Some was so bad that you could literally see exposed underlayment. I was only able to catch this due to a bathroom window I have that just happen to overlook it. If I got the work done on a different part of the roof, probably would never have noticed. And would never be able to call them to address it, so keep that in mind. What's worse is that since the roof work there was no major rain for 16 month, which is outside of the 12 month warranty. So I guess if you never put their roof to the test against mother nature then I guess it's perfect service. But the first time it's suppose to do its job it fails to do so. At this point I'm not sure what they did mess up my tiles and take my money for the privilege. I would literally be in a better position had I not paid them to do "work" on my roof. I tried contacting them several times and met with the cold shoulder. I'm probably just going to eat my losses here but if you're considering them, just be warned. Or make sure it rains in the warranty period!

The termite company is required to repair the tile, but they wouldn't be out to my house until a week later. Normally, this wouldn't be too much of an issue, but the forecast for tonight was RAIN. One company said they'd send someone out, but they never did. I reached out to Reggie after 4:00pm (because that's how long it took for the other roofer to confirm that they wouldn't be here to help), and even though Reggie already was swamped trying to prepare his other large projects for the rain, he still took the time to reach out to one of the crews he works with and sent them my way. They reused the tiles and installed the plywood decking and underlayment, and replaced rotten wood. It was during a 2week period of rain. They replaced the entire roof in several days, replaced much of the fascia wood and primed it all (haven't decided what color paint yet). I felt that this company was honest with pricing and reasonable. So many people are taking advantage of insurance companies demanding major repairs that may or may not be needed and there are a lot of roofing companies that are overcharging for work. They were very transparent about costs, did the work quickly and professionally, cleaned up, and were kind to my family. Very thankful for their work!

Since my husband and I were in the process of making decisions based on contractor bids, I later reached out and specifically asked if a written quote could be provided. After waiting without receiving anything, I followed up with Arturo by text and was told that he would send the quote later that day. Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would encourage the company to improve communication between their technicians and potential customers.

I called Longhorn Roofing today and Chris said he could come over in about half an hour and repair the leak. He sure did arrive in half an hour. Chris shared pictures of where the leak started and damage. He explained that it would be $250 to complete the repair, which was reasonable. In addition, Chris shared a permanent repair quote but didn't pressure me to complete such repair. When you have a roof leak, you need to repair it as soon as possible to prevent further damage and mold. Chris had the professional courtesy of answering my call and completing the repair immediately. This is why I took the time to write this review.
