They used left over materials for my condo renovation. Even simple requests suddenly became "too expensive," which made the process feel misleading and inconsistent. The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. Save your money.

This company was contracted through Amazon Home Warranty on March 03, 2021 after I placed a Claim…read morefor Inoperable Fan on outside unit with no heating or cooling Giraffe arrived and tested unit and was told they would have to return to replace the capacitor, even after I explained to technician that the fan would not turn and if you pushed the fan it would begin to turn again, they told me they would place request to Amazon for part to be replaced. So on the 2nd visit they returned and replaced the capacitor once they received approval from Amazon. Technician went into the attic and tested the unit and said all was fine and left told me wait 30 minutes and turn unit on again, when I did the fan did not turn but the outside compressor was still operating without the fan. On the 3rd visit technician arrived and said oh the fan is not working, I was like that is what I told you the first visit, so now they had to place another request to replace the fan motor. On the 4th visit they arrived and replaced the fan motor in the unit and left without even bothering to test if the unit was heating or cooling and of course the heat in the upstairs would get above 80 degrees on several days. On the 5th visit technician arrived and determine the thermal expansion valve needed to be replaced, and no Amazon tells me they do not cover that part. After multiple voicemails and text messages to owner and his son they have ignored my requests for an estimate to pay out of pocket to perform the repairs that they probably caused by never replacing the correct part in the beginning. Now we will have to pay more than $5K to replace the entire HVAC unit that this company was inadequate to handle in the first place and properly diagnose, we will be looking at filing this report with the Better Business Bureau and also with our attorneys to get some type of resolution. Our children have suffered through the extreme temps during this entire time and is unacceptable to have any customer endure this type of incompetence.
