They used left over materials for my condo renovation. Even simple requests suddenly became "too expensive," which made the process feel misleading and inconsistent. The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. Save your money.

The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. We had our entire downstairs remodeled in 2024 - kitchen, master bath, living, etc. We choose…read moreTeamwork Home Designs based on a neighbor's initial recommendation...only to find out later that some of their plumbing work needed to be entirely redone and that they'd had to request a new plumber for their project. In any event, I hesitated to write a review because Shaked was nice to work with and incredibly responsive, but we are still having issues with the work that was done. The most annoying of which is the constant smell from the kitchen sink island. Our kitchen was gutted and everything installed was brand new. A week or so after install, I noticed a moldy, wet, dank smell coming from the sink, dishwasher and surrounding island cabinets (where a large group of pipes feeds into the foundation). Shaked and the plumber remarked that the disposal probably needed to be cleaned. The disposal and everything associated with the kitchen were brand new - they did not need to be cleaned - but we cleaned them anyways. I let this go because my husband didn't really smell anything and I wanted to be optimistic. Well, it's two years later and now EVERYONE in the house can smell this musty dank smell!! We have troubleshooted the dishwasher, the disposal, the p-traps, etc. and are having another plumber investigate. We will likely have to redo part of the island to discover the cause of the smell and it's incredibly frustrating that we can't host because our kitchen smells gross! There were additional issues. A couple months after we started using our newly remodeled kitchen, we heard a loud bang and noticed that the disposal completely detached from the sink! I contacted Shaked and he said something along the lines of - this is normal. Ummmm, No! I've never in my entire life had a disposal fall out from under a sink. He begrudgingly sent the plumber to reset it. It started to come loose again not long after their plumber reinstalled it. Ultimately, my husband DIY'd the install after watching a Youtube video. It's been fine since my husband installed it. Lets see, there was a leak around the base of a newly installed toilet. The toilet needed to be reinstalled. The floating master bath tub was caulked with the wrong product so it looked gross a month or so after install - and continues to look gross because we can't get the substance off. The heated floor wiring was cut during install of the bathroom floors, despite it having an alarm system to alert to said issue. After a lot of back and forth and troubleshooting (on my end), Shaked's team ultimately agreed to remove most of the flooring to reinstall with new wiring. The flooring on the stairs looks sketch to put it nicely. The wall paneling at the base of the kitchen island is wavy and disjointed - looks like a DIY project. The trim on the French doors leading to the master bedroom keeps falling off. Etc. etc. etc. Things they did well - tiling! The tile work from these folks looks amazing! Communication - Shaked was extremely responsive and did his best to address issues as they arose. They were helpful - a pipe burst during the freeze while the house was being remodeled and Shaked sent his plumber to repair quickly and without charge! They happily made changes and didn't really every charge extra which was refreshing. Despite being smelly, the kitchen LOOKS amazing! Overall, enjoyed working with Shaked and his team but not pleased with some of the results. ETA - For what it's worth, my husband thinks they deserve a 4 star review.

I worked with them for close to a year and had to ask them almost monthly to find a new person to clean our pool. The kids they hire just do not understand how cleaning pools work, and the owners, who were very nice, would agree that it is 'hard to find good work these days'. For example, the pool cleaners would constantly brush the pool before vacuuming then the dirt would settle back in. The pool floor was always left dirty. I even would go out and speak with them to no avail. I can see them on the cameras doing it this way which was always so frustrating. Additionally, more often than not, they would neglect to leave chlorine in the bowl. No less than 5 times did I find the chlorine tablet sitting on top of the basket, which caused algae to grow The only reason I did not fire them sooner was because one of the pool cleaners had chipped tiles in our hot tub and the company promised to fix it. It took many, many, many months for them to finally fix the tiles which is appreciated (and why they are rated two stars instead of one). Ultimately, I hate to leave a negative review but this was very warranted. Do not use them for your service, especially if you are very passionate about a clean pool.

The casita is 100% foam insulation, so the structure is as energy efficient as they come. They even put in a separate electric meter is case I ever need to monitor electric usage. This company was contracted through Amazon Home Warranty on March 03, 2021 after I placed a Claim…read morefor Inoperable Fan on outside unit with no heating or cooling Giraffe arrived and tested unit and was told they would have to return to replace the capacitor, even after I explained to technician that the fan would not turn and if you pushed the fan it would begin to turn again, they told me they would place request to Amazon for part to be replaced. So on the 2nd visit they returned and replaced the capacitor once they received approval from Amazon. Technician went into the attic and tested the unit and said all was fine and left told me wait 30 minutes and turn unit on again, when I did the fan did not turn but the outside compressor was still operating without the fan. On the 3rd visit technician arrived and said oh the fan is not working, I was like that is what I told you the first visit, so now they had to place another request to replace the fan motor. On the 4th visit they arrived and replaced the fan motor in the unit and left without even bothering to test if the unit was heating or cooling and of course the heat in the upstairs would get above 80 degrees on several days. On the 5th visit technician arrived and determine the thermal expansion valve needed to be replaced, and no Amazon tells me they do not cover that part. After multiple voicemails and text messages to owner and his son they have ignored my requests for an estimate to pay out of pocket to perform the repairs that they probably caused by never replacing the correct part in the beginning. Now we will have to pay more than $5K to replace the entire HVAC unit that this company was inadequate to handle in the first place and properly diagnose, we will be looking at filing this report with the Better Business Bureau and also with our attorneys to get some type of resolution. Our children have suffered through the extreme temps during this entire time and is unacceptable to have any customer endure this type of incompetence.
