Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

My original roof lasted 22 years without the "modern ventilation"…read more Tx Traditions reroofed my house 5 years ago and cut a 3 inch slit along the peak of the roof all along the top of the roof and put a shingle cap along the cut. I recently I spent $1600 to get rid of squirrels in my attic and to close up their so called modern roofing ventilation screens. Their modern ventilation also allows leaf particles to enter attic. DO NOT allow them to give you the "modern ventilation". And make sure they place screens on the vent pipes to keep out varmints.
