When I had not heard from them by the middle of the next day, I called the number listed. I left a voicemail message and was called back within a few minutes. Mr. Stout said that he had sent me an email. At this point I assumed the email had simply gone astray somehow. Mr. Stout promised that he would be at my house that afternoon, sometime after 2:00. (It was then 12:30.). The entire afternoon passed with no word from Mr. Stout. At 4:45 I called his number to ask if he was still planning to come and I gave him the option of rescheduling for the next day....left on voicemail. I heard nothing. That evening I went back to the business website and left another message requesting a phone call the next morning to reschedule. That was 3 days ago. I never heard a word from this man either by phone or email. I hired another company that came out within a few hours of my initial contact. Obviously this business gets NO stars from me.

I called him again; he said he'd see if somebody else could help. That was pretty much the end of it... I never heard back again. I'm pretty sure that "0 Hours 50 minutes" always shows up, and it's probably never accurate. I have no idea how good their work or prices are, but I actually have no evidence that they actually do plumbing work...

The screw ups where to many to mention here but the highlights are: Misaligned and crooked grout lines, Tiles not flush, exhaust fan not vented thru roof. And to top it off they did not pull a permit for the electrical or plumbing. They even hid a junction box behind the sheetrock in a wall ( this is a major NEC violation). I had to hire a master electrician to come in and fix the wiring. i did get compensation back from lowes after the store manager finally came out to look at the horrible install. This is not a good company to do business with!

They weren't solid wood, so they can't be fixed...but had they been... You would have needed to sand them down completely. Simply covering the baseboards would have prevented that. More importantly, the floors continued to chip. We contemplated taking them to small claims court to settled for half or money back at least. But we do not have the time right now and I can promise they won't settle easy. The floors never cured right and there is just no good way to "fix" right. New flooring will eventually need to be laid on top. This was a waste of time and money. Very, very expensive. Anything other than their solution would have held up longer.

Several times, he recommended and replaced minor components such as capacitors. He never pushed for replacement of my aging, builder installed systems, but instead focused on cost effective solutions. Then, when I decided it was finally time to replace and upgrade, he worked closely with me to select and quote a new Trane HVAC dual system. He and his team removed the old systems, installed the new systems, and programmed the thermostats. This included the complete interior and exterior a/c components, heaters, and thermostats. The only components he did not replace were the ventilation duct work. He was always respectful and conscientious, even sweeping up my floors after the work was complete. There is much more that I can say, but I will be brief. I noticed this company is listed twice in Yelp. You should also search for the other listing with the same name for more great reviews!
