one on top was a darker shade of orange. Salty and spicy compared to the other. Also, hardly any grits. Mainly "shrimp and roux."

The steak sandwich is served on a ciabatta roll. It has Filet mignon, Gruyere cheese, grilled red pepper & onions, garlic mayo, and creamy horseradish. The house salad has Romaine, arcadia blend, heirloom cherry tomatoes, carrot ribbons, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic croutons, and watermelon radishes (which are an added bonus because they aren't in salads I've ordered at other places. ) The house roasted jalapeno honey vinaigrette put this salad over the top. I was hesitant to order, by the name of it. I thought it may be too spicy, but it's not spicy at all. It has the best flavor, and I have to admit I order the salad sometimes just because I have such a craving for that yummy dressing. I've never had anything like it, anywhere else. The grilled cheese sandwich is different too. It's served on Challah bread with garlic butter. It has bacon, roasted tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese, and avocado. I wouldn't normally order a grilled cheese at restaurants, but I look forward to eating this one! My friend ordered the garlic bread appetizer for us, which was good too. It was Sourdough bread with garlic, basil, and extra virgin olive oil. It was served with house-made marinara. The marinara made me wish I had more of it and some pasta to serve it on. We finished our meal off with crème brûlée. Yum! I've never ordered anything at this place, and it not be delicious. I hope I can eventually venture out on the menu, because I'm sure every item I try will not disappoint. To add, if you want really good service in a very nice atmosphere, go here.

For example, there was three of us on my tab. Two of us got the burgers and the other person got a chicken sandwich. Burgers were $19 and the chicken sandwich was $18. The steak prices are absolutely ridiculous. I am not gonna pay $60-$70 for a steak at a restaurant that looks like this. We've been to Perry's many times along with Jeff Ruby's and Smith Wolinsky's. Some of the prices matched these five star restaurants with nothing to back it up. We avoided getting a $300 bill at this Cracker Barrel so we ended up just getting the cheapest things on the menu cause I was already pissed off with the prices they were asking Anyhoo We got two sides, macaroni and cheese for $20 which would only feed one and a half adults if that and it was crap. and we also got a side of brussels sprouts which was a bowl for one person, but they swore it could feed 2 to 3 people and again brussels sprouts are crap. We both had water which was the best thing on the menu. The other person in our group had two drinks totaling $25. And we had a $10 dessert. our bill for the three of us was $160. With tip our bill was $185. Absolutely criminal. I felt like we got robbed. Now to review the food. Mediocre burger, mediocre chicken sandwich, terrible sides, but the water was fantastic. It's a very non-descriptive building. You walk into it and is one open floor plan. Nothing in there makes you feel like you're at an upscale five star restaurant with these prices. We've been too many five star restaurants Jeff Ruby, Smith, & Wollensky, etc. this place is more like a Cracker Barrel. One of the biggest pet peeves we had was during our entire service. There was only six people at our table. The waitress continually would stand at the end of the table (next to me ) and she would interrupt our meal and Ask Are we done with this plate or this fork or this bowl. So we had to stop and hand her any unused bowls or plates or silverware, even if we were using them still. The weird part was that she would never walk around the table and grab them from each person. She made us all gather them up and send them down to the end of table where I was sitting, and I had a stack of plates or bowls, etc., and hand them up to her. this happened numerous times throughout the meal I've never experienced this we felt so rushed and then once we got the bill, I was disgusted. So moral to the story is avoid Circa unless you want to get a overpriced mediocre meal this place is for you To be honest, you would get a better burger and mac & cheese at Cracker Barrel.

I am SO disappointed... in MYSELF for missing out for the past nine years on what is now officially my favorite Tito's dish! The chicken was slightly and perfectly charred, the vegetables were flavorful and grilled to perfection, and the fries were crispy rather than mushy -topped with a delicious creamy sauce that brought the whole dish together. On top of that, it's finished with sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Absolute perfection. Side note: if you enjoy a little heat, ask for some of their house-made habanero sauce. This was the email I sent: "Two friends and I had a 7:15 PM reservation at Culaccino on January 10. Our server was Lee. Things started out fine, but we found ourselves quickly being subjected to Lee's somewhat aggressive approach to service. He honestly was the least personable server I've ever experienced, and had a very condescending manner. A misunderstanding occurred on my friend's order. She was brought a dish with pork in it, which was not what she ordered. Mistakes happen, but Lee was not at ALL nice or accommodating about it, laying the blame on her, and bringing it up multiple times during our meal, with a snarky and resentful undertone. After we paid, he walked up, dropped our checks, and walked away without a word. It was the first time in my life I've ever been tempted to leave zero tip. My conscience for some reason would not allow me to follow through on this, but it was as undeserved as any gratuity I've ever left. We wanted dessert, but we ended up going elsewhere due to how we'd been treated. We also had no clue we would be charged $6 a person for water! Perhaps something that could be mentioned during the ordering process. I've honestly never had a more disappointing dining experience. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant and had hoped to come back for a date night, but our experience left such a bad impression, I can't imagine spending additional money here. I'm not sure if other diners have had this experience with Lee, but we certainly did not feel welcome or valued as customers and felt it was important to make you aware." The food was fine, but most dishes needed salt- so basic. The lack of response from management, however, really says everything one needs to know about Culaccino. I'd truly recommend spending your dining dollars elsewhere.
