George showed up at 1:30pm & switched out the old inverter for the new one. Everything is working great like it used to! Ivan, Scott & Jayson have been in constant contact with me about the progress of getting Tesla to ok the work. So grateful for their dedication! I definitely recommend Option One Solar! Update. To be clear I have nothing negative to say about Option One Solar, at the time I was disappointed with the outcome that seemed that I was out of luck. Scott & Ivan have been working on resolving this issue that is on Tesla's end & have been keeping me in the loop. They both have been communicating with me on the progress of my work order. Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. The day she received the go ahead from Tesla she called and scheduled the install asap 4 days out. Later the same day they had a cancellation and were able to get everything scheduled the next day. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

Their representative repeatedly assured me in writing that there were "no upfront fees or deposit required" and agreed to prepare contingency language allowing me to cancel without penalty if the funding was insufficient. After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.
