Instead of installing toe kicks he put in baseboards which do not go all the way up and now there is a gap under my kitchen cabinets which lets in quite the breeze when it is cold. I told him about all of my issues and he didn't care. He didn't bother to even 'try' and fix anything that I had issues with and just got his money and walked away.
