Burger is flavorful and juicy. The bun is probably one of the best buns i've had. My only complaint would be the fries and that it's a little overpriced but if you have the money it's worth it.

Was ordering food for a large group of kids that were traveling to bend for a soccer tournament and…read moreneeded a receipt for reimbursement. As I have done a million times with tap to pay, I started to input my email to get a receipt but the cashier must have advanced the screen past that because it cleared out before I could finish. I asked her for a receipt and after fiddling with system for a few minutes she could not do it and asked the gentleman working with her to help. He also fiddled with it for a few minutes and very rudely asked me, "Why do we have to do this?". I explained why I needed a receipt and that the cashier closed out the transaction before I could input my email and he responded with a very hostile, "That's not likely". Shrugging it off, i helped a few other of the kids in our group put their order, make sure to remind her each time to give me time to input my email. Despite their rudeness, I left a 20% tip on each transaction. They continued to treat me rudely as the food was delivered and randomly gave the kids food from the different orders every time one of the buzzers went off. It was interesting that when my white husband went back to ask for more ketchup they were both extremely friendly and pleasant with him. Terrible, rude service aside, the food was also below average. I would absolutely not recommend the onion rings - at $8 they were comically thin and came with about 6 in the order. The burgers were dry, messy and the buns were hard and stale. The oreo shakes were milky and not fully blended with huge chunks of cookies (like the size of a quarter oreo) at the bottom that you had to try to fish out with the straw. I want the $50 in tips that I gave them back! How on earth do places like this still stay in business?! We would have gotten a better quality meal at any of the big fast food joints. Makes it hard to try to support local businesses in Redmond.

We had no idea there was an actual J-Dub membership awaiting! We planned to buy a t-shirt or hat on our way out to commemorate our finding but then the real fun began! When my husband told the guy helping us (manager maybe, if not he should be!) the reason we came in, his eyes lit up and he asked with a confident nod "You a J-Dub?" ... and then honored him with THE one and only J-Dub family membership. Sadly, the owner wasn't in for a JD brotherly send off, but we'll definitely be back when we're in the area. Fellow J-Dubs unite and give this place some love. Even if you're not, it's still a fun place to visit. The hazel nut coffee is a must try!

Dandy's Drive-In was a must before we hit the road back to California! I discovered Dandy's after…read morenoticing a queue of cars lined up and quickly did a search to figure out what all the hype was about. Dandy's is a nostalgic drive-in, serving up burgers, sandwiches, fries, shakes, malts, and sundaes. Service was excellent, and the servers roll out to your car on roller blades, take your order, and deliver it when ready. This is the type of meal that you'll want to enjoy in your car, and that's exactly what we did in the car stall while people watching. Dandy's is a fast casual, retro drive-in, and while it may not be the best burger in town, I give them credit for their charm and hospitality. Dandy's is simple food done well. I was a big fan of the salted caramel honey butter shake and would love to try the fresh strawberry one next time!

Well, except the wings which were a little dried out, but still edible. The fries were hot and fresh, the Nashville chicken sandwich had a great spice and was freshly made, the size caesar salad was small, but fresh and flavorful, and the Margherita pizza was one you'd expect in a brewery, but won't make you think you're in Italy. We didn't partake in beer since we were off to work in the afternoon, but looking at the menu, I didn't see anything that was for me. I'm a wheat beer fan and didn't see anything that would entice me to return for a beer later.

Meat was well prepared but needed more seasoning. Bun was dry. Overall, OK but not gonna take top burger honors in Bend. - Garlic fries are tasty. Maybe a bit underdone. Along with the cow burgers, Wagyu offers a black bean burger for the vegetarians. We didn't try it as black bean really doesn't make for a good burger in our experience. Most places now offer either an Impossible or Beyond burger as their vegetarian option. I'd recommend Wagyu do the same.

The bun was delicious and toasty and the sauce that was on it was like a pickled aïoli sauce that did not overpower the burger but was just right. The fries and the sauce are good and not greasy. I look forward to coming back and trying their other options with different toppings. There was a nice looking mushroom and Swiss cheese burger I will probably get. Was actually surprised that there are not more reviews! I can imagine this place getting quite popular over the summer months due to the quality of food, cozy atmosphere, and the brewery that is quite spacious and welcoming.

Review of Super Deluxe as Delivered via DoorDash…read more Super Deluxe in Bend has been an interesting journey for me. The first time I ordered from them through DoorDash, I honestly didn't enjoy the taste of the burger and even told a friend I wouldn't order again. But I did, then again, and again. Now it has become one of my favorite burgers in Bend. Their crinkle fries hit the spot, and the SuperTasty (a shake-style drink) lives up to its name. A small detail I really appreciate is how well they handle soft drink calibration and ice balance, something many places overlook. They're consistently quick with preparation, and even through DoorDash the food usually arrives warm to hot. Packaging is reliable, so nothing feels thrown together. In terms of value, I'd call it decent. Like many delivery spots, the real sting comes from the fees and tip, which means my burger, fries, and drink land at nearly $30 ($28.05, per the receipt). That said, for the quality, speed, and reliability, it's still one of my regular go-to choices in Bend.
