I have hired Shed N More for three projects now over the course of five years - starting with a…read moreshed, then a large addition (two rooms and a covered screen patio) and finally, replacing siding on another property. The team (Carl, William, Artie, Julio and the team...) have been overall very helpful - responsive, attentive, reasonable, and flexible...and the projects have all turned out very nice! Carl is the numbers guy, William is the PM/building guy and together they make a good team. We had to work through a lot of details especially with the addition (permitting, pouring foundation, etc.) and the team was helpful and patient throughout. When we encountered some challenging issues with the siding project (demo from the siding caused minor interior damage and an exterior hose spigot was accidentally cut), the team resolved the issues appropriately. The workers try to be careful but unexpected things happen and the team/William were quick to fix things! I highly recommend this company to use for projects like custom sheds but also larger projects like patios, additions and even exterior projects like siding!

They listened to us throughout the project. Mid-project we realized one of the posts holding up the porch was full of carpenter ants. William and team quickly took out the post and replaced it with a new one. At the very last minute we asked for a sliding screen door and that showed up the next day for the final install. The team wants to please the customer and go out of the way to accomplish this. They asked us if they should rebuild our stairway to make longer treads so our cat could more easily access our porch! And he loves his stairway. And we couldn't be happier. We are planning a neighborhood party in October to show off our new porch.

After we agreed on the scope of work, they gave me a reasonable quote, and the final bill was that exact amount, no surprises. I ended up going with a monkey bar storage system, with overhead ceiling racks, and a slat wall. Jason was the installer who came to do the work, and he was fantastic. Not only was professional and delivered exactly what was promised, but made a few suggestions while he was there for how to optimize the shelves & racks to maximize space. He was very friendly through the whole process, and treated it as if it was his own garage and how he would want it done. Highly recommend, and will be using them again for future projects.

I've been using another business in Spicewood for countertops but passed by this place recently and…read moredecided to give them a try. We were extending a bookcase and needed a remnant to try and match the countertop. We didn't need an exact match but something close enough. We stopped in and were able to check some of the remnants they had outside and as luck would have it, we found a piece almost identical to our original countertop. I contacted the business and James came out and we discussed the project. Later, he came out to see the project and another person came out to take the measurements. Throughout the entire process they were very easy to work with. EGW was very quick to have the pieces ready and were very accommodating waiting on the cabinet makers to finish their part of the job. Once the lower parts of the cabinets were installed, the people from EGW were at my house within a day or two to install. The installation was quick. The people who do the installation are very professional and clean. The bookshelves after the countertops and unless you look very closely, you cannot tell the difference from the remnant pieces and the original countertop. The are efficient, professional and reasonably priced. The other company I used was good but the people at Emerald Granite Works seem to care more about their work than the other business I used. We have other projects and will for sure use them again. Can't recommend them enough for any of your granite, countertop or tile needs.

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I have built and remodeled more than a few homes in the last 40 years all around the country, and this company and their team are without a doubt amongst the best design and fabrication companies we have ever dealt with. Their attention to detail and customer care truly set them apart. We found a stunning marble slab at Architectural Surfaces, and the Emerald team helped us make the most of it by incorporating it into both our kitchen and guest powder room countertops. Everything turned out beautifully. One of the interesting highlights was being involved in the CAD drawing process--James made sure we had a say in how the veining was laid out, and the final result was exactly what we had envisioned. We couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend without reservation anyone looking for an exceptional design and outcome to work with Lisa and the Emerald team.

Unlike other fabricators, TSP provided a choice of edge designs at no additional cost. Their removal of the old counters did not damage existing cabinets or walls. Juan and his team worked with us to minimize seams and demonstrated skill in fabrication, delivery, and installation. The stainless sink we selected was of a heaver gauge than some offered by other area companies. We shopped for our own granite at several stone yards. We used Shenoy on Research Blvd. in Austin, also a very customer-oriented business. We were pleased with Juan and his easy going personality. We have been very pleased with the work Juan and his team accomplished in our remodel efforts. We highly recommend Travertine Stone Products.
