The pancakes were soooo fluffy and jiggly! Especially the Tiramisu souffle pancakes. They were stacked so high and had so much jiggle action. No need to travel all the way to Japan for jiggly souffle pancakes. The ones we have here at Fufu Cafe in Vancouver are plenty jiggly and everything tasted awesome as well. In fact, we've travelled to Japan twice and both times failed to get jiggly souffle pancakes. We had some awesome pancakes in Japan, but never did manage to get any jiggly pancakes.
