They were happy to answer all of my questions around materials and installation (aluminum gauge, hanger spacing, slope, etc.), which gave me confidence in the quality of their work. The install itself turned out excellent. The gutters are clean, straight, and look great on the house. Clint claims they were dented after install, but he never visited the house to make that determination. He just assumes his guys wouldn't have dented them. Fine, I say...we will pay more money for more new (not dented) gutters. Clint promised to provide a quote to come back and replace the dented gutters at more cost to us. Yay!! Weeks went by but no call or email. I finally got in touch only to be told "we are too busy." When I reminded him he said he would do the job and wasn't a man of his word- he agreed to send me a quote but said "you won't like the price." WOW! Seriously? I told him how wrong it is to openly price gouge a client who just paid him $10,000 for new gutters. Funny- in their own words they say the following: "Please take the yelp reviews with a grain of salt as we follow up with each complaint and have always warranted our work or fixed issues caused by others just to keep the customer satisfied." This is exactly the issue we had. Yet he wasn't willing to do a thing for us. If you're going to put it in writing, Clint- you should be willing to follow through. Non existent customer service. DO NOT USE. Clint is not a man of his word. If you have ANY issues you are ON your OWN! He had the audacity to tell me "Austin is a big city with plenty of other gutter companies you can contact." Great service from Gutter King …read more.. We have several large oaks around the perimeter of our home. Gutter King installed one of their gutter guard products all around the house. They cleaned, realigned, sealed, and repaired all the gutters and downspouts before installing the leaf guards. They also replaced a couple of sections of gutter damaged by the oaks during the ice storm a couple of years ago. The gutters and guards look great and appear very high quality--we'll see how things function during the next storm, but confident they'll work as advertised. I was very pleased with the level of service and the follow-up from the sales guy/estimator, Jon, to the installer, Edward.  Edward was just outstanding and did the entire installation himself, working one and a half days to complete the job. One very hardworking guy. Professional, personable, with a great attitude and work ethic. He was on time and was very focused on getting it done right--and he thoroughly cleaned the work area before he left each day.  Very impressed overall from getting questions answered, to the estimate, to getting the work done, to the follow-up from the manager, Wes.
